If youre looking around for a computer repair shop, stop looking. Youve found the best one. Technicians know what theyre doing, Customer service is truly excellent. I had a fantastic experience when my computers graphics card needed to be replaced. They were so courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Technician named Jeffrey helped me and he was wonderful.

I walked into Gtex Computers having no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at the great service. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. They kept in good communication with me throughout the time it took for complete my repair. I love the easy-to-use Team Viewer support that they offer to follow up on small issues that arise. The repair to my laptop was quick, affordable, and thorough. I will definitely use Gtex again.

Offered me a solution for much lower the cost elsewhere and also informed me quickly when the part arrived and when my computer was done-- even got a 90 day warranty. Such great customer service! Because of my work schedule, they even offered to stay after hours in order for me to pick up my laptop. They know what theyre doing. Highly recommend.

Great service. Had a problem re-installing Windows so took it to Gtex. They got it fixed in a couple of hours and installed latest version of Windows. All at a very reasonable price.Would definitely use these guys again.

We have used Gtex Computers at our office multiple times, the latest time being today. They are incredibly competent, friendly and fair. After multiple service calls by them at our office -- usually to handle complex issues such as networked computer and printer problems -- we have always felt that they treated us more than fairly, and always charged a fair price. On top of that, they have always responded quickly, and have even helped us out in the evening hours when we had an emergency.I have also taken my home computer to Gtex Computers to resolve virus and software issues, and the service was fast, friendly and highly competent. They kept me aware at all times of the status of the repair, and the price was fair.These folks are great, and I trust them implicitly!

They have great customer service & great overall service. Their staff is very knowledgeable and educated on what they are doing. They are also very cost-effective. They explained to me what the issue was and then when they had a feeling that what they originally told me was not correct they did more research on it themselves and then they came back to me and gave me an explanation of what was going on and why it was happening and then they also explained to me how they were going to fix it, it was a very good thorough explanation of not only the issue but on the solution as well. They have a 90 day warranty, in that 90 day period if your computer has the same issue you can go back to them and they will fix it again at no cost. I am very pleased and happy with my experience with them. Im also very excited that I got my Lenovo laptop back and it works as it should! Thank you Gtex!!!!

All the employees were very helpful and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my computer. When I was having screen issues, they explained what was causing the problem and gave me a lower price to replace my (relatively expensive) screen than another shop did. It ended up that my computer had a rare problem that wasnt fixed by changing the screen, but they discounted the new repair I needed because of this, and ensured that my problem was fixed by the time I needed to go back to school in another state. It took a lot of work to fix my screen, and I feel that not many other places would have worked with me like they did. Strongly recommend this shop.

Glad we found Gtex Computers. My power supply failed in the midst of a big project. None of my normal go to suppliers could replace same day. Rads can do attitude and competent service are great. I am also pleased with recommendations he made. Found my new IT specialists!

I took my computer in last Friday, and the problem was promptly and correctly diagnosed. They quickly obtained the needed part, and my computer was ready for pick-up on Sunday by noon. The price was very reasonable, and the device is working better than ever. I would certainly recommend Gtex and would use them again.

Very hard to get in contact with, hours on door and voicemail are different and hard to get return calls. Requested a call from the owner 5 times; NEVER HAPPENED. But, on the positive side, spoke to a man named Ed that was very helpful, great customer service and accountable. Called and left 2 messages for him to call back but, DOUBT, he ever got them because I have not heard back and that was 35 days ago. I was calling to purchase 10 computers for my businesses!!!!!! Decided to go elsewhere. Once you get an accountable person they actual do good work and stand behind their product!

Exceptional service. Gtex has not only repaired several computers for me, theyve taken the next step by suggesting useful hardware and software updates. Most recently a disc drive failed; they not only replaced the drive with a solid state drive, they were able to save every bit of my data (although it took a clever workaround).This is now the only place Ill take my computers.

We have used Gtex for iPad glass repair and upgrading hardware in computers with great results. I immediately took my Android Galaxy to them to fix the camera lens after stupidly trying another service place in East Cobb (who was closer distance-wise). After the other place made me order my own part and told me they had to break the phone to fix it, I went DIRECTLY back to Gtex (as I should have done in the first place) and they had it fixed and working beautifully within 45 minutes. Will ALWAYS use Gtex from now on!!!!

I have been using for a few years and was back again recently. This was also a very good experience. Clear communication and fair price. They have worked on my desk top and lap top and salvaged all my information from a crashed hard drive. I will return.

I took my Macbook air that was 5 years old to Gtex. It had become so slow and the display would go black every once in a while. I had no clue what to do with it and thought the only option I have is to buy a new one. I was told by Gtex that they can make this laptop work fine for me again. They upgraded the software and hardware for a fraction of a brand new Macbook and honestly it feels like a new one to me now. Im so happy with the service I received and highly recommend it to others.

So I dropped my beloved iPhone, and broke its glass. Went to Gtex to have it replaced. They replaced it at no time and at a reasonable price, and on top of it, it looked like new again.Recently, when I finally decided to upgrade my phone, I asked Gtex to help me find one. As I did not want to buy a new one at full price, they got me a lightly used iPhone 6. To be honest, it looks brand new with no scratches, and thats not even the best thing about it. It costed me almost $300 lower than a new one.I highly recommend Gtex and will definitely go back there in case I need IT related help.

Gtex did a great job with my older HP Pavilion laptop. They cleaned the cooling fan and upgraded the hard drive to SSD. All for a reasonable price. Great experience! Trustworthy people. I have trust issues when it comes to computer repair and maintenance. I was introduced to Gtex by one of my friends, after Lenovo technical support provided a shady explanation for my blue screen problem and asked for a huge fee. On top of that, they said they wont guaranty if my files can be saved. What I liked about Gtex was that they patiently explained whats wrong with my computer, why its happened and what it takes to fix it. They took care of it the same day, because I am a student and I really rely on my laptop. Best part was that they charged me waaaaaay less than what Lenovo was going to.

I purchased a refurbished Lenovo Laptop for business from GTEX and have been extremely pleased with their very personalized hands-on approach they use to facilitate the process of getting me set up my new system.They provided a very comprehensive program that flattened my learning curve. I have had an unbelievably POSITIVE experience with GTEX and the removal of the virus from my computer. I learned about GTEX when a neighbor posted about them on the Nextdoor App. I had even referred them to a friend prior to ever needing their service and she was impressed with their level of service and quick turn around. So when I got a virus on my computer I went to them for the first time and it will not be my last. Jeffery, Joe and Justiz were incredibly patient with me in my lack of knowledge in the IT arena. Justiz recognized immediately that I was going through something other than just computer virus stress (she could not have been more right) and she and the whole team really used their patience and skill to not only back up my computer, they removed the virus and at my request suggested and was able to sell me a better firewall system than what I had been using. Glad I asked. Jeffrey also went above and beyond what I would consider normal putting things back together the way I had set them up over a year ago. He really worked with this non-millennial and I know when I am ready for more advanced computing I can hire GTEX to take me to the next level in cloud storage of my Outlook. Joe even reloaded my iTunes account and music! Thanks Joe, Jeffrey and of course Justiz. I could not be more appreciative. I am also having them come to the house to quote for wiring in a smarter set up for wireless and other during my renovation and I am sure it will be positive as well.

OMG!Looks like a miracle!!My husbands iPhone 5s was not turned on I took it to Apple Store, after 3 hours they said it is too old and needs to be replaced by a new one, I was lucky to refused that, I took it to Gtex and the following day I picked it up, believe it or not is working like a new one, they are so expert!!!To save your money go to Gtex before anybody else!!!!
