I took a sofa slipcover in to be cleaned. They refused to clean and said it would fall apart. I told them it had been dry cleaned several times and no problem. They still refused.

Expensive for what they provide. They put a permanent sticker on all your items that you cannot take off! Without asking the customer about preference. As if they just assume you will bring your clothes back with their stickers. I honestly think I do a better job at home than these jokers do...

I took my wedding dress to get re pleated, the called me to let me know my dress was ready I go in and am looking at my dress, none of the pleats were fixed and as Im moving it around, more and more pleats are falling out even the staff there noticed, the staff tells me I can send it back, so I do, at this point Ive already paid 35 dollars, I go in 3 days later when its ready and STILL the pleats have fallen our more than when I took it in. I asked the lady if I still had to pay and she said no I already did, I asked about a refund, all I was told was they couldnt fix it, my dress looks worse than when I took it in. They charged me $35 and did absolutely nothing for my dress. My wedding is in 1 week.

The Staff at the Union location were extremely helpful and awesome in their customer service. I was very thankful for their reassurance in the care they would use to care for the wedding dress they would be cleaning and pressing. Thank you All American!

Great place to great your cleaning done

I brought them two pairs of NMMI uniform pants to take in, but the could not. They called me to retrieve the unaltered pants. They could not recommend another business that could alter uniforms.

Great Service on unión . The Staff is awesome. I drive up and they are already getting my clothes. Very Friendly.

The large sign facing the road is wrong, so its initially a little confusing, however their service is great, prices are good and they have a drive through for when its rainy, snowing or scorching hot! Fast turn around and good customer service.

Did sow the pants, then lost them for two months, and still charge me.
