I had a very good experience with Diane today at Cartridge World, Roswell. Her customer care was first class! She went above and beyond to give me exceptional service.

I came here several months ago and began purchasing cartridges for my printer. I was reticent at first because my printer always recognized a genuine cartridge, and I didnt want to have issues with the non-genuine cartridges that they sell. They assured me that I wouldnt have any issues. Well, after a few cartridges, I used one cartridge that entirely stopped my printer from functioning. It would give me error messages and not even attempt to print. So I came and spoke with Diana. She was nice and told me that they had run out of the cartridge that I needed but took down my information and said she would call me as soon as they had new ones come in. I asked her to confirm that she would for sure call me. She said absolutely. She took down my information, and I waited for a call that never came. So, I called them myself after two weeks and she said she didnt remember talking to me. I reminded her of our conversation giving her specific details, and she finally remembered and apologized for not calling me sooner and said to come in and she would exchange my cartridge as promised. I came in and she was already gone. Maurice looked me up in their system and started mansplaining how cartridges and their exchanges work. He said because my cartridge was used he cant exchange it. Diana knew my cartridge was used and had promised me an exchange. My daughter witnessed our entire conversation and she was shocked. I unfortunately had to explain to her that not all small businesses offer excellent customer service and unfortunately women will be subject to mansplaining even if they have a Masters degree. Yes. I know how a printer works. And your cartridge had problems. Never coming back.

I called this location looking for toner for my Epson printer. Since it’s a relatively new printer, it’s been fairly hard to find toner for it. Maurice told me that they didn’t have it in stock, but that he could email me links of online stores that did. In the end, I got a much better deal than what I would have had to pay on Epson’s site!

Maurice went over and beyond for our business last week. Its people like him who elevate a business and create loyal customers. You certainly have one here. Thank you for your service, Maurice.

I am really amazed by the level of customer service that Maurice and his staff gives on a regular basis. They go above and beyond each time I visit. Support this business, you wont regret it.

I used them for years and got a much better deal on Amazon. I also had to argue with the manager after being a longtime customer about bad cartridges. Ink evaporates was his reply.I would look elsewhere.

I got the bright idea the other day that I was going to see if I could get my printer cartridge re-filled but after calling around a few stores I quickly realized that buying new and refill prices were pretty close. Somehow I came across this place and gave them a call to find out more about whether they sell the item that I was looking for. They do and the nicest person answered the phone. She let me ask her 20 million questions on the phone with no problem. So the next day I hopped in my car and came. Met the owner who was super awesome. I was able to save 50% off the same cartridge that I buy at Walmart...cant beat it! Thanks Cartridge World!

Cant believe how Maurice and his team go above and beyond. We had a few glitches with our printer and ended up having to use a lot if help! It makes such a difference when you support your local business versus buying online. Maurice was able to get me all the best deals, inform me on all the info I never would have gotten from HP, and ultimately went the extra mile to fix both the computer and printer issues. All while entertaining my child! We have shopped here for years and wouldnt go anywhere else! !!

½ at Amazon on all of it. Half their cartridges are clogged or dont talk to printers correctly.

The store does not refill Epson 288 inkjet cartridges. However, when you Google this specific keyword search, Cartridge World shows up.

Our office always has a pleasant experience with this store, especially BRAD he is awesome!! They will deliver if the order is over $100 and since I have moved to a new office away from Roswell, Brad is still going to delivedr to use in UNION CITY!! I will always use this store even for our cartridge needs. Brad always goes above and beyond his customer service is A1!!
