Aqua therapy is fantastic. Heidi is great
This is a wonderful club that was opened the past year. They also have 89 degree water. Unsure why only 4.5. But when I reviewed I would put the first star on and it didn’t want me to post 5 star. So don’t believe all the ratings and give this club a chance.
Honestly, I feel like our family is being treated differently because of my skin tone— I don’t take this statement lightly either.
My husband and I do water aerobics at Roseville Health and Wellness. It is the only facility that we use there. They do however have a gym and personal trainers. I see alot of people doing physical therapy. I love our instructor Jiji. She is full of energy, laughter and make the class very fun! Highly recommend this place!!
Fantastic healthcare providers, quality friendly knowledgeable service, highly recommend
Staff was friendly and helpful with explaining about the facility. I feeled very comfortable being there.
Nice club. Needs maintenance.
Love this place and the people here! They truly care and adapt for the person and not make them conform to their routine. Awesome, caring people.
Love this place! The girls are very nice, but frm when directing patients in thier exercises. Amazing options and very helpful. Like I said I love this place!
Absolutely love this property there is tons of parking and its very clean I will drive a black car so it makes it nice to not have trees everywhere so my car stays clean.the parking lot is so huge half of it is empty and very convenient parking next to all the entries. Air conditioning is good and inside is absolutely spotless. I always look forward to going to this property. You will too!
Such a clean beautiful facility with a very happy faculty.
We Cancelled our gym membership to Roseville Health and Wellness Center October 2020. Why you ask? Well, within the last twelve months my husband’s and my membership costs increased by 50 percent. First increase was in January of this year after only signing up three months earlier. The most annoying thing was there was no warning, email, or explanation as to why the rates were going up. But we stayed, due to my husbands Physical Therapy needs, and I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and the instructors. Now, the fee has again increased this month, without explanation as to why. Here is the issue, we do not mind paying for good service or products, but when you combine increases such as these, without explanation, no communication from “Lisa” the manager, why would we stay? Oh, and a little side note, we were never introduced to the manager, she appeared to be very unfriendly when walking around the gym floor, never said hello, but seemed to only talk with her “buddies”. Also, this is not some young thing, this is an older woman who should know better. As for the shape of the locker rooms they are old and dilapidated; there is old dingy wall to wall rugs in there for goodness sake! Why would you have carpet in the locker rooms, I have never seen that in any other gym I have visited. The lockers are wood and thoroughly banged up, there are maybe four little benches for your stuff when changing. The gym equipment is old and worn. Now for the good news, the instructors here are amazing, and in the group-exercise classes I felt that I was getting personal training, which is the main reason I stayed for as long as I did. Yes, the clientele here is on the older side, but so am I, so lots in common with the workout groups. The bottom line is clients should be treated with respect when it comes to increasing fees, and communication is paramount. We have walked away. I certainly hope the instructors will be able to continue to work here because I am wondering how many other folks are going to walk away from this poorly run business.
Everyone was very nice and courteous.
I had a wonderful telephone experience with a worker or an agent from the Wellness Center and also from the Roseville Center for my new Senior Advantage dual Plus Medicare program thank you I appreciate you.!! I appreciate your service!!
This is a great place to work out and has a bit of an older clientele. I go there mainly because its the only warm pool in town suitable for arthritic joints. However, it is fairly high priced and lots of the classes they offer cost extra. I also dont like that the open swim times are so limited because of other classes and physical therapy sessions, forcing me to swim very early in the morning. Overall, its a bit run down in places and definitely in need of some sprucing up and updating of the decor, especially the womens locker room.
Very clean and helpful
Excellent doctors office. They take a more holistic approach to patient health and dont try to force prescriptions on you. Very patient centered. A great experience with wonderful staff.
Loving this gym. Its small, not the big mega-corporate model and is like family. In one of the Wellness programs, and its comprehensive. The support with nutritionist, life coach and exercise coach are top notch. If you are a fan of massage, the masseuse is out of this world.
Pool needs to be warmer but overall great place for all your exercise needs.
Been going there for 12 years. Lisa is a great GM. She has a wonderful staff. All equipment is top notch.
I love this place!! I have been going here for years. Its such a clean place and no wait to get on a machine. Everyone is so friendly there all the time.
Love the people here and such convenient, affordable childcare! Chiro and dermatologist, too. Makes going to the gym a one-stop-shop for a mom with young children!
Love the indoor saltwater pool, and the jacuzzis jets are nothing short of amazing! Makes rehab. an enjoyable event rather than that of the torturous traditional treatments.
Waiting to see physician, not sure yet
Take my mother here for rehab. The staff is very friendly and helpful and most of all patient.
Front desk staff very friendly....I only use the pool area....needs to be cleaned more often. Pool water not as warm as when I joined. Spa jets rarely working, probably need hazmat gear to use it. Wish I could afford a newer place. BUT by spending 12-15 hrs/week exercising in the pool, I can move again!
Great Gym. Wonderful Indoor pool with classes (many senior)
This place has all the equipment needed and more for helping you get fit. Indoor pool and on-site rehab, podiatrist, chiropractor and childcare. And its not crowded.
Great people!
It is a great place for physical therapy. Its gym is a little small but holds a great athletic training for kids 7-12 grade.
Didnt tend to my needs or situation... Made things worse.....
Great for any type of therapy-physical & water. Also has laser treatment & gym.
I love the Pool Therapists there they have helped me with my back.
Best gym in Roseville! Everyone is welcomed and honored as a sojourner in health.
I used to be a member for a few years and loved RHWC. In fact, now that we are in the area again we are rejoining. There is no other gym in the greater Sacramento area that comes close to the professional management and high class but warm atmosphere at the RH&WC! The equipment is up to date & kept in excellent condition; employees are well educated as physical/health experts; the pool is warm so the users do not suffer muscle spasms which is extremely important for my spinal problems; the atmosphere is kept relaxing & always clean & sanitary. This is a 5 star Center (if not more)! Cynthia Tatoole-Kahn
Roseville spine and physical therapy is at the same place, which is excellent and uses the same equipment
