Rented the guest house out back for a night. The hot tub was filthy, there was a cockroach in the bathtub, and the AC filter was so caked with hair and dirt that it couldnt keep the place cool. We tossed and turned in our own sweat. In the morning, our contact, Brenda, offered us $40 off when we paid $140. The place was gross, the service was disgusting, and I can only assume the spa isnt far behind if they allow such conditions in the back yard.

This was a wonderful experience. My mother and I went for 2 half hour facials. It was amazing and relaxing. My skin feels revitalized and and glowing. They explained step by step the process as they brought us to each step. We booked 2 hair cuts and styling for the following week. Very reasonably priced for the services provided. 100% would reccomend to friends and family.

This place is truly amazing! Brenda did more then I could imagine! She went out of her way to not only accommodate me but my entire wedding crew! She ensured we had a relaxing bachelorette party and her staff helped get a few of the girls ready for the wedding day! I also stayed in the suite behind the spa and it was so relaxing and a beautiful getaway!!

Went for a massage, therapist was very friendly, and nice but talked too much and did not concentrate on the issues I repeatedly told her about. Felt like I wasted my money and had no relief from my pain. Way overpriced too, cost over $100 with tip. Wont be back.

This Spa is Absolutely the best in town we had my daughters birthday party hosted there the girls had a blast! They picked us up in a limo and took us back to our hotel All the girls were super excited. their staff goes above and beyond to accommodate everyones needs they are amazing. The owner Brenda is the sweetest person ever.

I had a massage and it was amazing! The facility has everything you need for relaxing and is very clean and beautiful. I was able to soak in the hot tub prior to my massage and lounge in the Tea room after. I would highly recommend this place.

Rude staff. Untrained staff. What a waste of a gift. Trying to get a refund is a joke. The owner told my daughter in law that she will THINK about giving a refund if I take my bad review down. Then accused us of being liars even after showing her the receipt for the purchase. Not a way to run a business and I will not remove my reviews.

I had a wonderful day, the staff was amazing the girls that did our facial were absolutely great the staff was very friendly lunch was just perfect couldnt have done it any better the only thing that wasnt up to my T was when getting the pedi and mani they didnt have good quality of supplies, they didnt have the right brushes or the right equipment...the staff made up for the poor quality of nail polishes I hope this helps

Very disappointed in this place. Went two different times and the lady that gave me my massage was horrible. She is an older lady that also owns a bed and breakfast in town. She talked the whole time non stop not only about herself but also politics and religion which I thought was extremely unprofessional. She would stop massaging me because she uses her hand a lot to talk too. After my so called massage she lingered around me I think expecting her tip because I was her only massage that day. I do recommend going there for a facial the girl that did that was very professional and good.
