Very professional, yet personable enough to make the processes relaxing; responds quickly; and explains any questions asked.

Got new policy and after 6 months they raised my premium without notice. they just charged my auto pay a higher amount without any given authorization.

Horrible customer service. The remedial agent who was very rude and short. She refused to give me her name. Needless to say I will never use this insurance agent again.
