Had this company install hardwood flooring and baseboards in my home. Upon completion they added their standard retail markup to the final bill.Standard retail markups in the construction industry range from 10-20%. Total cost to them was $1,608.8 and I was charged $2,293.92. They added 43%!!Aside from their ridiculous markup percentage, whats upsetting is that no where in the initial contract did it list that additional charge. When talking with Adrian, the store manager, he stated we dont have to disclose our business practices. How convenient..Its very unethical and poor business practices to charge customers undisclosed markups on materials. I hope that anyone deciding whether or not to work with this company considers this review.
