My 2013 Chevrolet Captiva looked newer when it left Service King than it did fresh off the car lot. Fast,friendly service, quality work, and unbeatable rates. Highly recommended.

After being in a rear end car accident, my vehicle was brought here because they are a preferred body shop with my auto insurance. They did an amazing job before when my car was hit, so I trusted that they would do so again! The customer service is out of this world! They went above and beyond to ensure i was set up in a rental, kept daily updates about service and payments and even finished the repairs prior to the estimated time of completion. The work was beautiful when i got my car back and they returned it clean and in great condition! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of body work as a result of an accident!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, take a European brand to them or let them do mechanical work to your car. Paint and body work look good, bit their mechanic that worked on my Audis brakes didnt clean the new rotors off when they installed them now my front brake pads are glazed. I will not allow them work on my vehicle to fix it becuase if they forgot that one small detail who knows what else they overlook.

Professional thru & thru! After we ran over an unknown object in the middle of a downpour our insurance company arranged for the car to be taken to Service King. Although it took about 3 weeks to get our car back, Natalie did a great job of keeping us updated as they waited for parts and new issues arose. They were so nice and understanding with all our questions. When we picked up our car both Natalie and Clay explained everything that was done, our warranty and what to do if we had any issues. Lastly the car was returned to us cleaned from top to bottom inside & out. A much appreciated touch! We hope we never need to use them again but feel good knowing they are there if we need them and will recommend to anyone else in need of an auto repair shop.

I never had a repair on this shop but my aunt did it she said is no bad but the difference on another company is service and how service kig collision repair they move faster then other ones because they understand you time is very important to time to waisted they know costumer service is the first priority and my aunt never have the best experience with another repair shop or company

Service King is by far the best Collision Repair Center. Not only are they professional, but exceptional in their Customer Service. They stand by their work in addition to the insurance. I have had a great e experience each time! Clay and Natalie and the Rosenberg location are supreme!

Was only there to pick up a vehicle for a customer, but the lady who helped me was very polite and prompt. She knew what cars she has at the facility so absolutely no delay in obtaining paperwork which is a huge benefit for someone sent there to retrieve a vehicle, unlike other places that can leave you waiting over 45 minutes before you even hook the vehicle. The office was very clean and organized. Between her and a gentlemen in the front office, I was directed straight to the vehicle with no endless searching. Once in the back (employees only) everything was very well organized and well kept. Plenty of room around all the vehicles, so thats a good thing if youre having repairs done here. Like I stated previously, I was only there to pick up a customers vehicle so I cant review the actual work performed by this shop but from everything I observed, they seem to be a decent shop. Only issue here is trying to get back onto the road, which isnt anything they control. Just increased traffic due to area population growth. Guess its more of a warning. Appreciate yall making my experience quick and easy.

This Rosenberg location is great! I was greeted immediately upon arrival. So friendly and professional. Parts are ordered quickly and you get the feeling that they really want to help you. The work that needed to be completed on my car was clearly explained to me. I appreciate it guys, thanks!

Save yourself a headache and do not take your car here. Not only did they take longer than anticipated to finish the repair, they did not repair my car properly, and they damaged my car in the process.Long story short… I was rear ended and after the repair my trunk door did not close properly and they somehow scratched my front bumper. When I brought the issues to their attention (same day as pick up) I was told the car was tested and nothing was wrong with the trunk door and they denied the front scratch even through pictures submitted to insurance are proof the scratch was not there before. Im aware of the lifetime warranty and blah blah blah but why in the hell would I bring my car back to a place like this? I went back and forth with the insurance company for a couple of days but was finally able to bring my car to another shop that fixed my trunk latch.

DO NOT under any circumstances take your vehicle here.Customer service is beyond horrific. The delivery date was pushed back almost two weeks beyond what was originally promised, and when the car was done there was so much damage left unfixed I had to take it to a second shop to fix what they had already repairedDo not walk, RUN away from this shop.

Walter was very helpful as soon as i went up there to get repairs done to my car. He made sure everything was good and i was satisfied with the work that had been done to my car. Service king has an awesome staff. They had very good customer service. I would definitely recommend them and there services.

I took my vehicle in after an accident to get it repainted, the vehicle was repainted my mirror was replaced but not the whole assembly so theyre still marks on parts of the mirror. Front fender was replaced when I got home to double-check the repairs the fender near the light was scratched do to someone rubbing and waxing the vehicle and not paying attention it ended up scratching the paint all around the headlight, the clips and bolts underneath the vehicle that hold on the windage panels were not replaced properly. There were other things here and there but Im tired of typing. I know there still a warranty on the work but honestly I just wanted my vehicle back. I plan on getting the car completely repainted anyway but I know where I will not take it

Shoddy sub par work. Will cut corners on cheaper materials and charge insurance and customers top costs. just could not fix my vehicle correctly. Service at this location could be more friendlier. Good luck with your vehicle.

I brought my vehicles here several times over the past few years and John and his team have always done a fantastic job! John provides great customer service and really goes out of his way to make his customers happy. He is very honest about the process and does whatever he can to get the job done right and as quickly as possible to get your vehicle back to you.

Service here was incredible, they were very quick, straightforward, and knowledgeable. They fixed my car in less than a week and even threw in a free wash (inside and out). Having had to deal with other auto body repair places in the Richmond and Rosenberg area, I thought I had a good idea of what to expect. Was I wrong! Service King has become my new Gold Star standard. Not only did they fix the damage, they buffed out an area that was mildly scratched, matched the paint perfectly, and detailed the interior! I havent ever had this much good service! Friendly, competent, and quick! If you *need* a repair shop, these are the guys to go to.

Dan and John have got a great business going on here. I took my car here after being rear-ended and had a wonderful experience. Theyre very honest, helpful, and they did a great job fixing my car at a great cost. I stayed away from the larger chain body shops and found this one based off of other reviews. If youre anywhere in the area and you need your car repaired after an accident, you definitely need to check out Dan Wards Paint & Body. You wont regret driving a little out of your way to get to them.

This shop does excellent work! I was in an accident and required a new axel, paint, and body work on the left rear side of my vehicle. The owner Dan and his employee John were were very helpful throughout the process. Overall quality of the job was extraordinary and I highly recommend Dan and team.

John and everyone I came in contact was nothing short of friendly and professional. I work in the car business and if there’s one thing I know, almost nothing ever goes smoothly because of how many moving components there are in the chain of people who will take care of your car. Both white women looked at me in disgust. As I went in, no greeting was offered. When asked if an estimate could be done without the vehicle one lady said no and when I asked why not, the other white lady looked at me in disgust saying bc we jus dont.Unprofessional, unwelcoming and racially percieved. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Brought my Focus ST yesterday that had a big dent on my bumper that was cause by a tire on hwy 59. I talk to John gave me an estimate, left my car and today when I picked it up it was like nothing happened on my bumper. Mr. Dan Ward was there when I picked up the car and he went through the things that they fix on my car. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Dan Ward Body and Paint Shop to everybody that needs car body repairs.

The staff at Service King where very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and doubts, with a great and friendly manner, dont get that anywhere.

This isnt my first time to use Service King in Rosenberg and again they did not disappoint! It took longer than normal because the insurance company tried to cut corners by trying to use used parts. When the parts were not up to specs, Service King went to bat for me and made sure that new parts were ordered and the repairs were done perfectly. Not all Service Kings are equal in their service but I can certainly recommend the one in Rosenberg.

Got hood repainted. (The hood corroded for some reason while the rest of the paint remains OK after 11 years - is a puzzlement.) Color was matched perfectly, all the people I dealt with were professional, and everything was done when they said it would be.I only wish theyd gone over the entire checklist when I picked it up - I was warned how long before I could put it through the car wash, but didnt realize until I read the list a few days later that I should have tried to keep it out of the sun, among other things.Oh well - I should have read the list immediately, and there isnt much I can do to keep the car out of the sun except leave it at home anyway.

The absolute worst experience with getting my car fixed after a car accident. First, the paint didnt match, so after we refused to take the car, they re-sprayed it. Then we discovered that they installed the back windshield wiper upside down. This is after it was turned on, scraping my new paint. Both issues have been met with rudeness and a condensending attitude. The customer service is terrible. No apologies for either issue.

We had our truck into Service King for major front end repairs. John got the truck back to us ahead of time, on budget, and told me if I ever have any trouble to bring it back. Its been almost a year, and I havent had any troubles from the truck. In the future, I will only use this SK store if I need help.
