Amy has been incredibly friendly and helpful, however Allstate as a whole Im completely dissatisfied with! Claims process is horrible, I totaled my car on Christmas eve and went with out a car for 3 months while they figured out what was going to happen. Lost paperwork that was already sent in fail to communicate when you need to do something that will potentially effect your account and balance per premium. Once again Amy Madonna has been excellent but Allstate is garbage!
