RANT INCOMING! This place needs better service. One day itll give me a solid cut, the next day I see two visible marks on my forehead and me being scolded at by relatives simply because the guy cutting my hair push the clippers too far back. I would give it 4 stars but Im giving it 3 because they need to work on being consist and caring about the well-being of their customers. Something like this can lead to infection and I believe any sane person is not a fan of that. Please take this as constructive criticism and not just a rant because what happened had serious consequences. Employees should seek out the best service and If one feels they cant get the job done, then lend it to another who can do it properly.

In the description when I looked them up, it says walk-ins welcome. When I arrived, they tell me schedule only. Makes no sense to have a customer arrive to your shop and then you advise no walk-ins. Ridiculous! You gonna give me my gas back!

All the barbers are skilled and keep their scheduled times. They stay busy so make an appointment.

Nestled in a small corner off a strip mall in Rosenberg, is this very well skilled and well trained personnel barbershop. This was my first time visiting this establishment, we didnt make an appointment and though the place was full we were seen by the first available barber in less that 5 minutes. At immediate glance the place was clean, the atmosphere was friendly we were greeted immediately as soon as we entered the establishment. this place had a feel of a family environment and you could tell that the gentleman took pride in their work. My son had an amazing haircut, he is not one who likes to do a lot with his hair except cut it low and Chyde did exactly what he asked, outstanding craftsmanship. I will definitely recommend this barbershop to anyone looking to get a great haircut.

Best place for a haircut. Appointment only for now, due to the pandemic. Everyone is very nice and has on masks and a very clean shop. Im a permanent customer.

First time I visited I came around 3:50pm on a Saturday and I was greeted about 5 minutes after I say down by a guy with dreads. He asked if I had an appt, i told him no. He told me “oh ok, hold on for a minute” then walked to the back room. I waited for about 20 minutes sitting down, the guy to the left (a different person) asks if I had an appt, i told him no, he then tells me oh everyone is leaving you will have to come back another day. I let him know, if that was the case the other gentlemen should have said that from the beginning instead of having me wait all that time. Crazy thing is I came here because someone referred them to me. Won’t be coming back due to a lack of a good first impression. Do better.

The barber was waiting on me to arrive prior to my appointment, no wait, no hassles outside the shop, nice and clean, and very professional each time I attend!!!

Marcos got us in and out! He don’t talk and he takes every cut serious. He always goes above and beyond our expectations. We are always satisfied. If your looking for a barber who really values his clients then go see Marcos. Highly recommended!!

Been two times, had two different barbers cut my hair two different ways, neither one disappointed. They work with you without an appointment but I recommend one cause these cats always in demand. Best spot for getting your hair cut right in the Rosenberg Richmond area. They moved in while I was moved out but now that Im back I can guarantee thisll be my spot from here on out long as Im within 30 minute drive time to this spot. Thanks for the great work guys. Phil is amazing! I had a BAD experience at my first ever barber shop and it almost ruined it completely. I had about 4-5 months of growth on my beard and I wanted a simple shape up and NO length cut off. I got the complete opposite. He set me back a GOOD 3 months and gave me cheek lines that almost had me shave it completely off. Fast forward 3-4 months and I listened to a friend & gave Phil a chance. Boy, did he change my mind on barbers QUICK! He not only listened, he gave me one hell of a beard trim and a hair cut for $20! You cant beat that ANYWHERE. If youre looking for an amazing barber and an even better dude, go hit up Phil and hell do you right.

I went there this morning at about 9am, the guy who cut my hair got me in his chair quick though I was a walk in and at first I thought $20 was a lot to just cut the lower part of my hair but when the barber got through I loved it so much I gave him a tip, satisfied customer..
