I took my car for a windshield replacement. I realized the molding was poorly installed and took pictures and it back. They were correcting when they broke the new windshield. I waited till my next off day and they replaced the windshield and molding. The molding still wasn’t right but I didn’t complain even though I paid for a job to be done right. The owner said he didn’t put it on this time. I noticed a driver side upper roof trim was missing and came back for it. The owner wasn’t there but his wife said they find stuff all the time that they don’t know what or who it belongs to and lays to side. Later in the day, the owner calls me back and said that trim wasn’t there. I looked back at pictures from first time and it was back on, but missing after 2nd time. I told him how does he know if he didn’t do the 2nd replacement like he originally said. He then gets defensive and back up saying he did and it wasn’t on there. I told him I wasn’t being rude, but wanted my parts to my car back. He yells and says he doesn’t have my expledent parts. I then told him not to cuss me. He refuses to own up to his or his people’s mistakes. I’m out my trim on a car I’ve had for 5 years and it’s never came off. I do not recommend this company. I have used Ferber and the glass man for two other vehicles in the past. Both did great work. I just didn’t want to wait and used Ingram even though I’ve heard bad stuff in the past. Now I believe them. Never again.

It took them several days to call me please us back with a quote for a standard (48 x 96) piece of glass.

Window got repaired but didnt receive a courtesy call to let mw know it was done had to just show up

Good customer service on the phone. Will have my windshield put in on Tuesday morning. Will update afterwards.
