Idk if theyre been cheap or what in the world its on their mind!! I did ny eye brows and they used cuticle oil on them !!!! I had the biggest allergy reaction on my face!! Red spots and bumps like hives it was itching a lot. I will never go there again first and last time! They still charged me after that.

I have been going to Q Nails for 12 years! Yesterday I missed my regular nail tec (Tina) Im in hopes she will return soon! I had another girl assist me this time she did a great job but nobody can replace Tina! Everyone in Q Nails are really nice young ladies thats one of the reasons I keep going back!

The only reason I go there is because of the nail place I normally go isnt open. Plus its close to where I live. It takes only 5 minutes to get there. I really dont like it. I started getting a pedicure and they didnt do a good job. I even sent my sister in law there and she said the same thing. If theres a crowd they try and hurry up with your nails or pedicure to try to fit people in. The only reason I gave them a single star is because I had to put something.

Ive been going here for almost nine years now and theyve never failed me. They can do eyebrows perfectly and their nails designs are too cute.

The lady removed my acrylic nails that were already on with the plastic tips for nails . (She basically wedged it under and pulled it up and off ) . She then cut my cuticles after I told I was bleeding she just looked at it and ignored it . And only after a couple (4)days I needed a refill . The lady didn’t even listen when I told her I wanted the length short . I had to go somewhere else to get them shorten . I will not be coming back . If you go, do no go by yourself and make sure you go with a regular from there .

Okay I would give it five stars but, when I asked the lady how much it would be for acrylic nails she said 30 dollars. so I get my nails done but when the lady is done she say it going to be 35 dollars and then we left her 5 for tip it turn out to be 40 dollars.

My first time going and my first time wearing eyelashes but I love my eyelashes. The lady put on my strips really good and on top of that they look natural..I was nervous because I just moved down here and know nothing about good nail shops but there reviews help me choose and Im a very satisfied customer.

Do NOT recommend visiting this nail shop!For starters the ladies are rude and do NOT take your decisions into consideration. After having to wait for many hours to get your nails done they attend you rudely. Yes, they may be cheap but it’s not worth the bad costumer service.. honestly horrible. Another factor is they are never on TIME! The door says 9:00a.m but they always arrive 5-15 minutes late and once they arrive they make you wait outside for another 5-10 minutes. After experiencing this chaos, I decided to not visit this nail place again, many other wonderful places in Rosenberg.!DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Stay away from this place!!! I came to this place about a month ago and asked to get a French manicure. The manicurist named Kim asked me if I wanted tips or acrylic nails. I said I did NOT want acrylic, just tips. She applied the tips, but with a thick layer of acrylic which covered my ENTIRE nail. It weighed down my nails so much that they started to split after a few weeks, which was incredibly painful. I finally got them removed by a different salon. The manicurist said that she had never seen acrylic nails so rock solid. It would not soak off even after she rested them in acetone for 30+ minutes. Eventually, the acrylic had to be filed down and pried off in a painful hour long procedure. My nails are still sore!

If I could put these people out of business I would, for all the pain theyve caused me. Im new to the area and Google searched for a nail place with good reviews so I took my 3 y. o. daughter in for a mom/daughter pedicure. I also had the beginning of an ingrown toenail and I asked Kim to help me get it out. .. she took it out alright! She dug deep and painfully into my nail bed and I was in so much pain I was literally writhing in the seat but she didnt mind that one bit. Fast forward three weeks later and the pain in my toe is getting worse, not better to the point it hurts to have anything touch it and Ill need to see a podiatrist to figure out what the heck this woman did to me. I will update later.On top of this toe issue, a man did my daughters pedicure and was rude and impatient with both of us the whole time. Shes a toddler and wiggled a little bit, not much at all, yet this caused him extreme annoyance. When I discovered he did a crappy job with one nail and asked him if he could please fix it, he got mad and semi yelled at us. It made me sad that what was supposed to be a great bonding day turned into this. . .When it was time to pay, I bring out my debit card and he, rudely again, yells Cash only, theres an ATM!DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! All it takes is one bad experience for you to end up in pain like I have. Also, THEY USE THE SAME TOOLS ON EVERYONE, this is unsanitary! I hope my awful experience can help steer some of you away from this awful place. Now Im wondering if all their employees even are licensed to practice and if so, are they using appropriate sanitary practices. Depending on what the doctor tells me, I might need to inform the proper authorities in order to investigate this place.

Poor customer service! I would go regularly for shellac and refills. I had my nails done for the FIRST time with the guy and in just a few days the shellac started coming off and my powder cracking (I get the overlay) I went up there to see what they could do for me and it sounded like they started talking about me in there native language which I found incredibly rude! I honestly felt so embarrassed as Diane was working on a customer when I came in, after realizing they were going to charge me ? I decided to cut ties from them all together. It is so sad because they have some very talented woman here, but unfortunately its not enough for me to come back. Thanks but no thanks.

I went there for 4 years to the same person. To make a long story short, they lied to me and said they did not take appointments, they treated me so rudely one day when I came because there was an appointment arriving soon. And I have not been back since. Its been 8 months. Stay away if you want to be treated with fairness and decency.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!! Once you walk in they say a “wait a few minutes” which converts to a HOUR! They are rude and sometimes ignore you and do what they want NOT WHAT YOU PAY FOR! It’s cheap, but it’s not worth the wait, and the rudeness. Honestly do NOT RECOMMEND!! Going their go somewhere else and get your moneys worth. Not worth it at all! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

FIRST AND LAST VISIT- Customer service LACKING Tremendously! Wait time over 1 hour when I was told only 20 minutes and the manicurist was very rough with my hands.I informed the manager who was very apologetic, but unfortunately was limited with solutions to resolving the matter. Was not a good experience.

Kim is awesome at eyelashes however Danny did my nails n it was a mess told him what I wanted he did opposite n got mad at me like it was my fault not to mention nails were lumpy as hell.. SMH so on that note will only get my lashes done n eyebrows waxed by kim

I have been getting my nails done for many, many years now and had the worst experience ever with the little guy who sits at the 2nd table on the left side. He is very rude, sarcastic and impatient and did a very poor job on my nails. He had a wrist band on so Im sure he has issues and it hurts him but it interferes with his work is probably the reason for his moodiness as well. Every single little thing they do cost extra. I was so dissatisfied that when my husband paid I told him do not leave a tip and he just looked at us like we were crazy. I will not go back and will never recommend anyone to go there either! #botchedupjob
