The service repair guys that came out were very nice, they got the job done quickly, no mess left behind and even took the time to show me how dirty the system was. The dirt was so bad, I have a feeling that the other company that came out a year ago never did what was supposed to be done on the yearly maintenance. Blue Diamond came out and were very thorough on their repair. I asked for them to replace my hose bibbs with Prier Hose Bibbs and did a very good job. But buyer beware, I was quoted one price when the tech came out to do the work, then billed the next day. My actual bill was about $80 more than quoted when the tech arrived.

I always keep a honey-do list of random things I need done (for electrician, plumber, HVAC, etc.) and when something urgent comes up I have it ready (and anything I need to order for it, because sometimes parts can take a while to get). They have saved us money several times. Once before we knew about Blue Diamond we had a plumber that was going to take apart our tub to do some work, luckily we got a second opinion (and have only hired them since), when they came to give a bid (because it was extremely high), they said why do all that when you can just reorder a part for your existing hardware and it’s only $75, plus the wait. Saved us a ton, plus the new stuff wouldn’t have matched with our existing Kohler hardware, since it was in our master. Today they came and tightened a toilet, replaced a faucet in our outside pool bathroom, and some discolored drains. Fast! All done in an hour! Excellent and will hire again!

A call to Blue Diamond MEP saved me a costly repair. I called them to get a bid over the phone for a sewer line spot repair. Not only was their bid 50% less than the other company, they advised me to first call City of Austin before getting anyone to come out to do the repairs. It turns out that the location of the sewer pipe that needed repair belonged to the City. City of Austin came out and took care of the problem same day. Will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome, had a breaker bust for my AC on Friday at 3pm, they had it fixed at 7pm same day. They will be my electricians from now on!

They ran an electric line from our house panel to a newly constructed detached office and installed outlets, recessed lighting and a ceiling fan with switches. During the worst cold weather in Texas history and with most of Austin without power for over 72 hours these guys were a lifesaver! I had 2 broken pipes due to freezing and they we responsive and kept me informed. Im sure they have hundreds of calls but they made sure the problem was fixed.

The service was great! I must say it was very refreshing to find an honest contractor. We had 2 other company’s out and 1 company was charging over 10k to do the job and the 2nd one was charging $6600. Mr Hayek came out, did some testing and guess what?? I had an amazing experiences using Blue Diamond! The plumbers showed up on time and had the issue fixed within 15 to 20 minutes. The plumbers cleaned underneath the sink and replaced everything without any stress. Their service was super easy to schedule and I was reminded of the appointment promptly.

Art was great and very knowledgeable on what he does. He was calm, and made my wife, and I feel comfortable. Blue Diamonds communication towards me was quick and helpful. The service fee is quite expensive, but I would still hire them to fix my a/c if it ever went out again. I trust this company due to my experience with Art.

Couldn’t be happier with Blue Diamond. They moved an outlet to the patio for me and did it in an efficient and professional manner. Carlos and his helper were at my house within the time frame they said. They answered all my questions. My home warranty approved the replacement of the fan and they let me select one I liked in the budget they gave me.The reason I gave it a 4 is because they did not wear gloves at all, and they gave me their cell to talk to Maxwell a couple of times. They DID wear masks the whole time working. We had to wait about 30 min for the approval from my warranty company before they could start replacing the fan. Friendly team.

I had a really nice and easy experience. The plumbers were in and out in 20 to 25 minutes. They helped explain the issue and what they did to fix it. They cleaned underneath the sink and even threw away our trash!

Blue Diamond was suppose to be at my house between 11-3 p.m. today. They were a no show. The appointment was made last week. I have not had hot water for 5 days. I called at 3:30 p.m. and talked with the receptionist. She said a plumber would be right out. At 4:30 p.m. when no one showed up,I called again. The receptionist hung up on my. What an unprofessional company. I would never recommend them to anyone. When the plumber showed up at 4:45 p.m. he said he had just got the call to come. He was very nice. He was the only good thing about the service.
