Because Mr. James did a fantastic job to take care my husband and I taxes. But, we miss Mrs. Linda Smith 😢. Hopefully she will be back next year 🙏.

For the most part this year we had a great experience. but last year no so much. it wasnt horrible just irritating. most of it was the situation. but the person we used last year just didnt have the knowledge they should have.

I have used the online program for years. This year I received an online message while filling in the program that I needed to contact a specialist at your local office. I made an appointment and our taxes were completed quickly and everything was over (except of course for sending my check to the IRS).

I left my papers there without me being present.

Linda Smith, The manager at the Frisco Mall in Rogers AR has been doing our taxes for 15 years and we always do well and feel confident in her preparation. We had enough deductions this year to use them over the standard deduction. and she does well with our Arkansas taxes as well. it is well worth the money and less strain than a do it yourself product.

The price bump is unacceptable. Im used to paying from $200 to $250, and this year I had to pay $399. Its just not worth it for a service I can do online for $25. I go to HRBlock for peace of mind and to save me time, but almost doubling the cost is a no-no.

Ive been filing my taxes with H&R Block since I was eligible to start filing and have always had a easy,no hassle experience and will always do my taxes with them

I have been using HR Block for almost 20 years without any bad experiences.

Roger helped us yesterday, but I feel like he was rushing and didnt do a very thorough job. If we didnt know what paperwork we needed he would not have gotten us our full refund. He was finished with our taxes, I had to ask him to add documents that he didnt ask us about, this added a few hundred to our refund we would not have gotten.

We got offered good advice and injoyed who told us and he was very VERY helpful..
