Good customer service. Self service printing was done without any issues. Place is very clean and well maintained.

Bad customer service. Came in last Saturday and the only person there was the manager. Didn’t acknowledge or greet me when I came in. There was just 1 person in front of me and it took forever.

Excellent and Amazing customer service !! Manager Darius here has been super helpful when we visited this place. My child is doing some paper crafts and needed to do prints on various color papers, Darius has been so patient, took so much of his time and helped my kid with papers and printing them as per his needs !

Like seriously!!! The manager here was so rudeWhen I asked for some help with a machine.. I don’t think FedEx trains managers to act like that but someone needs to fire him

Have always had a good experience, especially with Jonas. I send a lot of presentations to print at the store and they are always perfect. Even when Ive shipped from there, the service and help has been awesome. There is typically only one person in there as its a much smaller location than most FedEx Office locations so there can be some lines. But people need to learn to be more patient.

Really unfriendly manager. He has really bad attitude if you ask for a small help. They printer was not working properly and it was obvious that the issue is because of THIER printer but the manger was acting like some one who is being bothered by you because you are asking for a small help.No explanation about the posting process, noting about your tracking number or anything and he was just paying attention to his cell phone and another computer all the time. So so bad.

I needed to make some copies and ship them for delivery tomorrow. The person behind the counter acted like I was annoying him when I asked for help. He seemed more intent on playing video games on his phone than taking care of customers. I walked out, went down the street to the UPS Store in the Publix shopping center. They took care of everything immediately and for a very, very reasonable price. This is the last time Ill ever use this Fedex location.

After calling several other stores to get a large, 20+ feel by 3 feet birthday banner, I spoke with Jazzmyn. She was great to work with and quickly returned all my calls and e-mails. She saw this order for an important birthday all the way through. Jazzmyn really went above and beyond. I will recommend everyone I know to this particular FedEx Office location!

Other reviews are from 3+ years ago, and I have not had the same experience as them. Yes, during peak hours the line can get long. But that comes with the territory. I have gone into this location a dozen times and have never been treated poorly or not given proper attention.At the end of the day, it is a FedEx with good people working there. Dont know what more you can ask for.

I drove to the FedEx storefront after multiple attempts to get help over the phone were unsuccessful. I just wanted to ask some questions regarding shipping freight. When I said the word, the guy immediately cut me off and said that store didnt do freight and wouldnt let me say another word. FedEx, if a customer comes in, at least TRY to be helpful, even if you cant actually provide the service Im asking about. Its still the same company. Off to UPS!

Jazzmyn was so helpful, we needed copies of postcards and a poster within 24 hours, and she made it happen. Jazzmyn helped us every step of the way. Very kind and knowledgeable!

You have to pay per minute like 30 cents to use the computer. Thats sad

Jonas is easily the rudest customer service provider out of any company I have ever experienced let alone FedEx. He speaks down to his customers on a routine basis and is a terrible representative of the FedEx brand. What a shame.

Well I was there the service was amazing and i spoke with a nice guy by the name Jude, 100% serving with courtesy and kindness.

I came in to print pictures from my email Destiny helped me and I was out and on my way within 5 mins!!!!! THANKS DESTINY YOURE AWESOME

This fedex office sucks!!!My scanner died at the house and even though it makes me cringe to spend 2 bucks to scan, its for work. Not only do they not help you figure out which way to navigate through their windows version, printer set up, scanner set up but then you have to insert your card and pay for their lack of service.Paid almost $4 to scan one freakin page. Ive been to this place no less than 2 dozen times a year for printing and other supplies but Im OFFICIALLY DONE with you guys horrible experience. Its never been great service at this location and lifes too short for this crap.Just checked their reviews and saw that they dont even attempt to respond to their bad reviews, obviously their issues are company wide.Wow, Im actually impressed at their lack of caring from their corporate office. Dont worry guys, Ill spread the word in my neighborhood less than 5 minutes from this location.

The people who run this store care about their customers and provide excellent service. I am a regular here now.
