Car wash was broken and did not do a good job for the money

Brushes seem to be getting old & worn - some did not even engage. Still had a lot of road grime on n the body afterwards & wheels were missed completely. I dont expect a grand detail job from a drive through, but I expect better than this At $8, its a bit pricey for the results. Ill find another, more efficient car wash in town.

They scrub down the worst parts before entering the car wash and they have free vacuuming and a detailing center! So much less crowded than blue wave!

This place used to be a good car wash but lately its like theyre not taking care of the place the machine is not washing your car rides and Im the worst part about it I paid 25 bucks which is the gold package which is a triple for man didnt even clean my car vacuums dont work when you tell the manager he says well you got too much dirt in your car and blah blah blah blah blah I dont get it the VAC is supposed to suck up the dirt but yet and even do none of that I paid 25 bucks and it was supposed to wash off the exterior and leave my car shiny didnt even do that what a waste of money

Horrible. Just had my truck and husbands car washed for the 3rd time with this place and it never fails, get home and they are FILTHY. Dirt smeared all over the front and back end. Side mirrors dirty, rims not clean, etc. We get the Exterior package comes with hand detail of the exterior. To top it off, the vacuums NEVERRRRR work. Absolutely horrible car wash. Seriously. Spend too much money to get home and have a dirty vehicle. Typically the guys working are stoned as well.Dont waist your time. Or money.

Looked like a blue jungle. Good service, however the dryers didnt work so my car was still wet and the water did not reach the sides so they were all soapy. Love the location. The vacuums didnt work well. I think over all it was a ok expirence and I will look forward to going through the car wash again.

I love getting my car washed here. Its very convenient and the staff are nice

We went in for full car wash. They said oh, we are only doing the out side today, for $15. No detail. We back two days later, and asked if I brought my car back how much to detail the inside? The kid told me $20. Now that is the price for a full car wash, which I already had done. Well they wont have my 3 cars back in there.

I havent been in 9 months and decided to try it today and it still sucks! Paid for a wash and my car still looks dirty! Smh...guess Ill stay away

Dont recommend this awful palace!!! I have my car full washed today and they took my key out and keep the key I tried call them 10times they never answered and when I run to the places ask for my key they just said I thought the key in the sink never apologized for that and walking away!
