I worked with Jason Kennedy today on an ongoing issue. My company just switced to 360 Smart Networks and I was working with our last provider prior to Jason taking over. The last provider was unresponsive and I could tell they were phoning in the solution(s). Jason took over my ticket and spent all day working on the issue and helped out tremendously. He was also very kind. I cant recommend 360 enough!

The 360 Smart Networks Team is amazing. They are responsive, knowledgeable and they do not waste your time. They take meticulous notes and actually use them to help you each time you call the help desk. They think about what we need now and in the future and help us budget. our network used to go down on a regular basis, we moved to them and we were down twice in a year on flaky old industry software.
