Went there on Saturday 9/25 for daughters (9 year old) haircut. We needed hair trimming till shoulder length. The stylist did not cut the hair evenly around the head. Since returning my daughter keeps fining strands of hair that are still left longer and i end up trimming them myself. Also, they charged us for adult haircut - which i only realized after returning and while talking to someone who goes to Supercuts. The person also gave me a slip to add a tip on first before swiping my card. After the card was swiped there was a tip section on it yet again!!Only positive was that the stylist was good to talk to and my daughter insists in giving additional star for it.Without a good service + asking for tips twice = I wont be going there again!

Had an amazing experience! 10/10 I highly recommend my hair stylist Kitty did everything I asked for and went above and beyond! I’ll be coming back to her indefinitely!

If you decide to go here, please ask for Kitty or Yen to do you hair, especially if you’re a girl.I’ve used both of them before and left extremely happy with the haircut that I received. I had my hair cut by Alex last week and I’m very disappointed in how it turned out. I usually treat myself to a haircut once a year, so I was pretty excited to treat myself last week. I came home in tears over the haircut Alex gave me. My hair is way shorter than what I asked for and he cut my hair shorter in the back, and left in longer in the front. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and his haircut wasn’t anything close to it. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and I hate to have to complain but I just feel very ugly now and have lost some of my self esteem. For the next year, I will be keeping my hair in a bun to help me not notice it as badly.

This place is hit-or-miss, depending on which stylist you get. I had a bad experience today when the stylist, after being told to take one inch off all the way around with the scissors (same thing I always ask for) proceeded to take off waay more than that. Then she kept arguing with me about how long an inch is. She showed me her comb (which is about 2 1/2 wide) and insisted it was an inch wide. I got mad. Itll grow back, though.

So I went in there with my husband and I have a daughter who is not even 2 and they kicked us out because my almost 2 year old wouldn’t wear a mask we both had our masks have you tried putting on a mask on a toddler they just won’t I was so mad i have been to multiple places and never had an issue where they kick me out because my toddler wouldn’t wear a mask this is so ridiculous I will never come back

Everyone there has always done a great job cutting my hair the way that I like it cut.

I went in without any expectations. Kitty did an amazing job. I have a grown out A line cut. I also have curly hair. She did a amazing job adding long layers. Took her time, thorough and let me know I could come back within a week if I think I needed more cut. Great job and thank you Kitty! I will be back to you for sure!

The establishment is very clean and sanitize but I have personally gone to Mr Alex twice because he was available at the times Ive gone and the other stylists were with customers but they are all friendly and professional.

They took their time and made sure I got the cut I wanted.

Kitty is my go to stylist! Whenever I sit in her chair, I know I’m going to leave happy. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She is definitely the only one I trust with my hair. I love her and her work.

Kitty is my stylist I had long thick curly hair I wanted to take some length off and thin it out. She was able to do exactly what I wanted. She had me laughing and joking with her. I wont let anyone else do my hair.

Bille Ruth made me laugh and we had a great talk but she still was focused on giving me a great haircut. I havent been able to find anyone that was able to do a correct fade & it was getting frustrating but she was a Godsend..I hope she stays around for awhile because I think I just found my stylists & anywhere she goes Ill follow!

But when I saw how she interacted with the clients, I felt instantly at ease. She pays close attention to detail and fixed my messed up hair. I will definitely come back!

Go with Kelly! Normally I dont like how my hair looks after a hair cut. With Kelly Im always happy afterwards. Shes also fun to talk to. The only thing I dont care for is that Supercuts requires them to charge $3 if you want to choose your own hairdresser. Sometimes Ill just pretend that someone else was there before me until I get Kelly so I dont have to pay the $3. :)

Took grandson here. Gave good directions on how I wanted his hair cut/trimmed. The hair stylist totally disregarded my instructions. She cut his hair extremely short, used clippers, just did what she wanted. I was PISSED. Still am, this was today. When I confronted her, she gave lame, half-assed response. Do yourselves and your grands a favor. Avoid this place like the plague. Hideous customer service. I would give less than one star, if I could.

I called 1 hour before they close to see if there was a wait. The woman who answered the phone very rudely said yes there is a 15 wait and they close in a hour. She said I could show up in 15 minutes and maybe I could be seen. I know when some one is irritated and she was. Obviously I wasnt going to go there now so I said no thanks. I understand you want to be done with work but youre in the service industry. The only service industry people that get to be rude to people are waitstaff. I dont have the time to continue this review so I guess thats it. BTW I always tip 200% on hair cuts. Your loss.

Kitty is by far the best stylist & colorist in all of Austin!! She has corrected color mistakes from high-end expensive salons and knows how to treat/color grey hair...rare. She has been a life-saver, andI highly recommend her!!

One of the worst haircuts Ive gotten in a long time. Just wanted a quick trim to clean up my hair after a few weeks of letting it grow. She removed way more than I asked, and took a hair do that was longer in the front and shorter in the back to longer on the sides and shortest in the front. Very very sad I went there instead of my usual place. Last time I will ever make this terrible mistake. Im just hoping theres enough left for my regular place to fix. What a waste

My boyfriend was looking to change up his hairstyle for the first time in a while. The guy who cut his hair was very friendly, made genuine conversation, and was great about communicating with my boyfriend to be sure his haircut was looking exactly what as he wanted.

Went to sports clips to get my sons hair done, they completely messed up his hair. So I come here and tell him the experience I had (was horrible) . Mention to him I want layers front and back and he says well the front I cant start short like you want because it wont look right. I said ok because here I am thinking hey he sounds like he knows what hes talking about. He didnt blow dry my hair or streightin it. Didnt offer either, so when i looked I couldnt tell if the results looked bad or not . Well i get home and in the back no layers what so ever, In the front is I assume his effort to try to do layers as a frame. But its as if he took the scissors and cut it then 2 1/2 another cut. Now i cant even get it fixed w out making its shorter. I had alot of people mess up my hair but this by far was the worse since now the last resort is to go way shorter than I wanted. Now i have pay more to have someone else fix it.

Kitty was my stylist. She was very personable and you can tell she takes pride in her work and will make sure youre happy with the cut and or color.

Yen does our kids hair who has two tornados on top which is difficult to cut and could come out very wrong if the stylist doesnt pay attention. Yen gets it and we really appreciate that she does.

I regret coming here. Not once but TWICE. The first time the lady messed up my sons hair and made a bald spot in the front.I went again today to get a simple haircut and this girl had NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING. She was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL since I walked in the door. She wanted to do it half ass and only trimmed the bottom of my hair (Never touching/trimming all the other hair but still wanting to charge me for a full haircut) She seemed very confused and kept making rude comments so I told her I would be getting married the next day and I didnt want it to be messed up so if she doesnt think she can do it then to let me know. She then started to yell at me IN FRONT OF MY KIDS and jerked off the cover from around my neck and told me to leave. (WITH HALF OF A HAIRCUT). Ive never had problems at any salon but I would NOT recommend this location!

I waited 45 minutes, then one of the ladies asked me if I was there for a haircut. I anwered yes (I had signed in when I got there). Then she took another customer (that came in and signed in a half hour after I had). I was so pissed that when I was called up next (10 more minutes), I had her stop after trimming the back and walked out. Hair will grow to my feet before ever going there again.

The worst cut I ever had. I asked the lady to cut off 1.5 inch. She took off more than 4 inches. No experience, no technique. I am not sure how she ended up in Supercuts.

I knew I was in trouble when the hair stylist couldnt even read the computer screen while checking me in. As others have said, the hair stylist will get carried away with the clippers and youll end up with bald spots. Avoid this place.
