Love living at Montelena. The manager is interactive and really does everything possible to make us happy. Roberto the maintenance manger is speedy and fixes everything that we need. Love my spacious kitchen, so much countertop and storage.

I scheduled an apartment tour and I repeatedly called and no answer back or email back they have horrible management service and I was excited to explore the community but now I’m not so sure.

I cant wait for my lease to be up. This was the only complex with apartments open at the time I was looking so we got stuck with it. About 3 months into living there someone broke into my boyfriends work van and steal a bunch of expensive tools. They stole from other residents cars as well. Not long after that my car has been vandalized twice and this morning I woke up to find that someone had gone through my car (items were stolen) and theres nothing we can do about it because they did nothing the first time around.I would not recommend living here unless you absolutely have to or wanting to live close to the toll. Star ranch apartments has a gate that always works and they have a patrol who makes their rounds looking for suspicious activity and if Im paying $1000 for a 600ft apartment then I dont understand why they cant do better with the security of for residents. (The gate here is always messing up and staying open, which is probably how thieves get in)Definitely not renewing my lease here and would not recommend unless you want to spend $300 on security cameras like I just did.When we moved in we found out it was under new management too. I hope the people who owed it before them werent worse

Property Managers & maintence staff are great at taking care of their tenants. As soon as it was safe to walk the property they went door to door to connect with everyone & take note of any issues people were faced with during this winter storm. They are timely with maintenance requests and are connected with the community here which is why I continue to call this place home.

The leasing team is responsive, enthusiastic and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond to my service requests. I appreciate them taking care of my apartment and the outdoor space so well!I’m looking forward to living here for years to come!

We had a couple of bump ins when we moved in. However Michelle and Gustavo over maintenance helped out a lot. They were very attentive to our needs. The only things that I don’t care for is no linens closet and the vertical blinds that fall easy. But the apartment is peaceful, my neighbors friendly, and it’s close to my husband’s job! Overall it’s a great community!👌🏽

Lisa made my move in process smooth fast and easy from start to finish! As you know moving could be stressful and overwhelming well Lisa made sure I felt neither she’s awesome!!! Apartments are clean and quiet, highly recommend this property.

I love this property. I clicked all the boxes because they do have nice luxury apartments at not a ridiculous price. The folks in the office really make me feel welcome when I go visit or call them. My kids like the amenities. Michelle the manager really cares. You just dont see that quality much these days. Anyway, Im so glad I found this community.

Our first day after arriving from another state we got into our apartment to find thw appliances were not there. The staff at Montelena Round Rock got us a refrigerator within an hour as well as called to explain how long until we would get our washer and dryer. They alsl gave us credit on our account for rent for the inconvenience. They continually expressed their apologies saying that they wanted pur move to be perfect in every way they could make it.

My grandma and I live here. Its nice. The pool is always clean. The folks that live next door are nice and they have a cute dog. Lots of great open space for kids to play or walk your puppers.

In the freeze emergency Roberto from maintenance was so helpful and kind. He really made a difference.

This apartment is a beautiful facility, and the staff is really helpful and friendly, especially the manager, Michelle. I was even able to use the clubhouse to get ready on the morning of my wedding. It was super spacious and beautiful.

First off all the ladies in the office are on top of things. Great front office staff of Michelle, Lisa and Candice. The apartments are well kept and relaxing. Everything is close to home. The maintenance crews do a awesome job maintaining the grounds around the property. Service requests are done promptly

We were scouting out apartments for our daughter before she comes down. These apartments are awesome, well kept grounds and a Great location! Michelle was able to answer all our questions and was very friendly.

Very nice and quiet community. The front desk was very helpful making my moving transition easy. I had to have a quick move-in and they were more than willing to accommodate!

Some of the residents, and especially cars, are loud. Volleyball courts are great. Havent been able to use the pool yet, either it is closed or there are too many kids. The staff and maintenance are amazing!

Ive been here for almost 4 years and we love it. It is close to everything. Close to I35 and 130. The staff is great. Candice has been very responsive and will help us anytime when we need it. Great community and the staff are very professional.

Living at these apartments has been nothing but great. The apartments are really nice. I haven’t had any problems and if I do they are very quickly fixed. I would definitely recommend living here

What a great place for my family AND my pets! The environment is safe, the grounds are kept clean and the staff are ALWAYS available. From enjoying a cup of coffee on my front porch early in the morning to walking my dogs in the evening. My place here is more than just an apartment. Its home.

Ive lived at Montelena Apartments for a couple of years. I love it here!!! They have a nice playground for my daughter to play at and kids to enjoy it with. The leasing office are always happy to help you with any issues you may have. (If you ever do.)Maintenance is very friendly. One day I was walking to the dumpster with my trash and its a little bit of a walk but not that day that day one of the maintenance guys pulled up next to me in his golf cart and grabbed my trash bag and said have a wonderful Monday sir and took the trash for me. Things like that go a long way. I think Montelena is a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever had. The manager Michelle is awesome, she takes care of everything I need. If something breaks maintenance is there immediately to fix. The best kitchen ever in an apartment. Lots of counter and cabinets and a pantry.

DO NOT BELIEVE THESE RECENT REVIEWS! They must be having friends or family try to cover up for the TRUE LOW REVIEWS POSTED.The management and office workers are extremely unprofessional! Ever since the new management has come in the previous years (Michelle and Candice) the quality and assurance of care and respect for the apartment’s resident have drastically decreased. When you try to address an issue with them they never seem to care or listen. There have been many times where I’ve tried to have them solve a problem such as complaints or unjust charges and all I get is attitude. The rent may be cheap, but the outdated appliances, amenities, and overall architecture is NOT worth your time or money. From personal experience, please find another apartment complex to rent from. The only good of the company was maintenance especially when they were on 24 hr call and would respond and be proactive very quickly like when the AC would go out or a leak occurred. Hate the management and hate their snobby attitude.

Definitely one of the best complexes Ive stayed at. The management and team have been beyond helpful to me when other places were not even willing to help me.They have always been responsive and attentive if i have any issues or questions.

I really like living here. We have access to great schools, the onsite facilities (open green space, basketball court and playground) are always hopping with people and my neighbors are just wonderful. It is uncommon in my experience to know ones neighbors, especially in an apartment setting, but because people use the common spaces so freely, it is entirely likely that you will nod at your neighbor, have a friendly exchange and maybe even make a new friend. The staff is great, and any concerns regarding the living spaces are addressed promptly and professionally. I love calling this place my home. I love getting home at the end of the day to my little space where I feel welcome, safe and at home.

There is a lot of open space here and Plenty of parking. It is a pet friendly And a well kept apartment complex. There staff are friendly and welcoming too!!!!

My experience with the office staff here has been absolutely horrendous. They charged nearly $500 over the amount of my rent due to a “system error” and they are not trying to resolve it whatsoever! I have made numerous attempts to have this resolved and my calls and emails are being completely ignored. I just need one person to step up and do their job.

I love it here they have and awesome theater room and the clubhouse in the pool is really cool and the play scape for all the little kids🤩. And in the gym it has so much equipment and it has a TV. They are respectful to Kids and all of The residence.😍

I am a mobile mechanic and after speaking with the staff and the property manager I can do basic work which is surprising due to the fact that most complexes do not allow that in parking lots every time I have been there the entire property was very well maintained and the staff keeps everything professional

I absolutely loved living at montelena apartments, the apartments are beautiful and spacious and were recently got beautiful upgraded counter tops and appliances, all the residents are very nice, friendly and welcoming and the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly and easy talk to, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to raise your kids these apartments are what you are looking for, my son misses the beautiful pool and jungle gym.

This is a beautiful place. Ample parking for residents and guests. There is a small warehouse. The territory is clean. If something is broken, the worker will come and do it. Office workers are friendly.
