Great customer service I couldnt ask for a better experience I really appreciate how quick courteous and thoughtful they were of my time and what I had to get done or if I had anything else to get done that day I would highly recommend this store if youre looking for a quick fast and professional Service

Uriel was absolutely amazing! I was having a really rough day and going to lose my head after dealing with my old carrier and with my phone being out of stock. Uriel was patient with me the entire time and never lost his cool. He dedicated his time to making absolutely sure he exhausted all stores locally trying to find my phone until he did! He took the time to pick up and set it up for me without further issues. This man deserves a raise and praise! Thanks dude for all you did! You absolutely went above and beyond I’m happy I made the jump to Verizon!!!

I want to thank Uriel at the Verizon store for fixing my account and being extremely knowledgeable about what he could and could not do. I have been using this location and others for about 4 years now and every time I have ever went into the Verizon I have had problems until today. I feel like I was blessed to have this guy, Uriel working and working to help me get back into service. I honestly was about to cancel my service until Uriel spent several hours getting my account all straightened out. I have been to corporate stores and no one has been able to help me. So for anyone reading this make sure to go to the Rohnert park Verizon store and ask for Uriel and if he’s not there find out when he is because he was the best Verizon store technician I have ever encountered. Thank you 🙏. I am a very happy Verizon customer again.

I want to thank urielle for going above and beyond while solving an issue with my phone. Not only did he stay an hour past closing in an effort to solve the issue, he did his own research online and managed to get it solved. The next morning, he was at the shop still in process of getting it done. What a guy!

Urial was so easy-going, sincerely helpful, and capable. He trouble shot a complication I was having with confidence and experience. He was totally patient with my lack of knowledge of my own phone. I can not more highly recommend the customer service at this store! I drove a half an hour from another town because I trust then to take care of me.

Noah was very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Any time I need a new device or help in using it, I stop by and they help me out.

Jennifer is a great sales rep. She helped us with some great phones and accessories. The office was very busy but she made it as comfortable for my children and I during our wait. She also knew exactly what she was doing and was quick at her job and everything was grleat transfering our phone carriers.

Had some small issues setting up my new iPhone plus these employees were very positive and helpful giving referrals trying to get my acct even to help with network issues I really appreciate some e taking there time out to help me
