Both times PC Tech went to great lengths to be honest and fair, giving us options and explaining the pros and cons of each. I trust them completely now. Geek Squad couldnt help in a timely manner so Kurt to the rescue! Cloned old computer to new computer in 1 day and also setup portable printer to be cordless! Very communicative and knowledgeable! Took my computer to them again today. Service was very professional and thorough with my machine. Very transparent regarding what needed to be fixed and didnt try to fix things that werent broken. I highly recommend PC tech! My MacBook Air completely stopped working right at the beginning of the semester (which is very stressful). I dropped it off here and Karl was very attentive and professional. He called me quickly the next morning without any good news, not because of his inability but because he was unable to find a part that I needed because I had such a new laptop. He made sure to do nothing to void my warranty and charged me nothing for the work he did. He gave me the # of who I needed to call at apple, my serial number, and a price if we could find the part. Amazing service!

Great workers and very efficient. All the employees were very professional and polite. They took the time to call before making any adjustments that would raise the price of cost or labor. They also called to give updates on the status of your computer with spot on estimates of when your computer will be looked at and be completed. All problems diagnosed were fully explained for you to understand and ALL possible solutions were discussed to help you overcome the problem. I would (and will) definitely use them again for any other PC or MAC related concerns in the future.

Very impressed! They were fast, professional and affordable. Had a hard drive crash and they were able to get ALL my data and files off the bad hard drive and installed them onto my new hard drive.
