The only reason I stay at Cox is the local customer service I receive at this location. Kim, the store manager, was super accommodating and helpful. She has been the best customer service rep I have encountered here so far. Keep up the great work!
Hate this company. Just absolutely the worst service, and customer service. Ive lost connection 3 times in 4 days. Today which is Sunday. I get stuck again speaking to chat bots. Then 4 different tech support people. First Jamie, Ariel, Nicole W and then the last one was so short I cant remember. Long story short all had me unplug my stuff, plug back in, unplug, plug back in. Tighten cables, plug in. And all hung up or just quit responding. I saved each conversation. Nicole W said help was on way. Then no response. Last guy I begged just no questions just tell when help is coming. Tomorrow at 5. I said Im done. Worst place Ive ever seen. Must be a monopoly them and at&t have same reviews
Not specifically for this location, but Cox as a whole. Run and do everything you can to not deal with these incompetent people. They will change your plan, lie, and not do a thing. They know they’ve got you in a monopoly in specific areas and screw your willingly. It’s shameful and I’ll never in my life do business with these people and I hope you won’t either, you remember this comment, if you do. I could tell story after story, but it does no good. Just do not do business with them.
I went in to get WiFi started up at my new place, and was greeted very politely and they got everything going for me smoothly.
They answered promptly and directed me to the right phone number to call for an issue I had.
Id give no stars if that was an option. I have both internet and cable services. No service for 2 straight days this past month, now all afternoon no service again. Goes on and off. When you call customer service, they cant tell you why its out. You only know when its supposedly coming back on. I pay a lot of $$ to have a service that I dont have. Plan on cancelling service asap.

Ive had Cox for years, and then we moved. All the niebors have it. We have had internet from them but they say now they can not find the hookup. Waited 2 months for them to find it and then they said it would cost 3k to install just to get me to give up. Very disappointed in them

Cox ripped me off big time. When I moved into my new apartment they charged me for service I did not even use! Now it has went into collections and affecting my credit score. Cox is no good at all. I’d advise people to never use Cox.
So let me be 110% I would never recommend such a poorly thought out, trash service to anyone even on a good day. My roommate and I have had so many issues its not even funny. Our internet doesnt even work half the time and when it does its slower than what we are paying for. When we call or get ahold of customer service, they are very unhelpful, rude, condescending, and end the call or chat without even helping us. And when they do try to offer help they try charging us more and extorting us for services we already pay for.. We are looking in to suing cox for false advertisement and extortion or we are just gonna switch providers which ever one we pick to be honest. I hope you head my warning and never give this company your business
My visit today was a good one. The employee that helped me was very informative and helpful. Ive had some rather questionable experiences at this store in the past. Today was a rather pleasant experience and if all my visits were like todays, I would gladly go back and recommend this store.
The staff was friendly. I went in to cancel my TV service, and it was taken care of quickly with no fuss or pressure to keep it - just a friendly offer that they were happy to help if I change my mind and want to add it back.
My internet most often doesnt work, despite the fact that I keep upgrading and got a new router. Even the representative that helped me last time had to wait long periods of time for info to come up on his computer. You would think Cox would use a competitors internet service so they can at least assist customers in a timely manner. Be prepared to call every month to get your service prorated so that you only pay for the time you did have service. Very annoying.....
I was told one price by store only to get 20 phone calls quoting another price. Followed by being on phone with customer service for 45 mins and 17 different customer service people. Just to cancel a home life install. Not to mention the butcher install they did on my cable so I buy my family a beautiful new home. Only to have 12 foot of black cable ran across by wall after paying $50 for professional install.
We just bought a new truck and we needed an extra month and a half to get on top of the payments...We did not ask for our account to be terminated or closed in any way although Cox did same to deem it necessary this time even though weve gone over a year with an open account and never made a payment.....eh...ok...That part of the visit kind of sucked... no I have to pay for some kind of reinstallment and service fee... in general Cox rapes you every chance they get.Our visit was pretty good today the customer service was outstanding.I have no complaints with anyone that I dealt with at the store... for the amount of people that I saw in the store the wait was minimal.Most of the employees seem to be very knowledgeable and I noticed almost all of the customers left with a smile on their face.
I would give 5 stars, but the staff there needs to work on their people skills a little more.
Very nice & welcoming customer service. Cox has always been helpful and great when I’ve come to the store. Normally kind of busy, but several employees helping so no biggie. Also open the doors for people. Just wish they had more locations! Need another location in Springdale or Fayetteville.

I got great service from a senior consultant here. It is so much better than trying to modify your account using their crappy website. He even gave me his card and told me to email him directly if I needed anything in the future. Ended up lowering my bill, upgrading equipment, and increasing my internet speed.
I hate COX! Worst internet ever, horrible customer service! None of the tech’s know how to troubleshoot issues, they just are normal people following a script. I can not wait for OzarkGo to be in my neighborhood so I can tell COX where to shove it.
Gentleman was friendly and tried to be helpful. I had to be pretty specific about what I wanted which was a shame because Id really like to understand why my bill is so high and what is available. There was no waiting line. I guess its about what I expect from Cox an almost $200 Bill, no movies and no clue why smh
I visited this Cox store today after I noticed I was having issues with my modem. I called in advance and left a message for some details on what I might have to bring but never got a call back. I was not impressed about that part but the rest made up for everything. I showed up with my modem in hand and was immediately met by a representative named Allen (I believe this is how you spell his name). He took my modem and started to look up some things on his computer, very friendly individual. After a few moments he went into the back and brought out a new modem for me to take home. This whole process took about five minutes and I was highly impressed. Over all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this store!

Cox will not do what they promise. Cox told me my internet would be turned on on Sunday. Apparently, they were wrong because since it was a new construction, I couldnt do that. So we rescheduled to Tuesday for a $75 fee. The tech simply didnt show. So I rescheduled to Wednesday. The tech didnt show. So I rescheduled to Thursday. The tech said that they couldnt make the window and either I had to wait an unknown period of time or reschedule. Well, Ive been having to leave work 3 days in a row and cant not come back, so I had to reschedule for Friday. Today is Thursday, so well see if they show up.

Worse service we have EVER had. One star is to much. We have our internet drop for MONTHS now and keep getting the around and no one comes out to fix the issue. They want to take our money for half service at best breaching their own terms of service. We have refused to pay our bill since said services are not what is advertised...not even close. Our cable/internet/phone bill was outrageous every month. It was the highest bill we had. Since we didnt use the phone and hardly watched cable, we downgraded to just Internet at what was supposed to be 74 dollars a month. The Internet didnt work all the time. We had the techs out twice to look at it. Finally was talked into upgrading the internet, which caused our bill to go up AND it still didnt work right. Dishonest company..

Good luck getting a live person if you call. The message says you can but it transfers you to some weird voicemail that hangs up on you. I need to pick up my equipment because I just placed a new order. Good thing there is no contract this may be a short month.
Cox honestly stinks! Weve had it over a year. We started at $64 (the second slowest speed), somehow it went up to $75, and now it has randomly gone up to $88. It definitely isnt even worth $64 in the first place! It is slow as heck, disconnects its self, and my Internet somehow goes out all the time (not just my Internet). Once this upcoming months bill is paid, Ill likely switch to ATnT U verse.

Cox suchs. Worsest ever. I have never over a year never had more then just complaints on billing got charge from my account over 230 dollars for a mistake they made. I was told i was going to get it fix and they never did. Management and customer service is the worsest ever at the Rogers store. Mamagement treats their customers like S... they all need to go back to training. Because of as customers they have a Job. Please dont waste your time with this Idiots.
Ugh. I know Cox cable has one of the lowest ratings for customer service on the phone, but this extends to the store personnel as well as they are unable to offer the same deals found on their website. How shameful is that? Also, their sales agents that hangout at sams club is aggressive.

This page states that they are open from 9-7 but when I got here, the hours of operation on the door state 10-7. I have very few days off and someone working in the house that needs this new modem and Im sitting here waiting for 45 minutes! This is not acceptable. There was another lady with her little girl who pulled up at the same time as I did because she saw the same time on the website and now she has to go figure out something else to do. Please update this website so that this doesnt happen to anyone else. As I sit here writing this review, there has been 1 more person who stopped by.

I didnt have an experience: Based on the posted opening time of 9am on Fridays, I arrived at 9:15 only to discover, as posted on their front door, they dont open until 10am. Kind of sad that the correct time cant be advertised!
