Khalid is an awesome guy to do business with, always gets the job done fast and great! Reasonable prices too. Will return for all maintenance and repairs for the future.

I have been taking my car to Khalid for about 3-4 years when I was living in the area. I moved away and after 4 years I went back to his shop. He is the only mechanic I trust. The dealers Ive dealt with are not as trustworthy, and overcharge for everything. I will drive the distance for major repairs and maintenance.

My car would not pass the emissions test for the state, the owner and mechanics diagnostic the vehicle, fix the problem and even took the car up to the state emission test facility for me. These guys are great and will be going to them with any car repair issues in the future.

This place is not a scam. Been going to this place for years with more than one car. The owner and his guys do a great job, but this place is BUSY. So you may need to be able to leave your car for more than a day. They get especially backed up on Saturdays. Expect that.

Love this place. Its my go-to for the last 3 years. They are by far very honest. Ive worked with Mike and Kalid and they treat me like family. Ive recently went in because I heard a squeaky noise now and then. I thought it was my brakes they check them out. I didnt have to replace them, they said they were still good. I was so glad they are so honest and always look out for me.

Took two vehicles, a 2014 & 2015 for a simple oil change & less than 5miles both cars are still alerting me to change oil.Checked under the hoods for myself, oil seemed to have been changed.Checked the filter & they decided that it was okay to potentially ruin my vehicles by shoving filters that were not the size they take.Now cant help think, if they even put new oil. Definitely not worth going back, to resolve if it can’t be done correctly the 1st time.

AK fixed a botched brake job done by me, and fixed a broken hood release cable. They had no problem fixing my handi-work and saved me a lot of money on the hood cable repair which cost less than half quoted by the Toyota dealer. They are very personable and do excellent work.One-star deduction (from 5 to 4): A body shop found 14 missing retainer clips for the debris shield under the front bumper. AK was the only one ever to work on the front end when they fixed the hood release cable.

I am sorry that I did not post this review earlier. The service here is A+ and they are really honest. My car was in bad shape when I brought it over. The guys at the shop took care of everything (while I was at work). They made a stressful situation become something of the past. These guys deserve a great rating! Give them a chance and Im sure youll be satisfied

Great service, they can take appointments or can take you without if they are not busy. They work with you, tell you whats going on before they do the work. All the people there are real friendly and courteous.

This place was horrible!!! Avoid it at all costs!!! Horrible customer service!!! Towed my car in & it took them 3 days to fix the starter. They never called me to tell me what was wrong with my car on day 1, I had to call multiple times to see if they looked at it & it was we are pulling it into the shop now or it will be looked at in ten minutes. Walked by the shop & my car was still outside. On day 2 I ate & stayed at the Taco Bell which is right next door for a couple hrs & while my car sat outside, new cars/customers were taken care of & brought into the shop & fixed, once again no one called me & I had to call them & it was the same response as the day before. Not till 1hr before closing on the 2nd day it was there did I finally get a call telling me it was the starter. On day 3 I finally got a call around 2pm (they open at 8am) that my car was fixed. The next day the car didnt start & they were no help at all. After giving them very close to $500 to fix my car, I was basically told by Zahid the guy behind the counter well we fixed the starter not our problem. There was not an attempt to help

I went to get my minivan side view mirror repaired. They got me the part $130 cheaper than the dealership and the work was done in 20 minutes. Very good and friendly service. I would recommend them.

If you dont want your car fixed and you want to spend alot of money then yeah go hear. If you want your car fixed right for the money you spend you should go some places else cause there a no lube kind of place if you know what I mean. So I hope you make the right choice by NOT GOING TO AK AUTO IN ROUND LAKE BEACH and you go else where if you dont believe me have the work done, check your receipt for the parts,call napa give them the part number on your receipt and you will see you were over charged for a part that they get cheaper and they charged you more than ever if you bought the parts for them I have plenty of bad things to go on about this place so please do yourself a favor and dont go there unless you wanna get ripped off especially dont let Brian work on your car.

They dont know how to fix cars, will let you leave there with parts missing and not even tell you about it. Then the parts that need to be fixed, try to charge 10 times the amount just for the part alone. Also will blame you for their mistakes, I wouldnt recommend anyone go there to get their car fixed.

Waited 2hours of my day, they told me an hour and a half waiting for oil change then for them to tell me that my 2007 Lincoln only takes 4 quarts and then told me, to leave my car until Monday for an oil change! This place is a joke.
