ITC is an amazing IT company, here is my experience thus far.In early June we entered into a dispute with our OLD IT company and decided to switch to ITC. it was daunting given work from home in Covid and we had two weeks to handle a tough transition.I wish it had happened SOONER. I hired this company to do a simple wifi network setup for 3 printers. They charged be $380, worked less then 1 hour and could not network the printers. They also charged a travel fee and mileage fee. Horrible service. Do not use them. The only calls I got from this company were 4 calls in less then 24 hours about payment. Worst $380 I have ever spent.

Highly recommend for computer repair! I woke up to my business laptop not booting. After dropping my computer off to them within 2 hours it was fixed! Great service, very friendly and a pleasant experience.

While I was visiting Austin, TX my laptop needed to be repaired and I stopped in at ITC and their staff was friendly and knowledgable. The owner of this company is great to work with. He bought some product from me he had a realy tight time frame . i thought i could make it hapen but i droped the ball and did not hit his deadline. He was realy understanding .

Nice that they offer free support on YouTube. Tons of videos have helped me clear many laptop computer software and hardware related problems. Next time in Austin I may stop by.

I have absolutely no opinion to give in regards to their business practices or services. I can say that I think its a bit hilarious and rather offensive that they are only offering $11 or $12 an hour to experienced IT Specialists. Austin, Texas is a very high-tech city and an expensive place to live. I could never, ever recommend a company to anyone, knowing how little they compensate their employees for their knowledge, experience & hard work.To anyone accepting $11 an hour to repair electronics like; cell phones, PCs, networking equipment, etc.... . . . WAKE UP!! - You are one of many IT Professionals who are being highly underpaid for your absolutely necessary and essential services.

I am not a computer person but Eric (co-owner) could communicate options to me about my sons broken gaming computer. I received great service in repairing/updating my sons computer.

The staff at IT Conflict were very professional and helped fix my computer system quickly and thoroughly. If you are having any sort of IT problem, I definitely recommend giving them a call.

These guys are crooks!!! They came in for an initial diagnosis, could not figure out the issue, spent no more than an hour here going in circles, and then had nerve to bill us for close to 15 hours at $150 an hour. We had another company figure out the issue in less than an hour.
