A hidden gem (literally)! Unless you find this place on Google, Yelp, or another rating site, chances are you dont know exists because it is tucked away behind a gas station and apartment complex, but youre missing out if you dont! Ive used Jerrys garage multiple times in the past 5 years and have never been steered wrong (no pun intended, well maybe a little). Each time Ive been there Ive been extremely satisfied with the work, the speed with which its accomplished, and every time the total has been under the estimation! The prices are extremely fair and competitive for the market and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had them recommend any work for my car that wasnt necessary, just to get an extra buck out of me. Theyve always been upfront and honest about things that are urgent to fix and things that could either wait or that I could do myself! I dont see myself using any other garage for my car maintenance needs!

Cant say enough good things about the shop. They didnt have the specialized toolset needed, so when the dealer quoted $4k Charlie called around to at least a dozen other shops in town until he found someone who did have the tools. Trustworthy, informative,and didnt charge despite helping diagnose the issue and spending time on the phone to get it fixed. Ill never take a car anywhere else.

Honest mechanics, CRV with 200k miles, and they did a whole vehicle inspection. If I were to take it to the dealer it would have cost an arm and a leg for the dealer trying to cover overhead. Jerrys was honest, telling us what needed to be done with great prices. From now on we take the CR-V to Jerrys, support small and local businesses. Toyota Sequoia needed new rotors, took it to Jerrys and it was fixed. They can also tell you great places for tires and paint jobs. Again, honest and trustworthy mechanics. I will not take any of our vehicles anywhere else except Jerrys.

Quality, honest work at a fair price from a locally owned business. Charlie worked on our car and was able to correctly diagnose a problem that had been misdiagnosed several times at other shops. Not only that, he made a recommendation not to fix another small issue. That recommendation was based on the age and usage of the car. Its truly remarkable to get that kind of recommendation when they easily could have done some more work. Totally recommend a business that would rather have long term repeat customers than rack up short term billings.

Jerry is extremely knowledgeable, fair and efficient. We brought our vehicle in for strut replacement in the morning and he delivered to us in a couple of hours with a great alignment. Their price was almost half what the dealership and chains were charging. Almost hate to give such a glowing review in fear of them getting too busy, but they deserve it.

My 2004 Ford Excursion 4x4 diesel had a clunking sound in the front end. Took it to Jerrys without an appointment. They had it diagnosed the same day and had it back to me the next day. They replaced bushings and shocks and changed the oil. Truck rides like new. They come highly recommended!

I have been to Jerrys garage at least 3 or 4 times over the past few years. I am always treated respectfully, and my needs are met quickly and efficiently. They have fixed my breaks, changed out the battery in my car, and here recently fixed a gas fumes leak.What makes me keep going back is how they go above and beyond what is expected. They go out of their way to give me helpful advise about the questions I ask and dont treat me like Im a pest. They are patient and understanding with me always. I have mainly dealt with Charlie and he has always been a fountain of knowledge on every issue I have asked him about.Their honesty is what I appreciate the most. They lay it all out for you instead of smoke and mirrors. When I needed to get my battery changed, instead of looking at it then telling me they had to order the battery then install it but it would cost X. He then followed that up by saying that if I wanted to it might be cheaper to find a battery myself then he would install it for me for cheap.I trust all the people at Jerrys Garage to keep my children and me safe on the road and you should too.

It was seamless in the diagnosis and repair of my work truck, having the A/C blow out in the middle of a typical Hot Texas summer is no party and means no income. I brought my truck to Jerrys Garage in the morning and they had it completely repaired including replacing the compressor by late afternoon. I remember him telling me back then that there was no such thing as an honest mechanic with the exception of Jerrys Garage. I have also used them exclusively for everything. I just picked up my Ford Flex today and as usual, great professional, trustworthy service. We have been taking our cars to Jerrys for 9 years. Prior to this we had several bad experiences with other garages and fortunately since finding Jerrys we truly believe there are mechanics out there that you can trust. Todd and Charlie are both laid back down to earth guys who give it to you straight. We trust them so much that we have referred family, friends and neighbors to them. We will never go anywhere else. I have an old truck. I keep driving it, even though the miles are now topping off at 160,000. Yep, its currently in for its yearly checkup at Jerrys, since the belt is squealing and the oil leaks. The joys of old trucks. This is the 4th time over the past three years its been in, for minor and a few major repairs. Ive never had to return it for repairs they have done. So, to me, thats a solid job. Everything is normal wear and tear for the mileage weve accumulated. Theyve always charged in the middle of normal and even worked with me on an expensive repair last year that I couldnt cover all at once. Better service than I have experienced anywhere else. I read over the reviews and folks need to understand mechanics, like doctors, arent magicians or gods, they are people doing what they can with the knowledge they have. As a side note: I really appreciate Charlie taking the time on the phone to listen to concerns and explain things.

Great place to take your vehicle for service. Ive been there a few times over the last couple years, and have always been taken care of on each visit. Charlie in the front office is great to work with. He will shoot you straight and tell you whats wrong with the vehicle and not try and get you on unnecessary repairs. Had a small problem with one repair last time, but I took it back and the guys even stayed late (on a holiday week) to finish the job right. I love dealing with local businesses, and when it comes to auto repairs, these guys are on the top of my list.

A resistor failed on the alternator and Jerrys diagnosed and replaced it.

Excellent experience!!! Charlie was fantastic. I brought my 2006 BMW to him last year for some new plugs and an oil change. He charged me half of what another local auto shop quoted me. This time, today, I had a bad battery. The battery had not been changed since I bought the car back in 2008. I was having issues recently with the car not starting. I looked at the battery and said to myself what the frig is connected to the terminals. I am mechanically inclined - but not with a BMW. Jerry diagnosed a bad battery and he found some blown fuses. He replaced the battery (you need to know what you are doing when you replace a BMW battery because of all of the on-board computers). Charlie knew exactly what to do. I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day - without an appointment!. Jerrys garage is less than a mile from my residence (thank you God). If you have a BMW and you do not want to pay a fortune at the dealership (the dealership would have cleaned out my bank account) then take your car to Jerrys to have it serviced. Charlie is honest and does good work. I highly recommend Jerrys garage and offer another handshake to Charlie for doing an excellent job and not taking advantage of my situation. Good job!

He told me my options, and gave me the timeframes for deliveries and repairs.He was was in constant communication with me during the whole process. We have multiple vehicles repaired at Jerrys. Our son introduced us to them & weve remained with them because they do good work & their price isnt anymore than what we would pay at the dealerships. The cost is usually less than the dealers. They have repaired many issues on our Rav 4 without recommending just because youre here repairs like the dealer. They have repaired & inspected our business Sprinter van. We always feel like they do what they say will & they let us know if something else will require attention soon. They call us if the repair is going to be high & try to do the repairs as reasonably as possible. They will be working on my Rav 4 again this week & Im positive that they will repair it as well as they always have. They are not a drive in & drive out in 30 minute shop. They have real mechanics that work at their shop & their quality proves it.

I am from the Houston area and was buying a used vehicle in Round Rock. I talked to several garages over the phone including Jerrys about a pre-buyer inspection. The price he gave me was in line with other garages in the area, but the over the phone customer service excelled all the rest. I got all details of the inspection and everything that he looks for and why he looks for it. He did a quick overview of common unscene problems with used vehicles that catch up to buyers later and gave me some information about what to look for.Once I arrived in Austin and picked up the used vehicle and brought it to Jerrys, Tom got me in immediately to look at the vehicle. He allowed me to watch him inspect the car and pointed out everything he was looking at and what for.I am very satisfied with the customer service and the friendliness of the staff at Jerrys Garage. I would recommend anyone to come to Jerrys for any automotive needs.

Two days before Thanksgiving and we are all packed up and ready for a 300 mile trip. Then I noticed a radiator leak. My mechanic or Toyota dealership could not get to it until after Thanksgiving. Called Jerrys and spoke with Charlie. He said bring it in, so I did. He then called me within an hour, like he said he would and gave me a quote and told me it would be ready the next day. Thanks Charlie (at Jerrys) for saving our Thanksgiving. One more thing to be thankful for.

I called a week early to set up appointment on July 24th to have timing belt replaced on my wifes 2005 Kia Optima. Knowing it hit 100,000 miles it was long due a new timing belt and some basic maintenance in that area of the engine. Charley was great and said he would pre-order the parts needed. We dropped off the car at 7:30 that morning. To our surprise, Charley called at 3:00 that afternoon to let us know the car was done and ready to go! They also did some required work on the water pump and changed the oil and oil filter. All that done the same day! AMAZING! I have recently moved to West Georgetown but I choose to drive the extra distance to use Jerrys Garage. They take great care of us and our cars... They say what they do... and do what they say... all for an excellent competitive price. I encourage everyone to drive the extra distance if necessary... Take you car or truck to Jerrys! I just took my wifes GMC Jimmy to Jerrys Garage. I was greeted by Charlie. We dropped the vehicle off Monday afternoon. The fuel gauge was not working. They had an estimate for us by the end of the day Monday. Charlie called us by 11am on Tuesday with a new fuel pump and fuel filter installed. Very professional. I would recommend this auto repair shop to everyone.

If you go to this garage - HOLD ON TO YOUR WALLET! These guys are at least as expensive as the stealership. I got a quote from them that was $100 less than the same work at a Toyota stealership. They also have a 10% first-time customer discount coupon so I figured, hey $100 plus the 10%. No one mentioned the discount when I booked the work so I figured that they would not apply it until they asked. When I got the bill and mentioned the discount they said, Oh, that 10% discount is already in it.. Damn - bad of me to not ask first. I gave them 1 star because at least they did the work... however, if I got to a local-yokal garage I expect to save money compared to the stealership.... I wont be going back.
