Great box and friendly staff. We were visiting and did the Open 21.1 at their facility. Minus a point for not having a sign above the non-descript entrance. Not sure if its a new location and its coming but we were unsure of being in the right place for a while before calling because who doesnt have a sign for their business?

Dropped in for a 2-hour long workout and felt great afterwards! Loved the fun, welcoming community and the brand new equipments. It’s so exciting to see kids and teenagers starting their CrossFit journey early on!

I was having trouble staying consistent in working out, but now i love going to the gym! Roswell CrossFit is a great environment to workout in. Their coaches are very knowledgeable. Top of the line equipment and theres always a class that fits your schedule. Highly recommend !

I have been with several trainers at different gyms and none of them are as devoted as Richie and Crystal along with the other trainers. This is such a friendly and encouraging environment and it doesn’t feel like you’re a rookie there because everyone is so motivating!

I have been able to push myself to do things I never thought I would be able to do and then some. The thing that makes Roswell CrossFit so great is the people. From the coaches to everyone that trains there. I wanted to start investing in my heath, but not coming from an athletic background I found it difficult to train by myself. From the moment I entered the gym everyone instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. Richie and Crystal are the most knowledgeable and passionate coaches you’ll find. They will meet you at any fitness level and continually encourage you, but also challenge and push you to become better and make sure you get the most out of every session. Having a community based gym like this, I believe encourages you to train harder because everyone is always there to support each other. The newly remodeled gym is also incredible and like nothing else you’ll find in Roswell. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

By far the best gym in town. I have been a member of several gyms and Roswell CrossFit outdoes them all. Thanks to the hard work and dedication that Crystal and Richie put into each and every member, we are able to reach goals we never thought were attainable. Keep up the good work!

Awesome place with amazing people. Everyday is a new experience. Not only do you get a great work out, but you also learn how your body works, and how to be healthy. The coaches are knowledgeable, push you to your limits and get you results.
