We had a lumber delivery today, May 12th, we scheduled a boom forklift from Herc in Thursday, May 9th. Everything was great and ready to go. On the morning of the 12th we called to check on our equipment. Herc said they will not delivery without an account set up, even though we’ve used them for over $12,000 in the last 6 months using our credit card. They didn’t even call ya to give us a chance to fix ahead if time.Herc has now cost me stand by charges and we’ve lost $600.00. And 1/2 days production.I high recommend you use someone else.
Our company rented a flatbed here.Make sure you return with full tank of fuel or it costs more
