Absolutely the worst car rental experience Ive ever had. The staff doesnt have any sense of urgency with regard to customer service, satisfaction or urgency. Due to an insurance claim it was mandated that I rent from this Location and from the minute I stepped on to the lot. I did not recognize enterprise rental car. It had all of the attributions of renting in a 3rd world country in terms of how customers are treated. There could be 3 people in line to rent a car and you can expect a 45 minute to one hour wait Tom. My car roll needs work communicated twice by phone in once in person but still it took an hour and a 1/2 to simply rent a vehicle. I have always admired enterprise for their professional demeanor and appear its and this location is nothing like that period the staff is Dressed as though its their Sunday day off, they may acknowledge your presence then disappear for 15 to 30 on in and but no explanation and when they return act as though theyve never even met you before period enterprise should be ashamed! I will take all the business that my national retail company gives to enterprise and move it to Hertz immediately! This location has set your companys reputation back 20 years!

Ever since our Lexus was totaled on 12/5, we as usual, elected to go with Enterprise. It took us 2 months to find a new ride we liked (yeah a bit choosy) but Alex & Jared at the Enterprise/Roswell North location (11235 Alpharetta Hwy) were exceptional! Professional, accommodating, pleasant & definitely willing to go the extra mile to make sure my wife & I were happy! So please take the time to thank them for doing/loving their job as if this location was there own business! We’ve rented from them several times in the past! We’ll definitely be back, for sure!

Highly recommend this place to rent car. We have rented car quite a few times and we have really enjoyed the experience. The procedure of renting a car is quick and hassle free. Also the car condition is really good.

Not enough staff even before COVID, its worse now. Its my least favorite place to rent, but it was an insurance rental through Progressive Insurance through the driver that hit my car. Cant get anyone on the phone if they are all outside helping customers, need to have someone to answer the phones. Was unable to really confirm that the car had been sanitized and the sanitizing process. The agent would not tell me when the car was rented or serviced last. They need to give at least 24hrs after cleaning and renting out again during this pandemic.

This was my companies first time using this location and it did not disappoint! My rep Alex was very honest and professional. He understood our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend Alex and his team for all of your car and truck rental needs!!

Great experience here this week. When my husband went to pick up the car, Joshua greeted him by name, and made the entire transaction easy and smooth. When he went to drop the car off, Joshua offered a ride to our mechanic before my husband even said anything. Since they didnt pick us up there, it must have been mentioned in a casual conversation and Joshua added it to the file. The young man who dropped my husband off (sorry I dont know his name) was equally pleasant and friendly. Made believers out of us. Thank you for the friendly, dependable service.

I used their services while my car was being repaired from an auto accident. I had the car for two weeks. They were unbelievably accommodating with extensions. The check-in process was super smooth and they had me on my way quickly.To give you an idea of their customer service, I ended up in 3 cars during me rental period. They were limited on available cars on my first day and placed me in a Tahoe at the same approved insurance price so, I would have a vehicle right away. Unfortunately, I had to change vehicles because I severely underestimated the gas usage. They were more than happy to place me in a new vehicle where again the check-in process was seamless. I was then placed in a Ford Fusion, which was a very nice car with much better gas mileage. Unfortunately, I had to trade this one in as well because it turned out to have had a rude person who smoked in it. After a week, it was just more than I could handle. They were sweet enough to trade me out a 3rd time. I was then placed in a small Kia crossover which was a bit of a Tonka toy but served its purpose. Ironically, as soon as they got me settled, I got the call on my car. They were nice enough to pick the vehicle up from the repair shop so, I didnt have to readjust anything on my side.My initial contact person was Jared, who was amazing and followed-up to ensure they provided great service. I did end up working with a few agents during this process, and they all went above and beyond to help accommodate me as much as possible. I cant recommend this location enough and you will not be disappointed when you need a rental vehicle.

The team at this office is fabulous ! Avidah was very prompt in helping me once the driver dropped me off. She got me in my car and out the door in less than 15 minutes. unfortunately at the time there were only compact cars available. She recommended I go ahead with the compact and contact them the next day to put me in a larger car (one that I am accustomed to). I called the next day and she was out of the office but Josh was very accommodating and let me know that I could exchange the vehicle and pick up another after 4. I showed up at 4:10 and the vehicle was ready. Again in and out of the office in less than 15mint. That is what THINK CUSTOMER looks like to me. Thank you !! Margaret

I always rent from enterprise, no where else. This last reservation was just okay and thats it. I waited outside for a long time until the agent came out to help me. I had questions about the plus program he really couldnt answer at all and the car seats were really stained and dirty. Was disappointed.

I recently utilized a rental car from Enterprise while my own vehicle was in the repair shop. The rental vehicle was great. I did receive outstanding customer from Samuel. Im sort of a regular since i live nearby. The staff is very nice and i have been upgraded twice! You can drop off after hours as well which is great. I was picked up once as well and the employee made the ride a pleasure. Looking forward to renting with them at this location again.

Whether for personal or business usage, we have come to rely on Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Recently my 2019 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Denali was backed into and required a visit to the collision center. Enterprise provided a 4-wheel drive pickup for use while the Denali was being repaired. The location of Enterprise, literally next door to Carl Black in Roswell, GA, made it convenient and helped with a very aggravating situation since we were in the middle of building our new home and the Denali was less than 5 months old. Enterprise has always provided the right vehicle at a very reasonable price for my business trips and most recently for the accident.

They held up their end of the deal. The car I reserved online was available and ready when it was supposed to be. They picked me up at my home and took me to their location. That’s a valuable service. The process at both pickup and return was a quick in and out. The car had no problems. Some car rental offices will jerk you around or slow down your day with ineptitude. I had no such problems with this Enterprise location.

I explained my situation to Customer Service at the location I rented car from...but I never received my credit that were suppose to show up on my bank statement 2days later 😒

Everything was very slick and smooth. Had insurance company approve the rental so the billing and reservations was direct to them. And guess what? It all worked just fine! Enterprise personnel were responsive and quick to get to me a car, and check-in was painless.....just left the car at the collision center. Nothing but good things to say about this transaction!!!Good team at Enterprise in Roswell.

Madison is amazing. Tried to get a rental after a car accident during spring break and they were out of cars for a few days. Madison and others at the office took more than better care of me when I expressed some concerns. It isnt often Ive had a good revisited at a rental company, this one was top notch.

A few weeks ago Madison Osman (at the Alpharetta Hwy location) assisted me with finalizing my car rental. I must say, I wasnt as prepared as i should have been before arriving at the location to complete my rental process.Thanks to Madisons diligence and expertise, I was able leave the location with a rental for a quick weekend get away. Tyler was my costumer service rep and made the rental process a breeze. Unfortunately, their computers were down and they were writing everything up by hand and it could have been bad, but Tyler was extremely pleasant and accomidating. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle, he helped me with loading my daughters cars eat and our bags of belongings. If we ever need to rent again we will be going back to see Tyler.

This was without a doubt the worst car rental experience I have EVER had. Avidah Webb shouldn’t be managing this branch or any branch to be honest. I am very unhappy with enterprise and will not be using thier service again. I am a disabled veteran and I dont own a vehicle. I rent vehicles as I need. Just recently I rented from enterprise. I had to do some moving so I got a pick up truck for 25.99 for the week. As you know big trucks use lots of fuel. I finished moving in 3 days so I had 4 days left to use The enterprise vehicle. I went to the enterprise in Sandy Springs GA and ment with the manager Kevin Wood. I asked him if I could save by turning in the truck and getting a more economic vehicle. With a a big smile he pull out a jeep compass. I was $45.99 a day for that vehicle. When I open the email to look at my receipt; they dont give actual contracts they come in your email, I called Kevin. He was very rude and was not a truthful person. I turned a vehicle on Friday 23 March. It tis now Thursday 28 March. I just received my $250 deposit return today. Nearly 96 hours later.Thank God for friends or this week would have been a problem for disabled vet like myself. I just wish companies like enterprise would do what they promise and not take advantage of people.

I had a wonderful experience with this location. I had a medical crisis and was hospitalized in intensive care for two weeks. I was unreachable and unable to return my car The employees at this location went above and beyond to help me I highly recommend them.

Rented a car in Ft Myers FL. Returned in Roswell Ga. Turned it in. Had enterprise rep. View car, check it out.3 weeks later we get bill for damages to the car. $900+!!!! How do we know it wasnt damaged after turn in? Roswell says we have to call Ft Mywrs where we picked it up. I will never use Enterprise again. Apparently from Google Search this is how they make their money! Scam!If the accepting final destination Enterprise inspects it and does a check off I will be dambed if I pay for damages that were not there.Renter Beware!Delivery location cant find us and is referring us to Ft Myers.NEVER AGAIN!

Friendly, efficient service. Booked my reservation ahead of time and filled out most of the information online. Picking up the car was just a matter of signing and driving.

It was great the Nissan Rogue drifted a little to the right but it was a smooth ride after i compensated. The first car i got had wheel alignment issues, the second has poor brakes but the Staff worked with me a finally f=got me a SUV i enjoyed I will be back.

Recently rented a car from here, through Jackson Acura. My car was held for recall repairs.I got the opportunity to work with Kevin and Chirag(manager). They were both very helpful with the process and seamlessly got me a car(Nissan Altima). Eventually once my car was repaired, I was able to drop the rental car to Enterprise and they drove me to the dealership. I would probably rent here again due to my experience. Thanks guys.

Zac Stettner, Travis Fried, Kevin Hawkins, and manager Sheryl Bryent today I was in a accident and my car insurance sent me to the reliable company to rent a car. My experience with this location was terrible lost the reservation the insurance company set. Then gave me a new reservation that they also gave away. My issue with going through my insurance to rent a car was not what I expected I pay insurance on my car every month just incase something happens and when it does I want no hassle and I dont want to have to pay on top of a deductible. If your renting a car through your insurance they may not cover the deductible or they my even tell you the wrong deductible. The money is not the problem its the principle
