My son and my husband have both been going to Brittany for haircuts. I must say she is amazing. She has been super patient with my son . Also my husband is not an easy one when it come s to his haircuts.Brittany does an excellent job. Super friendly and perfect hair cuts every time.Would recommend 100%

Choppiest and most uneven haircut ive ever gotten, and my mom used to cut my hair.... Dakota was beyond rude and disrespectful. She talked to me like she would a friend, not a customer. I did not enjoy being the guinea pig for the new girl that started a week before I got there... not coming back.

I get a text saying be there by 1:25. I get there at 1:20. Wait about 20 minutes. Get a text saying Im up next and be ready. I then see 4 people go ahead of me that arrived after me. Yes I checked in online. Left the store at 2:00 with a 37 minute wait still. The service is so slow its outrageous.

I made a appointment with Jeanette through the Sport Clips app. My appointment time was 3:11 pm and arrived at 3:00 pm. Jeanette had someone in the chair and was just finishing up. Of course they have to clean up and maybe even take a break in between and I am okay with that. Now the time is 3:50 pm and still waiting. Why even make an appointment if you are waiting more than 40 minutes, could have just walked in and had no expectations. After walking out someone from the store called and asked if I wanted a different stylist and be comped. I declined due to lack of professionalism. I had previously used Jeanette twice before and she is a great stylist and thought I had found someone I would keep going to but unfortunately this was the end result. It is too bad customer service barely exists any more on top of that I was prepared to pay 40.00 for a 17 or 18.00 dollar haircut. They need to realize these haircut places are a dime a dozen and especially in these times customer service is everything!

Had a few sections of hair that were missed and showed long patches. Had to see my eye doctor after I finished clipping them using two mirrors! LoL!

Took my son in for the 1st time last night I told one of the girls a 4 5 taper she even came out and asked a 2nd time to make sure!! I send him back there and he comes out with no taper at all and she didnt even line up his bangs it looked like a chop shop got ahold of him I had to fix it when I got home. Never again will I go there.

After registering online for an appointment I received confirmation that I had an appointment at 7pm. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told to wait in the waiting room for an additional 30-45 minutes along with four other people who were waiting for haircuts. I did not receive an update and the staff of this location confirmed that they do not update people if they are running behind. This level of service is very poor and expecting people to wait extended times in the lobby with other clients due to their lack of communication with their guests is indicative of the quality of customer service they provide at this location, especially as we adjust to the health concerns of the Covid Virus. Needless to say I chose not to get my haircut at this time with Sports Clips.

Being able to get in line in the app is the main reason I keep coming back. The haircuts are fine, but I dont have difficult hair to cut. And the people are friendly, but not unusually so.Not waiting around a waiting room for 30 mins is the big win here!

I called in advance due to site not letting me reserve. I gave my name and was told it was added. I arrived and it wasnt. Last time I was here, I tipped more than the cut. 20+ I guess they dont like good customers. Will never go here and will make sure I dont advertise this location. Edit: The reason i gave a 1 star was the way Jeanette said to me if youre lucky you might get me, I dont know I was nothing but polite. Your reply still wont give you a higher rating and I still stand by not going to any sportsclip barber. Better off going to super cuts.

This place was a pleasure to visit. I intially went in around noon cause I was nearby for lunch. The lady greeted me and informed me how to check in. I was not coming back till after 5, then she told me about the app and I could check in there. Great advice I walked in with a 5 minute wait time on screen and I was not disappointed. Dana cut my hair. She is good at communicating her steps and the process of the different values for the prices. You get a nice little addition to your hair cut. The atmosphere was upbeat and that made my experience better than the place down the street.

Got my haircut by Miriam before I had to go to a meeting and let me just say she did an absolutely flawless job that not only made me feel confident but also made me want to go to Sports Clips again

Very friendly staff, good job on my hair, very clean, always enough styles.The only thing I dont like there tip structure, they give you choices on the check out screen. 5 -10 - and up at a 15 $ haircut thats almost 30% and up. I tip 20% for great serve at a restaurant. Just a thoughtOH you can change the amount just takes another step or two at check. out.

Have visited this place a couple times. First time was not the best but i dont like judging a place by only one visit. Got different stylist every time i stopped by and even they criticized my first hair cut therefore most of them have a clear idea of what they are doing. Will definitely go back i would just recomend remembering the name of you stylist to make sure you are content every time.

Im balding, so I dont have much hair for them to handle. However, the MVP service is a great value. The hot-towel treatment is worth the price by itself. I have been there many times over the last year and havent had a bad experience.

Worst experience ever. The girls are straight up rude. From getting poked in the eye and trimming my eye brows without even asking if thats what I wanted. They locked the door 20 mins to closing. I was asked upfront if I was going to leave a tip and with this experience my tip should of been refunded. I now drive back out to Houston to get a haircut cause all the places around he absolutely suck. 👎👎👎

Great location! Usually use the same person each time for my haircut but occasionally have others do the cut and they have all been great.

Arrived during posted hours of operation but was turned away by the manager stating they were closed. Why say youre open until 6pm if you turn away customers that arrive before 6pm?

Sign on door saying mask required. I thought good. Two of the stylists wore their masks not covering their noses which kind of defeats the purpose of a mask.

The stylist cut my hair the way I had asked her to. She did it quickly and professionaly with no pressured use this product to take care of your hair sale. I will continue to use this service.

Stood there for like 10 mins until someone finally walked over and only because they finished cutting hair and the lady was extremely rude and didn’t want to give me a wait time. They need way better customer service.

EVERY time I come..... I have YET to come out satisfied. Last time I went in for a trim and I left with my hair SO uneven and poorly cut that I had to get it fixed at Invisions (aka Rudy Ts Invisions) in Rosenberg. Very inexperienced and unfriendly. I would NEVER recommend a haircut here unless youre just getting a buzz cut or something.
