BEWARE THIS COMPANY. I hired IP Innovations after they were recommended to install a roof TV antenna. The estimate seemed high, but I was told this was my only option, that I would get many more channels and much better reception. There were several missteps, equipment malfunctions, wrong parts I had been told to order, and extra trips out to adjust reception. I got better reception except at the end of the channel spectrum and I did not get any new channels When I reported that another channel had gone out, I was told that IPS refused to come out again, but would give me a refund. I asked for a partial refund and warranty cards for the installed equipment. Neither was sent. I finally hired another company to determine whether the equipment had been installed correctly. I received a written report that the wrong connectors had been used, an indoor amplifier had been used outdoors, the antenna had been hung, aimed in the wrong direction---and I had been charged three times the going rate. I again asked for a refund, and got no response.

Awesome, insightful, friendly and knowledgeable. After they installed the equipment they spent the rest of the day failsafe proofing the equipment.
