This place absolutely saved the day!!! It all started with AT&T... All i needed was my SIM card tray removed from my phone (I dropped it and it got jammed/stuck inside) and I already had my new phone to put it in. AT&T told me to come up, no appointment needed, only for me to show up and be told theres 10+ people ahead of me and she was making me an appointment now. I waited at the store until the lady ASKED me to leave until they called, got to the parking lot and called CPR.Not only was I told to come on down, they LITERALLY fixed it for me on the spot, no problems whatsoever, and made sure I was able to get the SIM card into the new phone before I left the store to make sure Id be able to make calls if need be on my way home. The customer service here was like being among friends, Ive never been so at ease in any tech store of any sort. I can NOT recommend them enough!! If youve got any problems give them a call!! Not only will they fix it for ya, theyll do it for 1/2 the price of others. And, if its not fixable, they will not force you to spend money trying to fix the device, theyll tell you up front so you dont waste your time and money. I absolutely love this place, and plan on coming here first before I EVER think about going to At&t again! Best service ever, and made my day SO much better! By the time I got home with my new phone, I still hadnt been called for my appointment.. But CPR had me fixed and out the door! Thank you so much!

Ive been waiting for over 2 months to get my Samsung tab-a tablet back. Ive been in a number of times and got promises that they would find it and call me. Ive called and left messages.They have never called me back. The previous staff that was there last fall were the absolute best! They left and obviously took their customer service and competence with them.

I reached out via email a week or so ago regarding my sons home button, it was not working due to being dropped, other than that GREAT condition. He said it would be a simple fix to replace the home button and be about $80. I took the phone in today 9/4/21. The guy at the counter said it was probably just disconnected and it would be a quick fix. Gave him the phone waited a few mi items and he came back out and said that the problem was a broken screen, I said no the screen was not broken it was just the home button, he said ok it would be about a 1-1.5 so we said ok did our errands and than came back. The guy said unfortunately they could not replace just the home bottom, and the entire screen would need to be replaced and it would be $240 to fix, I declined and said I could get a new phone via insurance for $130, and that there was nothing wrong with the screen and I was told via email the home button could be fixed. He gave my phone back with a broken screen! Not only was this guy very unprofessional, but he broke my sons phone further, and took no responsibility for it! Highly would recommend you use elsewhere!

I have three stars instead of four because of one staff member. My phone repair was guaranteed to work so I purchased a new one there. The first one I bought didn’t work right that day. So I made three trips in one day to the store 35 miles away to get it fixed because each time they told me to come in the phone still wasn’t ready. Finally ended up buying a different phone and it so far is working right. The young man in the hat was very nice and helpful that is why I gave three stars. The other man needs customer service skills for sure. I recommend them for repairs, but not buying a phone, there are NO REFUNDS.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they didnt call when my replacement parts came in. Why? I think because they are so good at what they do. Professional and friendly customer service. Took them about an hour to replace my broken screen and it is as good as new. Like it never happened. I highly recommend them

This place is an absolute joke! I dropped my phone off on the may 6th, they told me they had to order the screens, cool it was gonna take some days. Next time we call, they said the frame needs to be fixed, and a part ordered for that. (Which is a lie because they didnt look at it) then I call again and the guy tells me that they just keep running out of screens and that they had other phones that have come in needing fixed sooner. Um excuse me what the fudge? I tell him I want the manager to call me. That never happened. I finally picked it up over a month after dropping it off without a single repair.

Very easy to communicate with, very prompt, and true professionals! The charger end had broken off inside the port of our iPad. We tried getting it out but no luck. We were so close to having to just replace it, but stopped by CPR, and they had it out in minutes, and didnt even bother to charge us. Highly recommend these guys! A+++

I had forgot pattern and didnt matter bc I had facial recognition well somehow my phone restarted and needed the pattern and I didnt remember it etc etc $35 and an hour later it was unlocked .

Quality experience with CPR. Service was cordial and friendly. The technicians were able to locate the part I needed, have it ordered, and service it, and the results were excellent. Unfortunately, I cant give a fair comparison of prices on tech repair, as Im not too well-versed in prices for tech repair at other locations and prices can tend to be overinflated with high demand and low supply.Id add a photo but Im currently typing on the serviced device, and my only other device does not have a very flattering camera. 😅

I always bring my household’s devices here to get the screens replaced and recommend my friends do the same. Good deals and good time frames. Its rare they can’t do it the same day or next day.

Over priced, never returned my voicemails and when they put my back glass on you can see it was sloppy compared to the second place I took it.

I try my best to make a fair review. About three weeks ago, I stopped there to fix my phone since there was a problem with the ear speaker. Today, after three weeks, when I did not hear back from them, I went there to cancel fixing my phone and get back $ 15, which I prepaid, but they told me they could find a new ear speaker and will fix my phone just in one hour. Finally, after commuting two times today, they fixed my phone, but surprisingly, they told me that they broke the screen when they wanted to open the phone. They charged me for that, and I think it is not fair at all. Of course, in the beginning, they told me that maybe they break the screen, but I thought it is a low possibility because it is expected that a professional does not break the screen, otherwise, everyone can open a phone by breaking the screen!!!To summarize, it was a bad experience for me! Next time, I try to follow YouTube videos and learn how to fix my phone by myself!!!

Never used their service, but they are definitely overpriced. I was quoted $279 for a screen repair on an iphone xs. Im sure that theyd do a great job, but Toms Computer and Phone Repair (which is an extra 20 min drive for me) offered to do it for $130. He used to work at a CPR and even showed me that he uses the same quality of screens as them. He doesnt fix them as quickly as CPR, but if you are willing to wait an extra two days with a broken screen then CPR is not the place to go.

I dropped my company cell phone and completely shattered my screen into pieces. I went to Cell Phone Repair in Rolla that same day. The next day by 9an, I had my phone looking like brand new! Overall, the service and results were amazing.

Had the battery in my Google Pixel phone replaced. I highly recommend CPR Rolla for any such repair. I knew there was a VERY likely chance that my screen could get broken in the repair and would more than double the cost of the repair. Knowing this I hoped for the best, and had them get in both the screen and battery in, fully prepared to pay for both parts and labor. Jose the technician did the repair wonderfully and I did not end up breaking the screen. Jose saved me over $100. Im forever grateful.

The repair to the screen was flawless. Unfortunately they didn’t catch that the camera was also broken. If they had caught that and offered the repair, at additional cost of course, I would have given them the fifth star for going above and beyond, but as they didn’t... they do get full marks for doing an excellent job on the repairs that they were asked to perform.

Wanted nearly 400 dollars to replace the screen on my s9+ when I could mail it in to samsung for half that price. What a joke

An updated review.I initially had an unpleasant experience as I had my charger go missing while my laptop was in repair and paid for parts though my laptop wasnt yet fixed.I spoke to the owner/manager to try to find a solution to my missing charger and non working laptop. They got me a new charger, found my old charger and made several attempts to fix the laptop. Unfortunately my laptop is toast so got a full refund. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into trying to fix the problem. Thanks to the new manager for great customer service!

Tuesday I dropped my smartphone and cracked the screen. Damn! The phone still worked so only damn.Wednesday I found a shop in town that could order the screen and fix it, for only about half what I paid for the phone to begin with. When I went into the shop to order the parts they gave me a screen cover so I could still use the phone without cutting myself on the broken glass while waiting for the part to arrive. Very nice of them.Friday the part for my phone arrived.I was able to take my phone to the shop and get the repair completed, it only took an hour.They are great. I have a Honor 7X

Didnt use their service - just called for a repair quote on an extremely common repair. Staff was pleasant but I was quoted $239 from them - online vendor quoted $39.99 for exact same repair with guarantee and a 3 day turn around with free shipping!

They were somewhat helpful, but prices for a small fix is way too pricey. To get my phone factory reset, and jail broke because my kids locked me out on accident, they wanted close to 200$!

Had my phone repaired here in July. When I got it back, the earpiece speaker did not work. Come to find out, that happens often when the screen is replaced in my type of phone. When I took it back to have it fixed under the warranty against problems created during repair, they told me that they didnt cause it. Even though it worked great before then except that the screen was broken. But thats all that was wrong. They refused to fix it without me paying to have it fixed minus the labor fee. The labor fee would be waived only because I brought it in not long after it had initially been worked on. I did not accept this and left because that wasnt what the warranty stated. Now, in addition to my speaker not working, the screen is dying... ALREADY! And I paid $115 for this service. My screen is in good shape as well, so its not like I broke it and are blaming them for it. The service was just bad. The phone worked greatly before these people had anything to do with it, but now Im having a lot of problems with calling, using Bluetooth, even getting my lock button to work properly, and now my screen as well. I definitely do not recommend this place for any repairs after my experience. Terrible.

I have used CPR phone repair at least 3 times and my husband once. Every time I have found their service to be exceptional. I think at least twice they looked at our phones and either did minor repairs or said they couldnt do anything - but either way, no charge. My most recent need for service was due to a shattered screen and bent casing. (I dropped my phone unknowingly during a storm and I think I drove over it or at least stepped on it. I recovered it after about an hour after I dropped it). I NEVER back my phone up sadly, but they were able to put in a new screen and put my phone in a used housing. Much relief on my part as all my text & voice messages and pictures are still there.

I cant recommend this place for any sort of repairs. The repair to my Galaxy s5 chargingport was crazy expensive (Its more affordable to purchase an updated new phone). The charging port AND screen had to be replaced together...okay. Still didnt seem to justify the price nearly 200$ charge for labor... Especially because I was required to sign a waiver excusing them from any damages.What I was told would be a 6 day repair turned into a 6 week repair due to a holiday and shipping. The new charging port seemed operable but appeared a bit worn & fragile. Even with a brand new charger from Samsung, I had to adjust constantly to obtain any charge.In addition to the charging issues, my screen would constantly bring up any open applications without touching the screen. This would occour during regular use as well...I assume from the mandatory screen repair that was required for installation of the new charge port. Something as simple as a dialing out was interrupted by the time I had an area code typed. The only solution to the flashing screen from the current app to the screen showing any apps open would be to hit the power button twice and unlock the phone all over again.To make matters worse, the charging port was broke again 17 days after pickup. An employee of mine informed me that (her husband worked for the CPR location in St.Peters) most of the time, the repairs made from other used products being refurbished. It was a real shame, dont waste your time or cash.

CPR Rolla changed my battery last week, then a few days later I dropped the phone and it hit the floor at the perfect angle....voila, something inside the phone was jiggling. I took it in this a.m. and within 2 hours I had my phone back. The cost was FREE! With the battery repair last week, I had a warranty! AWESOME. On another note, Im SO HAPPY that this service is here, but even more important, its run by great people, who know the answers. THANK YOU!!

Went in for a cracked camera lens glass cover. Was told the part was $15 and labor was so easy, they did not charge for it. Come in to get it fixed after they ordered the part, and the bill came to around $71 for 20 minutes of work after telling me they did not charge labor. That comes to about $110 an hour for labor. Car dealerships dont even charge that!!!

The customer service was less than satisfactory and replacing a screen for an iPhone 6 is extremely overpriced. They fixed the phone screen rather quickly, about an hour but demanded $55 for labor. They also charged $124.99 for the screen!!!!! More than double the amount of what you can buy in an online DIY screen replacement kit! I suggest not going to this shop if you have a broken screen.

I brought my smartphone in because it was having many issues. In checking with 3 different service providers they all said I needed a new phone. Erin, the store manager, started playing with it, determined there were many technical issues with Google. She persevered through some setbacks. Chad joined her and they downloaded my info on a flash drive in preparation to restore phone to factory specs. I had to wait 24 hours. By that time Chad had communicated with Paul and Paul was able to get my phone working again. Wow!! Definitely recommend this place for good service. No more issues😃

The people there were very nice and answered questions I had about my note 5 I needed work on and another phone I had, but when I went back to pick it up an hour and a half before they were supposed to close, there was no one there. I ended up without a phone till I had a chance to pick it up the next day which is very inconvenient. The phone is fixed but the back glass had paint chips around the edge where he scratched it getting it opened too.

This company has a great infrastructure and Im sure started out with good intentions. Ive been a paying customer at this establishment a total of 7 times. Im not angry or disgruntled, in fact its been more than a year since Ive last been a customer at this store, so this reviews is not out of frustration. However, Id like others to know of my experiences here.#1. CPR has claimed to be able to fix the red ring of death on X-box 360s. I have brought 5 different units there and each time I paid the fee to have them look at, around $100, and every time it was not fixable.#2. My mom had purchased a phone from CPR and the day she bought it she brought it back in because it wasnt working correctly. They messed with it a bit and she continued to have the same issues. My mom called me knowing I had done business with the company before and she asked if I could go with her the next time she took it back. I agreed and we went the next evening. The older female manager there had been extremely rude over the phone with both my mother and I, so Ill admit I was a tad disgruntled. The technicians in the back took the phone apart and said there would be no refund because the phone had water damage. The phone had this issue from the day my mom had purchased it!! I tried to convince them that the phone was this way when it was sold to my mother. The older female manager continued to say there was nothing she could do. After a very long few weeks and some calls from my lawyer friend, CPR had offered gift card for $100 not even half the cost of the phone. A friend of mine was having issues with his Xbox 360 and sure enough it was the red ring of death. My mom and I swore we would never again do business with this company but offered the gift card to my friend in hopes that he could be the first person we knew to get his Xbox fixed at CPR. He took it in and used the gift card to pay the $100 fee to have them look at it and the next day he was told it was not fixable.All customers really want is to be treated fairly and dealt with politely and honestly. In my experiences with CPR in Rolla, MO they have failed to do both. This is why I have rated them with 1 star in this review.P.S. The technicians who work there seem to change monthly and often arent trained in basics like screen replacement or counter service. I would guess it too has to do with the poor management of this company.

The staff was friendly. I was told that I would get e-mail updates when the parts come in and when it would be worked on. I did not receive any e-mails except for the first day welcoming me to CPR. I took the IPAD with broken glass in on Thursday. I was told the part was expected to be in Saturday. I called Monday to see if the new glass had arrived. They said that the part didnt come in but they were expecting it today (Monday) or tomorrow (Tuesday). I called on Wednesday to check on the status and was told that the glass came in. I asked where I was at in the queue. I had 1 person ahead of me but they were waiting on parts as well. I was told they were going to start working on it and possibly could have it back by Wednesday night or Thursday, but they would call me when they are done. I called Thursday at 4pm to check on it and they said the tech was working on it but it wouldnt be done by the time they close but would be done by 2pm Friday. I know you have to be careful replacing the glass and it is technical but they must have been working on and off of it to be taking so long. Even if it took them 3 hours to do the work I should have had it back by now. I am not pleased with the answers that were provided to me. At 5:10pm Thursday the tech called me and told me that my IPAD was ready. He did apologize for taking so long and told me that it took a little extra TLC. In looking at the service I am satisfied, but I believe the case could had been handled in a more organized way.

I will NEVER use this place again and encourage everyone else to stay away unless you want to pay the new parts cost to only get used parts on your item and a one month wait. They NEVER called me to tell me they messed up twice ordering the part to only find a used piece to put in it. They said my tablet had revisions or some crap and honestly idc. I thought i took it to them cause they were professionals...I was seriously wrong.I try to support local businesses but id rather drive 2 hrs to STL or Springfield and pay the gas and get it done there. This place the two gentlemen working there was very nice to talk to but couldnt fix my phone I paid up front and when they went to give me back my money instead they charged me again when I called to say you didnt give me my money back you took it they stated thats not what there machine says well I can bring my bank statements they still said didnt matter my bank was wrong I even called my bank what they did to me was wrong and had no desire to fix or give my money back I was taken for 150.00 .

This store did a terrible job fixing my Samsung Galaxy S4. The first time they replaced the screen the put on the wrong color. I took my phone back and had them put the supposed correct color and it was wrong again. In addition to that, the light up buttons at the bottom of my Galaxy S4 dont even show up anymore because of how they fixed it. I dont think I will go back there again.

Jeff White, from your review it sounds like you broke the replacement phone they gave you, and your really mad at yourself because you broke that phone the same way you broke your original phone. Some of us should realize that maybe were just not responsible enough to own and operate basic electronics without breaking them. Sorry bup. There is only one thing that is stoping this store from being one of the best repair shops in this town; which is the time they take to recieve their parts. I do agree that they need to better themselves in that department, but I must say, when I picked up my HTC One X, it looked brand spanking new!!!!!!
