This blue wave has the air blowers at ever stall!!!!!!! I love them air blowers. Car was good as always. I wish the sticker sensor was a little higher so it would read my sticker on my truck. I have to pull up to almost hitting the gate before it reads it.

I went through the car wash last week on a Saturday. I skipped the vacuuming so when I returned home I saw that my rear windshield wiper was damaged. The website stated they no longer tape the rear windshield wiper because “it’s no longer necessary.” The corporate office was closed on the weekend so I emailed them. No response ever received. I called corporate on Monday and they told me to call the location I received the car wash. No one ever answers and my voicemails have not been returned. Would just appreciate a response from someone.

I had a little difficulty putting the money in the machine. One of the guys came right out and helped me. He was really helpful and friendly. Thinking of getting unlimited washes.

My go to BlueWave....always friendly staff, smiling, and waving. I appreciate the level of maintenance with the vacuums, despite some customers inconsiderate usage in clogging them up from time to time. Their manager Brandon has a great cheerful and contagious demeanor all business and employees should adopt.

This place is over crowded and there is no help from employees they all are young and busy doing nothing. Need better crew who is more helpful

Been coming here for a while but I noticed that the older man that works there I believe his name is denicio. Every time his guiding cars in the car wash he just tells you to come in and don’t even guide you in right. Yesterday he he was there again didn’t even guide me in so I went in cause of traffic behind me so I felt my wheel hit the metal. When I went in he was mean mugging me because I was trying to tell him why he didn’t guide me. Watch your camera you will see he treated everyone the same .

Dont know whats going on, but the car wash is not doing a good job anymore. The guy at the start didnt spray the bug stuff until I was already past him, useless. Second time this has happened. The older gentleman did a better job.

Used this car wash a few times and never had any issues until recently. The last time I used I now have scratches all down the back right side of my car. Some surface scratches but also some deep ones with paint removal. Have to pay for a detail and paint restoration now. Will stick to pressure washes from now on. The vacuum cleaners suck too. No pun intended.

For a drive through car wash it does a great job. Bugs on front dont come off and some break dust/residue doesnt either and I got the premium wash. Vaccum is free after👍😁

Tons of scratches all across my trunk, some on the top of the car as well. Never thought a $12 car wash could ruin my day like this. I gave management a week to get back to me and got radio silence. If you are feeling lucky take a gamble.

There isnt a bug wash prior to going through the car wash so if youve been on a long trip its not the best place to go to get the car TOTALLY clean.

Many car washing places leave my back hatch and bumper dirty after I go through. BlueWave cleans thoroughly. The vacuum station actually has adequate suction power.

Its a good car wash and the highest price for the best wash is $16.00. At the end of the wash you can leave or get a free vacuum clean with no time limit. Not recommended for low vehicles or with thin tires.

Wish they had a lane for members only. That way, we could avoid the super long lines a little. It could also encourage people to subscribe.

I have been using BlueWave Express car wash many times. And have never removed my hitch on my pick up truck and never had any problems with it. Today they’re forcing me to remove it so ridiculous. I will cancel my premium membership for sure! And the machine doesn’t have any soaps . The truck still look not clean as it should.

The service was as always, excellent. There was a large number of vehicles in line in front of me, but the line started moving and I was in and out very quick.

I like how well the machines clean my vehicle.The only issue I found is I use cash .I went to three locations one day and was waved away because of this .The attendant said for $20 I could join the Wash Club ... I handed him $20 cash to start said program.WTH ?He hands me back the cash and again I was waved away .I did eventually find a Blue Wave location that took my cash, but I lost quite a bit of my day doing so .XXX TAKE MY ADVICE XXXPlease Post A Sign To Let Customers Know You Do Not Take Cash.

Per his name-tag, Luis a Manager was a gatekeeper today, Friday, Aug28th, at 10:40am.Without welcoming me or saying anything kind he stated: “you need to remove the hinge prior to the car wash” ....I was so surprised by his rude approach!! I mentioned I had been there before with the hinge on, he proceeded to ask me date and time!! And said they should’ve not allowed me to have the car washed🤷🏻‍♀️then opened the gate so I could turn around.I recommend improving the attitude and approach towards customers that are not aware of your rules. I respect rules and want to be treated respectfully too.You are very busy and have a lot of cars going thru but ARE NOT the only car wash around.

Get to vacuum my car as often as I want at no charge. Decided to run my car through automated car wash and I wasnt satisfied. I let them know and they let me run it through again and it came out really nice!

After 3 times through this wash station I used to love. I have had soap on the car, water spots, a scratch on the drivers door and the latest is damage to my very expensive rims:-( Be very careful to check your car for damage after having it washed at this location. I will never take my car through there again!!

I purchased the best wash package ($16) for my 2015 Toyota Tundra. It was mildly dirty as I hadnt washed it since the last rain we had (about 7 days prior). After going through the car wash and inspecting my truck I was disappointed with the amount of dirt still on it. The wash did not completely clean my windshield either. The overhead strips that wash your vehicle just slap it and dont really do anything to clean. The side spinning brushes, which held tight to my truck, had a lot of bounce in them which did not allow for an even wash.If you need a wash and are going north on 59, go to the Buc-ees off of Grand Parkway/99/Crabb River Road. The wash there is of much better quality and their top wash is only $12. I usually go to that wash but I wanted to give Blue Wave a shot. I will be going to Buc-ees exclusively from now on.

Its decent for the price you pay. I dont feel like it cleans my car very well, just clean enough which is fine when Im in a hurry. Vacuums are free which is a plus.

If youre a busy person with no spare time to wash your car. The unlimited washes is the best choice. For 29.99 a month itll do everything polish, wax & tire shine as many times as you want. I go every week on Mondays 30 minutes before work I go through twice and then do interior work for 10 minutes. Car comes out clean and get many compliments every where I go.

Today as I was going through the wash it ripped my antenna off. They did help find the arena and return it to me but did not offer to give my money back or repair the antenna. Poor customer service. I won’t be returning anymore.

TRUCKS BEWARE.....NO HITCHES ALOUD ON YOUR TRUCKS. Not sure that makes any sense. A lot of trucks in Texas have hutches on them and no damage will happen. I guess it’s just there policy. Well Mr Carwash here I come...this place has lost my business.

I come here to pray. Its so peaceful in the wash. And theyre not flashing beavers all over my windshield like that other place, you know? Ugh. Actually, I kind of like the beaver on my windshield. The vacs are free here, but you get what you pay for. I mean, they suck. But thats about it. The dont suck that good though. I mean, well.Its a good car wash.

The gentleman was very nice directing me inside (I had never been there before). But I left there & at my next stop, 5 minutes away, looked at the back of my car! Looked like it had never gotten wet-still had thick dust I could wipe off with my fingers! The front bumper was even dirtier-bug guts had never been touched!

These guys are consistently good. However, they modified their equipment so I dont get to take my truck through any longer due to the roof rack. But my wifes Expedition gets a bath at least once a week. We have the monthly pass and I think its well worth the price.

This is an amazing car wash. You will always find it with a long line because it is that good. Even though it has a long line it moves really fast so you wont be waiting in line for a long time. Great prices as well, and if you live in the area it is a great choice to invest in the packaged washes that they offer.
