This is a very nice facility in an upscale area. The gym is spacious and has just about every piece of equipment you could desire. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as I was a visitor from out of town. The guest pass system was a bit wonky, but once processed through the app it made this gym easy to train at for the week. The keep it clean and leave plenty of space between equipment. Check it out if you are in town on travel or considering it as your main gym in town.

Newish facility, good parking, nice pool. Much better than old run down dirty East Cobb location I used to go to. Have heard of 3 people who say they caught Covid at this location,, so thats a concern. They clean machines fairly often but cleaners spend more time on their phones than cleaning.

No Corvid19 protections in place, at all. GO AT YOUR RISK! We just lost a friend to Corvid19. This shitbis serious but LA Fitness apparently does not think so.

Super early mornings are best! Not many people there. Totally love the air circulation in there. Feels like theres a nice strong breeze as I do my treadmill thing 😅

Loved it when it first opened up. Also like the lake front because it feels like a country club gym despite the fact that the lake belongs to another property.

A combination of strength training and Cardio fitness in one hour. It is a perfect whole body workout for a busy person!

Is a good place to workout. However, the music they play needs to improve. I like to workout with upbeat music.

Currently my home LAF. Never too crowded but the crowd that’s there is generally nice and is better at re-racking than an average LAF. Basketball floor needs some work but I like that they have a third hoop to the side. Pool temp is kept a little too cold.They’re lagging on restarted classes Post-COVID, especially Yoga and spin. Pilates is nearly impossible to find anywhere. Hopefully those class schedules ramp up soon.

Most people there not wearing masks. Employees not wearing maks but they take up your temp. They offer sanitation bottles to clean what you or others touch, which I think of little value, because Covid is respiratory virus transmitted thru air and rarely thru touch.

Always clean, never a wait at any of the equipment.

Very disappointed with this LA location. I love my home LA gym in Maryland and have felt safe and comfortable working out there despite COVID. Understand that state regulations differ, but walking into this location, you would not even know there is a pandemic. The staff does not wear masks and there were only a few people wearing masks. It was crowded, making it difficult to be socially distant from others. I felt very uncomfortable and left without even finishing my workout. If you are looking for a safe place to workout while visiting for the holidays, I do not recommend.

Over all clean gym, with good upkeep of machines. I would have given 5 stars, but I wish the employees wore masks. Also wish people wiped down their equipment after use, especially during these times.

For the price, it cannot be beat. I wish they had a standing hack squat machine. That would give this place 5 stars.

Both my wife and I spoke with Marcus and DeShawn. Their quality of communication needs a lot of work. Marcus hang up on my wife and screamed at her and when she asked for a manager, she was told theres no manager on site. Then when she asked for the owner information to complain, no one stepped in to remedy the situation.

New location in the Roswell area. The gym is clean, lot of disinfecting spray around gym, and great equipment. Only downside is they dont have a sauna.

Great gym, just wish ppl would clean their machines when done.

A bit nicer than most la fitness locations. Smaller than the typical. The hoist equipment is a nice addition. Unfortunately, there is no sauna and the functional equipment is reserved for trainers

Great gym 💪 with the best maintenance crew in Georgia. They keep the place spotless and well stocked. Newest location in Atlanta area.

Came to this location for my personal training assessment with Walter. He was phenomenal. Good listener, understood and could relate to my goals. Had a great strength session with him where he completely raised the bar and my heart pumping the whole time. He broke down my goals and explained how to get there. Hands down. Highly, highly recommended.

Great front desk hospitality!

I go here to workout, not talk to the employees... therefore this is a very good gym! Equipment is great and it’s very clean. However, if you’re more focused on talking to employees rather than working out, maybe this isn’t the gym for you.

Very nice gym, clean, lots of equipment and friendly staff. Temperature is always good and fans in exercise room help with ventilation. I would love to see additional Pilates classes at this location.

The club is great - nice and clean - no problems in that area. Would be nice when you check in if the person at the desk would acknowledge your presence. I was not sure when I checked in if the lady disliked me or just hated her job - sad way to interact with your customers!

Its one of LA Fitness newest gyms in the Metro Atlanta area. Really easy to get in and out of from Highway 92. Nice staff great parking clean facilities. The equipment is newer than the other LA Fitness I typically go to. The prices are on par with all the rest typically what you expect

I did a fitness assessment with Walter. I was really impressed with his approach and the fact that he demonstrated a sincere interest in learning about me and my fitness goals which is an important quality in a personal trainer. Walter also pays close attention, offering encouragement or challenges depending upon the circumstance.

Walter gave me a great workout. He was awesome to work with, gave great motivation, and pushed me harder. 10/10 would recommend!

Vending machines have broken equipment, bought 11$ headphones that didn’t work right out of the box, no one was able to help me get a refund, front told me to just call number on vending machine (no one answered or called me back). Don’t risk using the vending machines for headphones

Its clean and nice but they run the fans and ac at full blast 24-7 ... even in a beanie and hoodie me and my wife (she wont come back to this location) are freezing. They refuse time and time again to change it.

Newly completed LA Fitness is fantastic. Great atmosphere and staff has been amazing. Well worth the switch from Planet Fitness.

Their TVs are set to only have CNN news at this location which probably makes half the members mad that go here. Why is there no option for Fox News?Update: They added Fox news! Should have had it to begin with though.

Personal Training with Lafitness is a rip off: Do not sign up for Personal Training until you research all the complaints. You pay whether there is a trainer for you or not. High turn over at this location. Unprofessional, people dont care, wont return calls. Bad experience. Fine facility for your own workout.

Who cares if the front desk doesnt acknowledge you? Youre there to work out not chit chat with them. As long as they check you in what does it matter.Cleanest, nicest LA Fitness north of the perimeter. Nice skylights above dumbbell area. No racquetball courts. Huge stretching/ab area behind cardio machines (which there are a ton of). Really nice Hoist brand cable machines and I think 6 or 7 cable stations to do chest flyes and such. More than Ive seen anywhere. Really good and new equipment. Everything you need.

Very nice and clean location! But the worst schedule for the swimming pool (the prime time is given to a class, so I cannot actually swim). Also... NO SAUNA 😕

I find that it is always cold in there and the fans are always running on high, I constantly have cold air blowing in my face. I don’t like working out with a sweater on and Breathing in cold air while I’m running makes me cough and is very uncomfortable. I DO like that all of the equipment is brand new and it is a very clean environment. I only go here because it is close to my home.

Employees are usually rude and dont even say hi at the front desk. Also alot of the members dont seem very friendly either. They dont have a sauana . the equipment and machines are fine though

Great, new equipment. Large area for core work, but is always filthy and probably never cleaned. I see the cleaning staff cleaning windows and stuff. CLEAN THE filthy mats!! PLEASE

Why did they bother to build this cheap, bare bones club? No racquetball, no sauna, no jacuzzi, a narrow pool ... this facility really is sorry compared to the other LA Fitness clubs in the area. If all of the current members choose to avoid it, perhaps the corporate bean counters wont try to duplicate this facility when building elsewhere.

Its new and nice but the staff is HORRIBLE! really none of them at the desk are even pleasant. When the pool was closed they didnt even seem to care. They are akwsys on the phone and dont even look at you When you come in. One day we saw the Manager parking in thehandicapped space and even HE didnt care.

But, broken machines not repaired in timely manner, staff is disinterested and unhelpful, No Acknowledgement of your presence checking in, personnel unfamiliar with all equipment available in gym, safety infractions not addressed by staff, ie, gym bags on floor, members walking thru the aisles with weights on their shoulders out of free weight area, bathrooms not maintained adequately, ie. garbage cans not emptied, paper left on counters, hair on floor....No Hot Tub!

This one looks brand new but no jacuzzy or sauna. I lost interesg going there from the first time i found out about it.

This is like any other La fitness. The only thing is it doesnt have sauna or racquetball. The establishment is often clean. The employees in the front desk are not as friendly as some other ones Ive been to.

Every time I come to this place my phones Wi-Fi stops working. Cant listen to my music, so annoying.

This is the gym I go to. The fans are always on so high, even when its 20 degrees out. I leave with my eyes feeling dry and my lungs almost feeling like I ran outside.

Our whole family goes here, just wish the were open later on weekends

Love LA Fitness in Georgia theyre all over the place and the great thing here is that they never get overly crowded so I can get in and get out and do my workout in relatively a short amount of time

I scheduled an appointment to tour the gym. When I arrived, there were no employees at the front desk. After searching for an employee, he was rude and said that he didn’t have time for me. I walked out and will never return again.
