I had only positive experiences when Ive sought finiancial help for utility bills. Good Neighbors matches $ 50 towards essential utilities. Phone and cable arent considered neccessaties .They also do same for certain medications.

When I used their services it was for heating. I was heating with wood and kerosane. They helped me with $50.00 in kerosane. It was so much that I had to get several containers. If you go and get the kerosane and do not have enough containers the store will give you until the end of that shift to come back and get whats left on your balance.
