Went here to try to rent a drain snake, but left after 45min of not being helped. The single employee on staff came back from their lunch break 15min late to a line of customers, then before he was able to get to me he disappeared. If youre in need of a tool Id recommend going somewhere else. Ive rented from the Home Depot in Windsor and had no problems before, a stark contrast to the unorganization going on here.

Ray Beck is especially helpful, hes excellent with tools, very friendly & knowledge. He definitely has been an asset to Home Depot for many years.
