The receptionist was really nice, however youre better off downloading turbo tax and doing them that way its a ridiculous fee and the lady was a bit rude at times. (Lisa)

I have been waiting for a call back since yesterday & this makes the 3rd time Ive filed with them & have had trouble with my refund last year & now this year as well, I will be going elsewhere next year.

The person doing the taxes is rude and disrespectful. He did my moms taxes wrong and I called and the lady told me he wasnt there and he would call me back and yet he fails to do so.
