This should actually be a negative one star rating. We were forced to rent a car and they were the only ones that were open and available at the time of our need. They realize they had us over a barrel and were price gougers. It was a Titan truck and we were charged 1255.00 for 9 days. That is double what is typically charged. When questioned about this amount they absolutely refused to be professional like other rental agencies and discount for a weekly amount. When we questioned the cost the rental manager was rude and unprofessional, nose in the air and turned her back. Just thought the general public should know.

Just moved to town from El Paso and was pleasantly surprised with the service dept here. I arrived on a Tuesday afternoon at about 4pm to get my low air light looked at. The guy at the entrance to the dept was quick to help, no questions asked. While my car was in service I remembered that I had jammed my cabin air filter while trying to self replace it. I asked Natalie if she wouldnt mind having a go at trying to get it out. She gladly accepted the challenge. I was in and out of the service dept in 17 mins. If the sales dept is anywhere as great as their service dept I will be buying my next Nissan from Roswell Nissan.

My service consultant (Nestor Renteria), met me when I checked in for steering wheel replacement and was truly professional, and knowledgeable about the service to be performed, he was very friendly and even brought the results of the courtesy check and paperwork to me in the waiting area to sign and offered a courtesy exterior wash.The technician (K. Simpson) was so quick I was truly shocked (I was out of the dealership in an hours time) outstanding dealership overallIve dealt with nissan dealerships in Hawaii, Colorado and New Mexico (this is our 3rd Maxima), and this one really stands out in Sales and now Service, Kudos to Roswell Nissan!Additionally, as a follow up, the service manager (Kimberly Ford), sent an email 2 days after the service was performed below is a partial quote:I hope that we provided you with a truly exceptional service experience which we strive for every time you come inThis is their philosophy and they fully practice what they preach

The sales people have no idea what they’re trying to sell you! You ask a question and they can’t give an answer. They give the wrong information about what your financing is going to be. I would not recommend buying from this dealership! Next time I make an automotive purchase I will take my business where the people know what they’re doing and what they’re selling. I first met Kim when I came in about a concern with a front end vibration. Also have had a ringing in the rear of the vehicle that I needed to address.Kim let me know what the vibration may be and what the estimated cost may be. She also jumped in the vehicle and crawled around searching for the ringing noise. I appreciated her moving right into action about my concerns.I guess what I’m trying to say is.I scheduled an appointment brought the vehicle in and I got everything done.During the appointment I was able to deal with Juan in the service department. He kept me informed all day about the service being performed and offered a loaner if the Vehicle wasn’t done by the end of the day.So why did I rate Roswell Nissan as “Surpassed”. The whole Nissan crew was amazing with helping me and being able to get me a new car. They tried their hardest to get me in the car I really wanted but it was not in my price range so they did the next best thing and got me into one close to it.. which make me happy and thankful.. First service with my new Nissan. I was told I had to wait because their service guy was at lunch. Not my problem. You should have people set in place for this. About 2/3 into the service, Im told that tire rotation is 14.99 extra. Would have been nice to know from the start seeing as THIS WAS MY FIRST SERVICE!!! After the service was complete, Im handed a car wash coupon to go across the street and no one vacuumed out the vehicle. Oh and when I mentioned that it was not right that Im being charged for tire rotation on my first service, the SERVICE MANAGER pipes up and says, Well sorry truth hurts!

My husband and I were heading to Ruidoso and right outside of Texas in the middle of nowhere a major clanking started in the rear of our Infinity. Could not determine the issue and after talking to our service center here in Austin they thought it might be the bumper clips. I called several places in our upcoming direction and finally got ahold of Roswell Nissan. Talked to Nestor and he said come right on by. We drove up and he and Juan met us and jumped under the car and said yep....bumper clips....all 3 busted! Put 3 new clips on, gave us each water and we were on our way in 5 minutes!! They saved us! I would like to start off by saying that the Roswell Nissan Employees are very professional and helpful(Juan, Nestor, Kim) are anyway. I just am not happy with my 2013 Nissan Sentra that I just paid off this is the third time my transmission has gone out and has needed to be replaced. CVT was a bad idea and for the future I will never purchase Nissan again and would not recommend anyone to purchase one.

My husband and I drove three hours to Roswell to look at a Nissan van for our family. We were grateful to the staff of Roswell Nissan who showed up on their day off to show us this van. The dealership is closed on Sunday, yet, Daniel, Juan and Rhonda came by to help us with the purchase of our van. We purchased the van after an easy negotiating process and was out the door pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and knowledgable.The van that we purchased was a used vehicle and was not detailed very well by the dealership, which was disappointing to us. Daniel assured us that he would go through the van again to detail it, and the dealership picked up the cost of a detail here in our hometown. This was an issue that was made right.

I made an appointment, I come in the salesman showed me cars I was interested in. We dealed with a guy came to an agreement and we drove home in a new car. We came from Lubbock because dealerships there dont want to deal with you.

Raymond was the best. He was very truthful and worked very hard to find us the best deal. We worked hand in hand with him and Matt. We told them what we wanted and how much we wanted our payment to be and they delivered. Our trade in was in a different state and they picked it up. Never had a dealership do that before. The service dept was great. They had the truck cleaned and shinned and ready to go. Everyone there was polite and helpful. We were made comfortable and felt relaxed and welcome. We will definitely use Roswell Nissan in the future.

I had only scheduled an oil change, but it was discovered my car needed a brake job, too. They were able to work me in that AM. I had to wait awhile, so they washed and vacuumed my car when thru. I really appreciated the extra service. Also the snacks and comfy lounge area.UPDATE: I reminded the staff 3 times that I needed a new window wiper. I paid for it and was told it was done. Well, no, it wasnt done, and I had to make a special trip back to take care of this. Then I had a hard time reaching anyone in the service dept. to take care of this.Just glad my partner noticed the omission. Soon after this, I experienced some very heavy rain on a road trip.I also ordered a minor part that didnt fit and had to be returned.smh

We went to just check out a vehicle to buy later in the year, but ended up buying a 2017 Nissan Rogue. I bought into their scheme of well pay off your loan AND cut you interest rate in half. Theyre cons, typical bait and hook bull. I told them my max payment, they came at me and pushed and pushed for 150 MORE a month. They dont care what they have to do to get you sold, even if its putting financial hardship on people! And they didnt even come close to covering my current loan, they mustve thought I would just accept the rollover onto a new loan. Glad I decided to keep what Ive got and not give them the pleasure of taking complete advantage and flat out lying!
