She cares about her customers and you can tell she puts a smile on her face. Since I have an odd Xerox printer, my technicians are Nathan and James. The guys are always professional and fix all the random challenges. I have been a customer for many years and look forward to my next future purchases!

Carlos Moller came out to service our company printer that we were having problems with. He was had to order parts for the printer. he assure me that he would be back the next day. Carlos returned the next day to add the parts and to clean the machine out. He was very nice and actually explained to me everything that he had done to the printer.
