The haircut is exactly what you get at greatclips. Twice the money charged and poor haircut delivered. I tipped and my total was about $41. That price guys, is for a custom haircut. Less than a week of a fade cut that i requested, my hair is growing in all direction and became wavy looks exactly the same when i asked a greatclips person to do a haircut. Roosters advertise the $35 haircut as shampoo and haircut but maybe my stylist was a rookie and asked me if i need a shampoo or styling. I mean common, wasn’t it included? Also she seemed in rush to accept other customers. What’s the point of an appointment. Save your money. Better add $10 and go to a premium stylist who would invest their time and energy into giving you a good look that will last far more than 2-3 days. This was a very cosmetic job and temporary. Giving you my feedback. Maybe it was because of the specific hairstylist or just that day but my money sank. Good luck!

Great atmosphere, great service, (Angelina did an excellent job), and great haircut. Its an all inclusive haircut place, including shampoo and rinse, so the price is reasonable. Will definitely be returning.

Great place to get a cut. I had avoided for years based on the price, not thinking about quality. My good friend always had great cuts after going here and after I had one too many bad ones I decided to give it a shot and was incredibly happy with the service.I booked with Candace and had a great time talking with her and am glad she cut my hair! She was kind, patient and took the time to understand what I was trying to go for and was able to go way beyond what I thought Id get. Super stoked that I came in now I can look forward to getting another haircut for once.

After exploring Georgetown and the Round Rock area, I’ve finally found a barbershop that I thoroughly enjoy returning to. All of the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Trish does an amazing job with skin fades and comb overs. I’d highly recommend her because of her attention to detail and she always puts a smile on my face seeing the end result. I just got out of doctor late. I call because my appointment is at 330 I was asking them to remove scheduled she says they have a 10 min grace period . I say I can make I get there and she is in the back on break now and says I missed my gap windows simply because they took there time to get to pc when I was in there with in 10 midont tell someone to come and they make it and then you decideyou do not want to . I c. Just dont lie to peoplean go get a overpriced haircut else where

I just went to Roosters for the first time in my life the other day. I have always been real frugal when it comes to getting my hair cut, and I can say now, I will never go back to paying bare minimum for hair care. (For reference, I used to go to a small local barber and Sports Clips.) I had such a good experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The shop is very clean and organized. The aesthetic is higher quality, and the chairs are extremely comfortable. Ive got to give a shout out to the stylist who worked on me, Amanda G. She was very kind, and gave me a WHOLE new look. Since she cut my hair and trimmed my beard three days ago, I have gotten compliments from friends, family, and coworkers. I highly recommend her for those who are seeking a high quality cut, as she did a phenomenal job with the mop I had for hair. I did not feel like this was a chore as it usually feels when I get my hair cut. Im particular about hair stylists because most places like sport clips the staff rushes through your hair to get another customer in their chair. The communication was effortless and the end result for my hair cut turned out phenomenal. The last two times have been just the same. I randomly scheduled Trish as the stylist and glad I did because she cuts my hair better than anyone EVER HAS!! Walked in to do a haircut and was told by appointment only. Nowhere on your web site says by appointment only. On your web site there is an appointment option button. I certainly did not feel customer service or satisfaction was this company main priority. I even asked if they would make an exception and explained my concern to the lady at the front counter.There was no effort to resolve the customer concern.

Trish is a true professional and always does an amazing job. Its extremely hard to find someone that can cut my hair the way I like it but she gets it every time!

Joelle has been cutting my hair for over a year. I’m very particular and she is immaculate at what she does. She’s very personable and accommodating when it comes to scheduling or canceling, unfortunately. I even take my 6 year old son there now and he loves seeing her. Great place. Absolutely love this place. Its impossible to say anything negative. First the decor. The natural wood look is very warm and inviting. The service was absolutely perfect. By far the BEST barber shop experience I have ever had. Make sure to get the full treatment. If you have a beard do not leave unless you have it trimmed. Let them shampoo your hair. Youll love how they drape the warm towels on your face. Its so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I left feeling revitalized! Ill be back every time Im in town!

I was really happy to give this place a try! Ive been meaning to get my hair styled with my natural curl, and Angie did just that. We talked about exactly what I wanted with my hair. The Roosters Club Cut was luxurious with everything it offered. Angie took her time with making my hair the best it could be. The atmosphere was warm and calm. Though Ive never paid this much for a haircut, it was nice to be pampered.

Just recently started going to the Round Rock location. I lucked out in getting Letha as my stylist. Shes a good conversation and, more importantly, she does an awesome haircut. Online scheduling helps, too.

I went to this place for the first time last month. Aimee did a fantastic job and I couldnt have been happier. She trimmed my beard to absolute perfection and also did a great job on my unruly head of hair. I strongly recommend Roosters and Aimee.

This place is awesome, very professional, yet friendly and comfortable. I went in to get my scraggly beard and mustache trimmed. Anna did a fantastic job. She made it look like it used to. I will definitely be back to see Anna and this time I will take them up on a beer or soda while getting trimmed up.

Was in town from Toronto. Looked them up online and saw that it was located where I was staying. Booked an appointment on line for a haircut and facial shave. The stylist did a sweet job with my haircut and the shave was very relaxing and close. They use all Aveda products - I purchase the shave cream and gel cleanser along with a thickening paste. Excellent establishment.

I was in the Round rock location last week waiting on my appointment when a guy starts complaining that he cant get a hair cut even though he missed two straight appointments that day. The lady that ended up cutting my hair Anna was the one trying to help the guy but he was one of those selfish types that doesnt care about others he just wanted his haircut right then. She even offered to stay late to help him but he wouldnt have it and left mad. It made me realize how good of people that work there are, doing all they could to try and help a rude selfish customer even though he was in the wrong. Basically I always get a great haircut but now I really have respect for the people working here for keeping their cool, especially Anna. Keep up the good work and I will be coming back for years to come

Very easy to get an appointment here. I called on a Saturday at noon and they had me in by 5pm the same day. I was greeted on entry and asked if I wanted a complementary beverage. I got a great haircut by someone who took their time, didnt rush, and made sure I got what I came in for. Having moved to the area recently, I couldnt be happier having found this place.

I started going to Roosters when I moved to Round Rock in September. I have been very impressed with the level of service and the atmosphere from my first visit. I have gone back several times since and I must say Im a loyal customer! The staff is amazing and they really do their best to make even a mug like me look presentable. Thank you Roosters!

I dont think this is a bad place, but I googled barber shops, called Roosters, and made an appointment for a $35 haircut, which is a bit high even for a barber. I got there, and my hair was cut by a cosmetologists, and you can tell. The hair cut isnt terrible, but it is below average; I would have had a better cut at supercuts. Now, they did wash my hair and have all kinds of frills, but I could care less about those things; I just want a good cut. I notice that their license is for a dual barber shop and cosmetology, but from the looks of things, they are 80% cosmetologists. I would only return if I specifically asked for a barber, but I believe that I should have been told that this wasnt only a barber shop.

Amy cut my hair the first time I went and it was expensive but relaxing and a great haircut. The second time someone else did and it was neither. There are other places you can go that are less expensive and have more consistent quality.

Ended up coming to this location back in January when I needed to get a haircut and the stylist I started going to after moving to Pflugerville wasnt available. Met Anna, got a great haircut (even received compliments from strangers while out and about...) and pretty much just come here now whenever I need a cut. Personally Ive never had any service issues and always leave satisfied.

We just went to Roosters last week the morning of my best friends wedding. There were 4 of us who got either a shave or haircut. The service was friendly, and the shave I received was great. Very comfortable environment and interior, beer and sodas and knowledgable and skilled staff.
