The men at the Midas off Holcomb Bridge were extremely professional and polite. They made it a point that safety is most important to them, not how much you spend on repairs. They gave me a detailed run down of their inspection, and they showed me exactly what needed to be replaced. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! . 05.18.2021 3:35pmCame to this place to get my cars alignment and because they have a big sign outside that says we speak spanishWORST DECISION I EVER MADE. 🙄The man at the front desk (Spanish speaker) had a very rude attitude, he wanted me to buy new tires when all I asked was an alignment. As a customer I felt very ignored by this man all the time from when i got there to the end when he gave my keys and receipt back he threw them on the counter And didnt said a work to me. I will never come back to this place ever again.

Best auto shop ever! They are so trustworthy and honest from the beginning and definitely wont try to charge you for unnecessary repairs. I broke down close to their shop right before closing on a Saturday so I called to make sure they could see me. The manager, Ricardo, said absolutely and made time for us in a dire situation. He quickly assessed the situation, gave us advice, and got us out the door. You could tell they were busy, but they made time to help and thats the kind of shop I want to work with.

Got my oil changed here first week of September for the first time. After a couple weeks I noticed my car sounded different. So being a female thats not clueless I checked a few things under the hood. 😡 My synthetic oil is black. I should have check other websites reviews for them. I paid for a service that wasnt done. I will not take my vehicle back to let you check it because I dont trust you.

Visited this location this morning. The Manager Ricardo gave me a warm welcome . I explained to him what Ive observed about my car and what I needed done. I had my oil changed, but also needed them to check out a coolant leak I had. Unfortunately they couldnt do anything to remedy that situation but made suggestions as to what needs to be done. I am a very satisfied customer and they will see me again for my car repairs if and when needed.
Watch out for the bait and switch. Pay attention to the price they write on your paperwork. Came in for a free oil change and ended up paying 65 dollars. It was written on the paperwork but at no time was I told I was gonna have to pay. Fast talking manager knows his game. Shady business
I took my Yukon to this shop to get an estimate on having a performance exhaust kit that I had already purchased installed. Their quote was too expensive in my opinion so I told them no thank you and was about to go on about my way. I was asked what figure I had in mind for the job so I told them. They countered with a bit more and I accepted. Exhaust was installed. I was happy. Noticed no issues. Then I took a ride on the highway to find out that my ride now has a tire in major imbalance. I know its possible to loose a weight but not hitting any potholes and it just having a strangers hands on it, its too coincidental for me. I feel like frustration of not getting the job for the price point they wanted got the better of them and caused them to sabotage my wheel in an effort for me to come back and spend more money. Untrustworthy mechanics in my opinion. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Every time I come here, Im well taken care of (been that way since 2015); theyre all straight shooters--upright and honest in work and billing--and the general environment is clean and professional (Ive brought my kids here on occasion). If they give you sticker shock over a repair, then believe me, thats what it costs to do it--and its more than likely less than what the next person will go for.

If you want to be rip off, come to this place. Poor quality parts get installed and when is time to solve the issues cause by the poor parts used them you will have to be ready to pay again. Their prices are retail you will better fining a place where warranty can be honored and they can provide you details at front of the warranty on labor and parts that they are using

These guys actually GET the mechanics and necessity of providing not just good, but outstanding customer service.All my phone and in-person interactions with Luke, the Store manager and Seamus, the Service Mgr, were consistent, pleasant and informative. I was impressed with their technical knowledge in the repair of my exhaust system. When the work took longer and therefore cost more than their estimate, Luke honored the estimate.I was very pleased with the entire experience, and I would highly recommend this store. If a 6-star rating were possible, I’d give it for my Midas experience.

I came 3 mins before closing because no where else could raise my car because of how low it is. They raise my car up on a jack and did my oil change and ailment when all else failed. 5 stars for real!!!

There’s a reason this place had no wait for service on a Saturday. As soon as I walked in I realized why I quit coming to this place. Service guy Ricardo is an a$$. Rude, condescending and will let customers wait while he watches YouTube videos on his phone. Another customer and I had the same discussion about him. If you are going to have a weasel working the front desk try not to have prices the exceed dealer prices. I got an oil change then took my car to a real service shop for repair. Avoid this spot.

Brooke and the MIDAS team displayed thorough competency and professionalism in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle (#1 Cylinder plug/coil) and communicating the implications in laymans terms. They also offered suggestions for preventative maintenance. Additionally, Brooke offered to personally drive me back to my office while the service was being performed, and to pick me up upon completion. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that met my needs.

My name is Lee Wallis, from Alpharetta, GA. My 19 year old daughter’s name is McKinsey. I am posting at 5am, because i am so upset that could not sleep at all. Tomorrow morning(a couple of hours from now), McKinsey was supposed to head from Atlanta back to Knoxville, TN for her Sophomore year of college. As any father would do, I took her vehicle to get an oil change before she starts her semester.After about 10 minutes in the lobby, the technician comes in and calls me to the counter. He is holding my daughter’s oil plug and the threads. He says you have to have a new oil pan. He explained to me that when he took out the oil plug, both the oil plug and my entire oil pan were damaged beyond repair and would have to be replaced, and that the car was undriveable.He did mention he could try to put it back in, but the oil would probably leak out an seize the engine. He said that this happens often. I asked him if they were going to repair it, since I brought in a perfectly good vehicle that has been a very reliable, wonderful vehicle, and he said no, I would be responsible, and proudly said, it would take at least $1600 of labor alone, and since no parts dealers, were now open, he wasn’t sure of the cost of parts. I asked to speak to the manager, and he showed me Erik Passaro’s number on the wall, District Manager. I called Erik, who blew me off with, “this happens often”, and that there was nothing that he could do to help me, and that I was financially responsible for the damage.Once my family arrived to pick me up, we needed to unload things that my daughter was taking to college into our other car, and my crying daughter, asked this guy manuel/technician what happened, and he said “it happens”. We asked him to let the car down so we could get our things and he walked away. I called for him and he said, “it’s down, get your stuff”. We had to climb up on the lift and pull things out of the car on a lift in the bay. Obviously, did not seem normal or safe as we had actual furniture we were moving to college in the car. As we were cleaning out her car, Manuel walked by and said “have a great weekend” very sarcastically, and I said you’ve ruined my daughter’s car and are being sarcastic. His reply was that, he could “care less” and that he was “busy”. He also demanded the keys or he would have her car towed out and to wherever the tow trucks tow cars to. This guy was literally trying to instigate me.With that being said, I left the location, convinced that I would find someone in this chain of leadership that cares, and called customer support, who took a report and said that I could reach out to some consumer office. The lady I spoke with there at customer support was at least empathetic, but gave me a number for Monday and said good luck. I have spoken with a couple of oil change owner/operators in my network tonight that said they would obviously, always make it right for their customers and explained what had happened, and also how it is repaired and not replaced.Put your self in my shoes! Daughter leaving for college, has worked for years to pay for her own car at 19 years old. She has taken great care of it. She’s supposed to leave tomorrow morning, and while getting an oil change, her car is damaged so much that is undriveable. And, will cost $2000+ to repair, and she/we have to pay for this. This is not right and not ok.There were so many bad things that happened this afternoon at this location. Quite frankly, there could have been a really bad situation there, considering, damaging someone’s car to the point of being undriveable and unaffordable to repair, the very employee saying he can try to put it in, but the oil will probably just leak out and seize the engine, employee sarcasm and lack of empathy dealing with a family that is upset, to having us climb up onto the racks in the bay to gather our things, including furniture, to threatening to have our car towed off that they damaged!? I am a Veteran of the U.S. Army, successful business owner, and this is not right and not ok!
They where able to fit me in at a moments notioce and fixed some work that i did not even orignaly tell them we where doing vary good service for sure will come back

Good customer service is hard to come by in these joints, but Jon and his crew really care. They were very kind, communicated with me at every step and seem to know their stuff. If I lived in Rowell, this would be my shop.

Edit: It took longer than expected, however, they did end up fixing the truck as it should have been fixed.By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I dropped my truck off after being assured it would be ready by the end of the day. The manager then disappeared... they told me the truck wouldn’t be ready. I live an hour away from the location so I had to wait until 7 pm for them to “finish”I paid to get new front brakes and rotors, new right front cv axle and cleaned and adjusted my drums. Less than a week later my brakes are locking up and making metal on metal noises. They claim nothing is wrong with it and are basically asking me to self diagnose what they’ve messed up. Now I have to take it to another mechanic to diagnose their problem.
Just recently bought a Altima.i washed the car yesterday and detailed inside myself.. around the car was in good shape.. I even took pix. I went to O’reily’s today the 05/26/20 and used the OBD (myself).. there were no codes on it except the ABS.. Before leaving I put on a emblem that I bought from O’reilys on the trunk.. everything was still Ok.. after I took it to Midas and spoke to Ricardo & told him what I wanted.. “simple inspection” he called another guy to take the car for a quick test drive. After they were done and gave me the results.. ($2800) in repairs that I need to do.. I went down the street to family dollar when I got out the car I noticed on the back that the bumper right side was smashed in and paint deeply scraped off.. there is no reason y that should have happened they did an inspection. On the car not work on it.. I’m going back there 2morro so I guess another review will be in order..

MY DAUGHTER WAS THERE TO CHANGE A CAR TIRE. THEY CHANGED THE TIRE AND 2 AIR FILTERS THAT HAD BEEN CHANGED RECENTLY. THEN THEY ASKED FOR ANOTHER $600,00 TO REPLACE THE CRANKCASE COVER, CLAIMING IT WAS DUSTED. MY DAUGHTER CALLED ME TO GO THERE . I DINT AGREE AND SAID I WOULD TAKE THE CAR TO MY MECHANIC AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO RELEASE THE CAR EVEN THOUGT I CLAIMED IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY AND THAT CAR WAS MY CAR. I HAD TO PUT THE SCREW IN THE CRANKCASE AND ANOTHER WORKER CAME AND PUT SOME OIL TO BRING THE CAR TO ANOTHER PLACE. MY DAUGHTER HAD PAYD THE TIRES AN FILTERS AND I WENT BACK INSIDE THE STORE TO PAY THAT OIL AND GET THE KEY. AGAIN I SAID THAT MY MECHANIC WAS WAITING UNTIL 6:00PM. THERE WASNT ANY COSTUMER IN THE STORE AND THE MANAGER KEPT MY KEY AND STAY WATCHING THE COMPUTER FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES . I BACK ED THERE AND SAID THAT I WAS A IN A HURRY BECAUSE MY MECHANIC WAS WAITING UNTIL 6:00PM . THAT MANAGER SCREAMED AT ME AND MY WIFE TO LEAVE THE STORE . MY DAUGHTER STAY INSIDE FOR 15 MINUTES MORE AND AFTER PAY BROUGHT THE KEY. I DIDN,T CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I NEEDED THAT CAR NEXT DAY AND MY MECHANIC WAS WAITING FOR ME. I WILL NEVER BACK IN THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY DON,T KNOW HOW TO SELECT THEIR EMPLOYEES OR ARE AND COMPLICIT WITH THESE RUDE AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.
I had to have emergency brake hydraulics done today, and I was not financially able to have a do whatever is needed visit. Brooke (the manager) and Danny (the mechanic) worked so hard to make sure my car was in good shape for a price I could handle. The whole time, Brooke was stressing that she just wanted me to be safe and that I would be OK on money and be out of there by the end of the day. It was such a stressful experience, but Brooke made sure I was OK (even offered to get me lunch), and Danny made sure my car was street ready and, I cant stress this enough, SAFE! This is the third time in a year that Ive had a major repair done here, and I wont go anywhere else. I know Im never going to have to worry about if Im being taken advantage of because Im a woman, I know my car will be fixed right, and I know that I will have the most amazing customer service.
When you hear about sneaky mechanics you can’t trust, theyre talking about Midas on Holcomb Bridge Road. Lowest of the low.How to get $1,200 out of a customer only willing to spend a few hundred: tell her the fix is $450, but then mysteriously a couple days later problem return. Oh, sorry! It’s actually $1,200 to TOTALLT fix your a/c to sell your car (which they knew). BUT, we’ll take what you’ve already paid off that price! Gee, thanks!On top of that, complete incompetence along the way: a promise it would be done by 6 Saturday, we show up and its not even been in, without a call. Monday then-manager James calls and asks if we took the car (um, you talked to us and gave us the keys). Then, when finally picking it up, have to wait 30 minutes while he finds some paperwork even though I called and told him when I was coming.Seems to me like Ive been duped, when they KNEW I wouldnt spend $1200 to start (would have walked away with that diagnosis) and got me to pay $450, then are trying to get another $700 out of me. Their way of getting the $1200 in a sneaky way. Thanks but no thanks - DONT TRUST THEM.

Brought my car here due to getting a nail in it on 400. I don’t live in the area so this was the closest shop. They put in a plug which didn’t fix the issue. I have had to take my car to another tire shop to get it repaired correctly.
