We have been with Soft Intelligence for 7 years. They provide terrific customer support. Sherry, Chris, Nate, John, Steve, Brenda and Cindy and the rest of the crew do an outstanding job!
Spent a lot of money on training and setup. Customer Service from one individual is very poor. The rest of the team is great.
They do a great job of selling you, but are weak in other areas. Some of their customer service people do not understand the meaning of those words.
