The crew from Daniels Floors were well-organized, efficient and did a professional job for a competitive price. They focused on our project, were respectful of our property and cleared up after themselves.

We bought a new house and had two rooms to finish out the hardwoods to match the rest of the flooring. We were under a time crunch to get it done, so Laura recommended a water-based finish, which ended up matching very well. She even noticed parts of our house missing shoe molding and we were able to get it added at a reasonable price. I appreciated these extra bits of consulting rather than just doing the job. The job was done in two days and the room was ready to sleep in the day after that.Quotes from other vendors have always included nonsense add-on fees but Daniels had very competitive straightforward pricing.

Dont have this company install your floors. If you do, be prepared for lots of damage. We keep finding more too. I hope you dont get Laura to manage it. Seemed totally unaware of our project details and everything was an excuse (youll hear slipped my mind many, many times except for billing). The installers didnt finish the stairs, scraped nearly every surface (I have to re-paint walls, trim, doors), got glue on the carpet and walls, and the finish work was very bad. If I could give 1/2 star I would, but just for having a large selection of products. We bought ~1000 sq ft of good quality engineered hardwood and had them install it.

I am a big stickler for quality workmanship, products, and service. I have worked in the residential, building, and construction industry, so I know what to look for in my own installations. Plus, I was in the military, so I comb over everything with a fine-toothed comb. Unlike many people, I am more about quality over cost. Id rather pay more for a top quality installation than to pay less and leave it to chance and risk a poor job. Daniels Floors is quite impressive! I received both top quality workmanship and service AND competitive pricing. I had never heard of them prior to this project.They replaced our carpet with hardwood in our master bedroom and walk-in closet, upper level landing/foyer to include linen closet, and upper level sitting room with walk-in closet. The flooring came out darker than expected, but they stripped it down and re-stained it to our liking at no additional charge. The sitting room previously mentioned was not in the original quote, but we had around 120 - 140 sq. ft. of hardwood remaining. Originally, they gave us the option to keep the hardwood or return it for a stocking fee. The next day, they surprised us when they said that they would install the remaining hardwood in an area of our choice . . . . also at no additional charge. If the installers were upset about all of this additional work, I could not tell it. They remained professional, courteous, and pleasant beginning to end. They had to match the new hardwood with the existing and they did a GREAT job in doing so. The flooring looks identical in color, texture, and grain.They were so great that I felt bad about the additional work. I didnt even want them to do any of this on the house, but they insisted.The quality of the installation 10/10.The quality of the hardwood 10/10.The quality of the service 10/10.OVERALL 15/10!!!We will definitely use them in the future when we replace the carpet in the upper level bedrooms and when it comes time for re-finishing or if any repairs/maintenance arise.

Daniels flooring is awesome. They are professional and really care about customers. This is an old school type of company that makes sure customers are taken care of. Dont risk it with other companies, go with Daniels.Laura was awesome to work with and helped us so much witg our new Hickory floors.

Christian and his crew did a great job in our house. They were pleasant an d always picked up after they were done for the day. The floor look great! we had some major remodeling in our house so they had to come fix some minor stuff that got banged up by the other contractors but Laura came out and fixed them. I would definitely use them again.

Daniels floors extended our hardwoods into a living room and bedroom. Having existing hardwoods, the way they were seamlessly integrate the old and the new and make them look like they were all installed at the same time was impressive. I think I want the rest of the house done and will be requesting an estimate. Highly recommend.

I just purchased my first home. I wanted some upscale looking flooring but had other updates to make as well, so my budget was somewhat limited. I am the type of person who does a lot of research before investing money. I visited a lot of flooring stores near my new home. Most of these flooring stores are all about carpet, with a few hardwood sample stands in the back.  They pretty much all have the same or similar floors. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to Daniels Floors. The entire place has nothing but wood flooring and laminates. They had floors there that were unlike anything I had ever seen before. I took some samples home and then they came out an prepared a quote the next day. I had the floor delivered the following day and two days later it was installed. The floor looks like it is much more expensive than it actually was. My mom lectured me about being extravagant and I had to show here the invoice to calm her down. I really like the way they help you narrow down your options so that the decision isnt overwhelming.  I get nothing but compliments on my home. As soon as I get my new furniture, I am going to post photos of this amazing floor. I wish I had not wasted time running around to all of those other flooring stores. Daniels has every wood flooring style you can imagine in one place.

We recently bought a house and pulled out carpet revealing wood floors underneath that needed to be refinished before we moved in. They were dull and had carpet pad stuck to them, along with some old water damage. The best referral we got out of all the contractors we used was Daniel Floors. They provided a thorough estimate, and held true to the estimated costs and time frame to complete the job. I would recommend them to anyone! Our only regret is that we did not have the whole house refinished because the newly refinished floors are beautiful!

It is so rare to request contract work that you find a company you can tell takes pride in getting the job done correctly and beautifully. Daniel’s Floors exceeded my every expectation by going the extra mile. I had new hardwoods feathered into existing hardwoods and the floors refinished. After seeing the process start to unfold, I could tell they were the pinnacle of professionalism and I could trust that everything I could ever dream of would be handled expertly without having to follow behind their every footstep.Laura is extremely personable and knowledgeable. She was able to come out and give me an estimate the same day I called. Thereafter, Daniel mixed the elaborate custom stain samples I had in mind and answered any of my questions. I asked for the shoe molding to be stained to match the floors, cable wiring holes to be repaired, to remove a threshold between doors, and mentioned a flush-mount floor vent though I wasn’t sure if it came in the size I needed. Naturally from other remodeling experiences I asked, “Do you need to write this down or anything?” He said, “No, I will remember” and he did, Daniel remembered every little nuance we spoke about and completed each of the things I requested flawlessly. The entire process took less than a week (and without any dust!).To my surprise, they made me a custom size flush-mount floor vent to fit the space and took tremendous care working around appliances. I am the pickiest of clients and when I find a company that completes the job without needing a single reminder, tweak, or call-back I want to tell everyone if you need floors you can rest assure knowing Daniel’s Floors will do a spectacular job.

Daniels Floors was very hard-working and professional. They came out the same day that I called and gave me an estimate, and were very prompt in getting the job done. Our floors were very worn down (previous owners had 5 dogs), and now they look beautiful! Will recommend to friends.

My experience with Daniels Floors unfortunately was less than stellar. The communication with this company was poor. Because of this poor communication the entire project took significantly longer than anticipated and my toilet is now on my back porch. Despite their attempts to rectify the situation my toilet is still not in the bathroom and my confidence in this company is gone. Im giving them one star because the quality of the work is good, but I would personally not use them again and have reservations recommending them to anyone else.

Daniels Flooring is up front and honest when it comes to trying to figure out if the whole hardwood floor has to be replaced over scratches on just a couple of planks. While other companies tell me no way it will match to sand and refinish specific planks, Daniels Floors will tell you the truth! They can do it and have done it for many customers! I am a satisfied customer and they proved to me that for specific types of floors, a few scratches on hardwoods does not have to mean replacing the whole floor as other companies would have you believe!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
