My primary complaint about this office is they do not make your privacy a priority. On 5/11/20 I dropped off my documents and returned to pick them up a few hours later. When I arrived I discovered my documents laying on the counter, unprotected and in plain view of visitors in the lobby! I was ALARMED as I could clearly see my social security number. The staff was in the rear of the office. When they came to the lobby to greet me I inquired as to why my documents were exposed in this manner. They refused to acknowledge my concerns by repeatedly stating “no one has seen your files”. They didn’t even apologize!This behavior is unprofessional and it demonstrates the lack of caring and the absence of personal responsibility! I will never use them again!

My tax professional Ruben cancel is awesome. That’s the reason why I have come back to him for 10 + years. He is caring and takes the time to explain everything.

Never have I dealt with a company who so badly wants to ignore customer concerns.My husband and I went to have our taxes done here for the first time and they messed up on a section causing us to owe money. We caught the error, causing us to file an amendment but now we are out that money for weeks until the state can send us our rightful refund.Back to H&R Block, after we dealt with our problem, we called the support line to talk about our troubles and they said we should definitely get a refund on the fees to H&R Block for the error but we had to go through the location to get it.We had been trying to get a hold of the manager for three weeks but she would never return our calls. After finally getting in touch and meeting in person, we were promised a refund be sent in the mail in 2-3 business days.It’s going on 2 weeks with no refund in sight. I wouldn’t be so upset if the fees weren’t so astronomical ($173 in our case due to moving states, etc) and this error had really taken a dent in our savings.Not to mention, our tax preparer tried to make us feel stupid for HER mistake. Then blamed it on us for not having an appointment when she told us she could take us anyways (we weren’t even going to go here in the first place, but circumstances that day changed our plans).I’m so tired of making phone calls, being ignored, and pushed over by this company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

Our Tax Analyst, Dennis Moore, did a lot of research and a lot of work for us to get our taxes completed. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and always willing to do whatever it took to complete our taxes. All this was done with a great attitude and always with a smile! He was a pleasure to work with!

Make sure to call and make sure they can actually handle you. I made an appointment online and there were only two tax pros there, one of which was unavailable. So the one we got was basically brand new and couldn’t handle our taxes (got married, bought/sold a home). They wanted us to come back 4 hours later or just leave them the documents have them do it on their own time. Definitely won’t be back.

Terrible Experience.Took 3 hours to file tax for an professional and so much confused old staff as if they are doing for first time. I should have given ZERO stars or minus if there would have been any option.Never ever go there u will be in loss.Specially if you get appointment with MAHESH the specialist never agree ..becoz of him we ended up paying more tax and penalty stating that we refigured your tax amount again as it was not filed properly.Dont go please

Setup appointment this past tuesday for fri at 11am. Took time off work and had all paper work set. Received call stating customer sat was key and confirming appointment on wed.Wow... show up and they suggest I am not in system until 5pm. They moved my meeting to take another customer with out asking me. Very bad form on accountants part and office .Disregarding an appointment and not coming clean even worse.I had to ask myself when they tried to shuffle me off to someone else if I trusted them with my taxes... I walked.Yes I have had several years of taxes done by a different HR office. This was would have been second time at this office.

Worst customer service ever, even after charging 4 times the market rate while filing my tax, they wont help you if you get any IRS notice, and even before opening the notice they would say we will take another $199 to read the notice and then there is no guarantee that another notice wont come.Worst of all, the behavior of staff is extremely unprofessional and rude.
