Daniel and Matt are great to work with. Ive had an excellent customer service experience so far and havent felt the sales pressure of other companies. They will take the time to explain everything thoroughly with you and give you the time to think and discuss options. A big plus is that you dont wait on an automated system to talk to them it is truly a neighborhood office.

I called about my bill after adding our camper and wasn’t satisfied with the price. Wanda was very nice and explained that it was the best they could do unless I raised a deductible. When we got off the phone about 15 minutes later she called me back and said she was reviewing my policy and something wasn’t right. She said your price is higher than what I believe it should be I will look into this and have an answer for you no later than tomorrow. She called me that day and my price was lowered! They have always done good for us I definitely recommend them.

Wanda was a tremendous help today in finding out exactly what the underwriter wanted regarding our renewal of insurance. The underwriter left a gray area in his list of required upgrades and Wanda contacted them to find out every specific need so that we could make sure we did exactly what had to be done. I recently had a rock from the highway break my windshield of my jeep. I called my State Farm agent Matt Medleys office in Rome Georgia.
