Matt came to our house to do some cleanup after our hot water heater exploded. He was very efficient, always on time and professional. These are the guys to call when you need water mitigation.

Matt Redd was the person who came out after an ac drain leak from the attic in between the walls of the two bathrooms and out into the bedroom. I called for an insurance claim and within 3 or 4 hours Matt was there with his dehumidifiers and air circulation machines. It took 5 days because of the saturation. It was a hidden leak until it wasnt. Matt came everyday and always called before he came and gave me lots of notice. He was polite, efficient, professional and explained everything upfront. Great company and Matt was outstanding.

Matt came out very late at night to help us with a water supply line failure. Set up the drying equipment & fans. Was back 12 hours later with a crew to pull up floors and begin the heavy dry-out process. He, Scott, Will & Ben made quick work of pulling up the floors them Matt & Ben came out Friday to scrape up a stubborn piece of floor. Scott came back both Saturday & Sunday to check the progress of the dry-out and took everything up so we could begin the process for installing floors & putting our house back together.I can’t comment on cost/value as I didn’t see any of the billing since our insurance company will be billed and paying Rytech directly.

We had about a half of an inch of standing water within the walls of our master bathroom that was spreading towards the rest of our house. They responded quickly and were there and took care of our problem. They dried out our bathroom quickly and were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend for water remediation!

Our water heater failed in the attic of our 2-story home. Rytech responded soon after being called to dry out our home. The technicians were very knowledgeable, conscientious, professional, and courteous. They were able to thoroughly dry out the home while minimizing the amount of demolition. The technicians were at the home daily and usually arrived within 15 minutes of our scheduled time, or else notified me if they were running late. They provided excellent service.

Terrible experience with this company. They had no way to detect if a wall that had sever water damage that was already dried had mold behind it. There hired help stole perfume from my bathroom. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very professional!

First, to remove mold from a house, you have to close the whole place with plastic so that the air is not polluted. Second make a container put a duct so that the polluted air comes out. Third, you have to cover all the appliances with plastic so that dust does not fall when you are demolishing the place where the mold is. Also the people who get mold have to change and use the asbestos mask to be able to make mold double boots. Once the mold is removed, it is necessary to scrape the place where the mojo is with an iron brush and clean the place well then pour the liquid that is used to remove the mold.To clean the fires, first you have to clean the place with a sponge to remove the smoke from the walls. Then it is cleaned with damp towels to remove the dirt that remains from the smoke and the cleaning is done later to remove the smell that the burned leaves by cleaning the whole house with chemicals. bathrooms, kitchens, central air windows, rooms and walls.When it is cleaning x water what we do is pack the things that are not wet in returning it in paper and plastic if they are delicate in cellaxss boxes with the name of each item that goes in the boxes. We keep the clothes in each room with their objects that are in each room, listing them and putting names of each room in each box that we take out of each room respectively. Dish of kitchen, food Part everything in its box with names. We cover the furniture with sheets and cover them well after we put plastic. To finish packing we mark the area that is wet on the walls and devastating what was damaged, carefully clean and leave the place clean so that they can read and put another new blast.
