These guys are great! Looked at my car for free and provided a diagnostic. Gave me a quote and didnt overcharge like many other places do. I dont know much about cars so Will gave me tips on what to look out for which I really appreciate.

Found this business with a quick Google search. Its hard to find good, honest mechanics. Charged fair prices, but solidified my continued business when a repair turned out to be recalled. I had already authorized to work, but they informed me of the recall later and that I could get it done for free at a dealership. Im sold and I will absolutely be recommending anyone who asks to Will and his team

Went in with check engine light on. Staff was very informative and told me all I needed to hear. Didn’t try to sell me on a repair that wasn’t needed. Will definitely use them for future repairs

Great customer service! Went in for A/C recharge after replacing my own parts. The A/C was up and running within 2 hours. Honest mechanics that never tried to upsell me on anyhting.

Charged for a service that I know was not performed. The Chevrolet dealer performed the same service less than 6 months later. Did not get a return call when I called Wills about this issue.

Update: I cannot express this enough! Ive had to take my car in multiple times this year unexpectedly (my car seems to hate me) and they have always fixed the issue within a days time. Completely impressed by everyone at the shop and their follow up is always very prompt as well.These guys are great! Was charged $298 for O2 sensor that cost $113 and 10 minutes to install. They admitted their markup is 42% on parts. So why was I charged $198 for the part that cost $113? Then charged $90 for 10 min. of labor? Too bad because I was going to throw a lot of money at yall if you were trustworthy. But you decided to overcharge a first time customer. Dont trust the reviews folks. And if you do go to this place, do your research beforehand. I bit the bullet this time, but hopefully you wont.

Wills automotive proved their honesty and integrity on more than one occasion. They have always quoted a fair price and twice the bill was a lot less than the quote because they found out they could fix the parts instead of replacing them. Every time they have worked on my 16 year old hybrid, I never had that problem again. I love knowing I can trust them to quote me fairly and only charge me for what they worked on. The next time I need a mechanic I know who Im going to call. Its tough finding a mechanic that knows how to work on hybrids.

Wills automotive is the place you want to go to if your a fan of honesty and integrity and solid service. He has been working on our familys cars since 2011. Now that our kids are out of the house with familys of their own, they will travel to Wills Automotive to have their cars serviced. If you go anywhere else plan on getting screwed over in some way. You will NEVER regret having Wills automotive service your vehicles.

They were able to fabricate a new transmission bracket for my 85 f350 to give me clearance on my newly installed long tube headers, also was very insightful on letting me know what else needed to be replaced. I will be defintantly be using them for all my automotive needs

Josh and his mechanics were awesome, I had an issue that other shops kept giving me the run around about but I called josh and he was came across very genuine and wasn’t interested in a cash grab like Mac haik and pep boys were. They said it would take half an hour and it took less. Definitely recommend them.

Needed a part replaced, so I just stopped in hoping he had some time to fix it. He started on it right away and I was out within 25 minutes! He is also extremely affordable as well. My husband and I will definitely be coming back if we need any more servicing with our cars!

If you’re looking for fair prices, high quality work, and great reliability, there’s no better place than Will’s. A mechanic named Grant worked on my Mazda and pointed out some minor issues my old mechanic missed. I sent two friends to him as well, both of whom had taken their vehicles to their respective VW & Ford dealerships. Each dealership quoted astronomical prices compared to what Will’s charged. The Ford team even claimed an F150 problem was “completely impossible to fix” and Grant fixed it in 2 hours.

Was referred to Will’s by someone at the chev dealership. Got a tune up and was impressed with the service. Picked up my 2016 Silverado today which got a full exhaust front to back and a tune. I’m absolutely blown away. The performance, install and price can not be beat. Highly recommend this shop.

He is an honest mechanic. Hes always trying his best to help you. What do I mean is he isnt trying like most mechanics to get into your wallet. Example, everytime Someone in my family or I take a car to a shop, boom huge bill, go to Wills no were near a thousand. Just goin to get an alignment and they tried to charge my aunt three thousand.

Wow! I am thrilled to write this review! We are new to Texas and had no idea where to take our car for a repair. We just had to pick a place from google and trust that it would be good. I took my car in thinking it was going to be a $200 repair to my electrical panel, instead it was just $70 for the diagnostic fee. The guys here could have made stuff up and charged me crazy. Instead they where honest. They said that a couple plugs came out of the sockets. All they had to do is plug them back in. No new parts where needed! Then they came and picked me up from my house so I could go pay for the labor and drive my car home! Seriously, a great experience.

Will is everything you can hope for in a mechanic! He is honest and thorough. He has helped us out in a time of need more tumes than i can count. Recently he came to the rescue of my mom and her husband who were from out of town. He made what started out to be a stressful situation a easy fix in 1 business day. Can not recommend him enough. Stopped by here the other day because my car was loud. Will found that the manifold was cracked. I was pretty happy that he pulled me over to show me. He also showed me another piece that needed replacing.I was happy with seeing the issues, as I’ve had experiences with other auto repair shops where they tell you a story about what’s wrong but don’t show anything.I will be using them for future needs, and will recommend to friends.
