These are honest and professional people. I have always been treated well. The services are fast and well done. The waiting area is comfy and very well thought out. Phone charging stations and complimentary water and BLACK RIFLE COFFEE.My most recent visit really revealed their high level of commitment to being honest and transparent. They attempted to change my oil but immediately ran into a snag. During my last oil change, by the DEALER, my oil pan bolt had been stripped which made it impossible to remove. I appreciated the honesty because I would have ended up paying for a replacement bolt if not the whole oil pan. Back to the dealer I went for resolution. Christian Brothers lost that particular sale and they could have charged me for the bolt repair. Instead they were honest. I returned later that same day and purchased two tires from them. I feel very confident in them. You will too. Side note. As I sat waiting, I was overhearing the interactions with other customers. Everyone received the same honest and forthright assessment of their needs. Listening to the conversations and explanations it was very obvious that there were no attempts at taking advantage of their clients.

Had an appointment to get Truck inspected and a oil change. When I arrived all the bays had a vehicle in them and more cars in the parking lot. But because I had and appointment they got me right in and within an hour I was paying and on my way! Would recommend this place for their friendly and fast personal service. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Did a great job with replacing my calipers, brakes and rotors. Minor issues overall, cleared the air and fixed their simple issue. Definitely would recommend. Fixed my car in less than 5 hours while the original car dealership “Chevy” had it for 5 days and couldn’t even compete with the Christian brothers price. Amazing price with an amazing job.

Very professional and personable. I was just stopping by to price the alignment service and was very impressed at the reception. This led to an appointment at noon time(lunch). I returned as suggested by Greg for the service. I was immediately checked in and my truck was heading into the work bay. My experience at this location of Christian Brothers Automotive was great! Everyone who works there, from the owner to all the automotive technicians, are extremely personable! The technician who works on my car takes time to explain what is wrong, exactly what needs to be done, and what I can wait on getting repaired. The price of everything is explained item by item. If I am unable stay and wait, they offer to take me home or to my job. All the employees are nice, they speak, and they offer me refreshments. It is first class service!

I went in to ask if they would be able to replace a turn signal light. Not only could they, but the serviceman replaced it on the spot. I almost had a wreck the day before because of my light not working. I very much appreciated that he took the time to fix it with no questions asked. He was very friendly and I am so glad I went there. He gladly helped me and saved me from going elsewhere, paying a lot, and possibly having to be without a car for them to do what he did in 10 min. I need to get a serpentine belt replacement done because I had not been paying attention to detail, & called The Christian Bros. roughly 1 hour and half before closing, they still were able to quickly and efficiently do the work with everyone being able to go home on time. Christian Brothers did an awesome job on getting a a new alternator installed on my SUV. Tom in the office was super friendly, kept excellent communication, and even transported me to work and dropped off my vehicle when it was done. Excellent guys who made a very annoying and expensive problem that much easier through top tier customer service.

My hobby is restoring older trucks. It is not easy to find a shop that is even willing to work on older vehicles. CB was more than happy to help me with my A/C issues. They were the most courteous and friendly shop I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. Saul did the complete A/C rebuild as I requested and he did a great and thorough job. He explained everything like the pro he is. I went back for a few more things and was treated like family. All the gentlemen in the office go over and beyond to make my wait a pleasure in a clean and nice environment. They offer free coffee, cold water and bagged snacks along with wifi. I have never seen those offered before. I highly recommend this shop and as long as they continue to operate in this fashion. I wont be going anywhere else. BTW the A/C in my 1991 Ford truck is ICE COLD. Sandy

If you want best reliable honest mechanic then you go to Christian Brothers, I had the best experience, and I will always be going back to them.

The A/C in my 2014 Mustang just stopped working, the air blew but it was not cold air. It was determined that the PCM needed to be replaced, so I paid to have it replaced. But then the new PCM went out immediately once the A/C was turned on and would need to be replaced again. Greg and everyone at Christian Brothers made a commitment to me that they would find and resolve the problem without me incurring additional expense. They were good on their word and kept working on it, even bringing in outside expertise to help isolate the root cause of the problem (this was not an easy job). In the end they had to redo the wiring (which on average would have cost me an additional $1500 to $2000). Greg kept me informed throughout the process and when the car was repaired they dropped it off at my house. In the end all I paid for was the replacement of the original PCM, Christian Brothers took responsibility for not catching the underlying wiring problem and covered all of the the additional repair costs. I have never dealt with anyone in the auto repair business this committed to their customers. Christian Brothers will definitely be my go-to for auto repairs in the future. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

This business is truly one of a kind. Coming into the shop while fairly busy, I was prioritized and my car was pulled into the bay right away. They have snacks and anything you may need to work if you choose to wait for your car. I will be coming back for all maintenance!

I got an oil change for $14.99 on my truck that was over due. Best deal Ive ever seen for an oil change. I honestly didnt believe it was a real deal, but I called and went and it was real. They even gave me a little extra oil at no charge. Super happy and sending my family and friends. They are friendly and have snacks, water, and coffee. I didnt have any, but its there if any customers want.

I had went to a place in Sugarland who quoted me 79$ for an oil change! I called Christian Bros and they told me to bring my car in and they would do it for 39.99! They were nice and professional! They didn’t try to sell me anything else except they told me I’d need a new battery soon, which I already knew! Their bathrooms were clean and accommodating to mothers and children, which was awesome! The mechanic abd came and thanked me and I was on my way with a “ please come again”. I most certainly will!

The employees at this establishment were very very kind. They worked at a fast pace and I genuinely enjoyed my experience there. Even had little refreshments too which is always great considering you’ll be waiting for them to work on your car. Overall, my experience was a 10/10 and would highly recommend

They really do care about finding out what’s best for your car and budget! Never pressured me to purchase any repairs I didn’t want, but rather informed me of all issues and allowed me to choose with accurate informing. Before, I would go to others shops and never have any idea what mechanics would say, but personnel (Chad) would explain every repair in simple understanding terms. By far the best experience ever with any automotive shop! Definitely returning in the future. :)

Very nice people, but I called to get estimate about services that my Nissan Dealer recommended and CBA was considerably higher. I found it very interesting...I would still go to the dealer over anyone that beats their pice by 20%...but CBA made my decision easier by even being higher.

I went in for my annual vehicle registration/inspection and as soon as I got inside, I was greeted friendly and professionally. Within 15 to 30 minutes I was ready and out. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with refreshments available. I definitely plan to go back for other services.

They took me home while they work on my vehicle and picked me up to get the vehicle after they were done so I wouldnt be sitting at the shop. I love that. Recommend 100%.

I took my car for the annual inspection and for an electrical problem with one of my windows. The inspection was done quickly and they couldn’t replicate the electrical problem I was having so they did not charge me for that portion of my visit. I was very happy with their work!!

I took my truck in because my daughters were taking it to Dallas and I asked these guys to look at my wheel bearing because it was making an obvious noise like the last one that went out. My girls were taking this truck on a five hour drive and if you have a bad wheel bearing lots can go horribly wrong if not fixed.I knew that was the issue. I asked them 4 (FOUR) times to check - when they called to update I asked again -They said it was fine and no noise when driven. They found other things to fix, though. When I picked up my truck - the mileage had NOT changed - they didn’t drive it! Drove it home - heard the same noise....!!! How could you NOT HEAR THAT..? It wasn’t driven! That’s why! Took it to another mechanic and GUESS WHAT???? WHEEL BEARING WAS TOAST!!!! They took advantage of me, I guess because I’m a woman - I don’t know. I will never go here again. They did not fix my initial issue.

Brought my 2017 Ford Focus into Christian Brothers Automotive Rosenberg on 12/21/2020 after I began to have an overheating issue. My temperature gauge would red line after a few minutes driving but only sporadically then would rapidly drop in temperature. The car wouldnt actually over heat. This lead me to believe it was a thermostat issue. (I normally work on my own cars but due to a recent move I dont have the space). After they ran the diagnostics which included a pressure test, they claimed that I have a leak in the radiator and a leak in my overflow reservoir. I found that extremely hard to believe since I never had any puddles of fluid under my car. They recommended that I change both which they quoted me at $1200. After using my best judgement I decided to get a second option at another mechanic (which I should of honestly went to first, I went here out of convenience). I ended up taking my car to Car Care USA in Richmond. After they ran their own test on my car they discovered nothing at all.To make a long story short Christian Brothers Automotive Rosenberg tried to charge me for repairs that I definitely didnt need. If I had a leak there would be fluid under my car. The only good out of this is that when they ran the pressure test they must of unstuck my thermostat unintentionally.I do not recommend this shop, be weary and ask questions or get a second option after the sticker shock.

CBA Rosenberg were relentless in getting my wheel alignment/steering alignment issue resolved and they used different method to get it fixed. I visited them 3 times and each and every time they were happy to work with me. It didnt cost me any extra, and they never pushed me to get any service that wasnt necessary. I am glad they they were able to successfully resolve my concerns. They even provide shuttle service to their customers. I believe Ive found my go to car shop now, and will visit this shop in the future for all my repair and maintenance needs

I decided to take my car to this location for convenience, and I have to say they have gained a customer for all of my car needs! I needed to have my window motor and regulator replaced and needed some minor body/trim replacement which I wasnt sure if they would be able to complete short notice. I dropped it off around 10 am and got it back by 1 pm! Everyone was friendly, and it was clean and inviting like I walked into my friends home!

They finished my brake job in about two hours when I called and asked if they could get it finished before my appointment to get new tires put on at a different place. Brakes feel great and they were done an hour earlier than I needed. All that, and they were friendly as well. I really like this place.

This is an edit to my original review due to measures taken to correct the mistakes that were made.This is a new location. There are going to be mistakes. My biggest issue with them was their lack of communication, but they seem to recognize that and are working towards being better, which is all you can ask for.My friend told me about someone quitting working for an undisclosed Christian brothers location because of their insistence on overcharging for parts. Be aware of this when you go in and possibly consider trying to get the parts yourself if possible to avoid this.As far as their service, I can say that I’m impressed with their commitment to correct their mistakes. My experience makes me think that they have good intentions, but just may miss the mark sometimes (which is okay; we’re all human). I would just keep that in mind if you are trying this location for the first time. Try to have some grace and they’ll work hard to see that you get what you need.

Terrific new location! Nicest folks you’ll ever meet. Great service on both of my vehicles. They offer a free shuttle to and from the vicinity. They also offer free coffee (& mugs!) and tea if you choose to wait. I did both with my cars. I had an appointment for my first visit. A week later my other car needed servicing so I called and they took me right away. Competitive pricing but I chose Christian Brothers because of the friendly service.

Very knowledgeable, courteous, owner. raine was great person to deal with. the immediately found the issue with my sienna with loud noise coming from the engine. its quality place, highly recommended. some of the prices quoted maybe are bit high in comparison to other shops but its not a deal breaker, they won me over with the quality of service which comes with peace of mind, knowing they will get it done right.

Extremely nice, warm, quick, and fast. Clean restroom, clear and direct service. They have a beautiful waiting room with universal chargers for your phone. I sat down and had a coffee and they were done before I could even finish. Great place!

I really enjoy that they send the diagnostic information to your phone and they review it with you. I used to go to AutoCare on Reading but I would go in for one thing and something would else would become wrong and I was getting over price. So I was excited when Christian Brothers came around. This is my new shop.

It has been over a month now since I started to get my cars service here. In that one month time frame we been there three time to get different things fixed. Every time we go; we feel like family and they greet us with much respect. The waiting area is nice, with coffee, water to drink and snacks to munch on. When getting our cars fixed these service techs know what they are doing, the pricing is great too, and with quick service. We highly recommend CBA!!!
