Purchased a 6 ton GEO COMFORT HVAC system from Hartley Climate Control, a 3 ton conventional heat pump and a 5 ton zoned conventional heat pump unit for a spec house. Excellent service and install and response to calls and questions. Also installed gas log fireplace at spec house and personal residence. Yes, I’m a super user! Yes, I have them on speed dial. They are the only company I call. They also provide 24/7 service for my rentals and that’s super important. They’ve been my ‘go to’ for the past 10 years. Alex was very timely in doing our a/c unit inspections. He noticed that mice had eaten through some of the wire insulation on outdoor unit, replaced the wires. He also took the time to explain what he had done re: the inspections, repairs. We’ve used Harley before, will continue to do so. Awesome service! Hot weather, busy schedules, and they were still here within a few hours. Josh was really nice to show me how our whole system worked and answered any questions I had while working quickly and efficiently to fix our problem. We had Hartleys do 2 projects for us:~ Replaced our 25 year old HVAC with a modern heat pump system. We had a more complicated system as there was a non-operational wood burner in the original system. They finished the core system in one day, and came the next to finish all the final details the next day. It is running great this winter and MUCH more efficient ($100+/mo cheaper than last year, similar weather)~ Hartleys also did an additional construction project. We replaced our wood burning furnace and fireplace with a modern unit. They also re-did the damaged flue, expanded the stonework and hearth, and added a mantle. We are very happy on how it turned out. It was a lot of work and dust!Overall, I would highly recommend working with Hartleys. Jon is a personable guy, and stands behind his name and business. As we are new to the area, we dont really know someone who knows someone so I appreciated Jons ability to line up contractors to get the work done in a timely manner.
