Great tech-forward approach to new patient signup. They sent me the form via mobile before my arrival so I was able to get in to see the doctor faster.Assessment was direct and communicated on my understanding level with visual aids. After I was walked through line-item pricing and follow up procedure date.I had 2 regular procedures and 1 advanced procedure all scheduled at the same time (😬)Day of procedure was comforted and reassured every step of the way. They even let me use some awesome sunglasses 😎.I felt in control even though I was the one being worked on-- which to me is a hard balance for any doctor to strike.Overall the experience was great and look forward to getting more services from New Leaf. :)

Great personalities from the staff and each conversation Ive had with them has been enjoyable. The numbing when I got my cavities filled was completely effective and I couldnt feel a thing during the filler removal. Dr. Kuo also generously polished my teeth free of charge because I told him I was going on a date that day. Havent had a more welcoming and friendly relationship with another dentist.

Ive been going to Dr Kuo for a few years now mostly for cleanings but Ive had crowns and fillings done by him as well. Hes kind, compassionate and very concerned about how his patients are feeling throughout any procedure. I feel that he listens and takes seriously what his patients have to say. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for not only a great dentist but one that has a good heart.

My wife came here first and raved about what a positive experience she had. I hadn’t been to the dentist in at least two years. Set up an appointment and feel the same as my wife. Dr. Kuo and his staff are so friendly and kind. This is where I’ll be coming until Dr. Kuo retires or I move.

Dr Kuo has been my dentist since I moved back to the states in 2012. I originally went to his office to see my former dentist, however, she was no longer accepting new patients, but Dr Kuo was. From the experience I had abroad, the idea of going into a dentist office brought on huge anxiety to the point I only had to step in the door to burst into tears. Dr Kuos demenor has helped me work through all of that. He is helping me fix the mess I was left with, something I was so afraid to even attempt. He explains to me every step of the process, and is fantastic at reading body language! Every now and then, he has to remind me to breath and relax, when I consciously had no idea I was actually tensing up. I even recently moved to Windsor, and refuse to find a dentist closer, the little extended drive is worth it. If you want a Dentist who excels at his profession, and treats his patients with the upmost respect... Dr Kuo is your guy!

Best dentist Ive ever had! Ive been going to this office for 16 years, and Dr. Kuo for 5. During this time Ive had a few fillings and a crown. Dr. Kuo is so fast, gentle and dexterous I barely notice him working. He is patient and calm and really sets you at ease. Highly recommend!

They have a beautiful office with very personable staff. I was recommended to see Dr. Kuo by a very dear friend of mine after chipping my front teeth. He took the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable prior to even examining my teeth. I was absolutely distressed over my front teeth but Dr. Kuo made me feel at ease and was able to adjust/realign my front teeth perfectly. He definitely has a way of making you feel valued and heard. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Eddie Kuo and his team did an amazing job on my crown. I am normally quite the worry wart when it comes to dental procedures. They immediately made me feel comfortable, kept me appraised of what they were doing next and the process was pain-free!!!. My first time here I was welcomed by the staff and Dr Kuo was great in explaining everything during my visit. As I needed more dental work done, he was very accommodating with my work schedule and fit me in for everything to be done on the same day, as its hard for me to get so many days off. The dental work that was done went very well and I appreciated Dr Kuos skill and expertise. Very happy to have found a great and reliable dentist in the area!

Great experience. Always on time with appointments. Always listen to any tooth concerns I have. They make sure I dont go over my insurance limits unless it is an urgent need. The dental hygienist is very good and friendly. Highly recommend.

Ive got some 40-years or so working in and around clinical practices. That makes me a difficult patient to satisfy. Not a problem for Dr. Kuo and his staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. My wife and I were originally patients of Dr Yock. Dr Kuo has since taken over the office and the transition was seamless. Dr Kuo really cares about his craft and it shows. Best dentist in Sonoma County! My husband has been coming here for many years, and after many bad experiences and not seeing a dentist for 6 years he convinced me to come here. Cleanings never hurt, and getting fillings were painless. They never made me feel bad about my teeth, or how long I hadnt seen a dentist. I look forward to my 6 month cleaning and check ups! :)

I have been going to this office since I was roughly 6 years old, when Dr. Yock was retiring Dr. Kuo started taking over and we could not be happier with him and his staff! It was a seemless transition and most of the staff stayed the same. Dr. Kuo goes out of his way to know his patients, converse with them, and relate to them. We are so happy to have a dentist whom, not only is concerned with our oral health but with us as people. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kuo and his team!!

Wow!!! Can’t say enough about Dr. Kuo and his team. The reception was warm and pleasant. She made sure I had all the paperwork and double check my insurance before the appointment. Stephanie did a wonderful job taking all the xrays and photos! This office really uses the latest technology with cameras. Dr Kuo (or Dr Eddie) really took his time to ask questions about me and what was most important to me about my mouth. We talked for a while before he started with the exam. Afterwards he reviewed all the photos with me so that I could see and understand what he was talking about. We ended the appointment by schedule a cleaning for my gums. I would highly recommend Dr Kuo to everyone!!!

Just had my treatment completed at Dr. Kuos office. My old dentist retired, and while I didnt want to change offices at the time, I didnt like the dentist who bought his practice.
