McMahon’s was incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and affordable. They did such an incredible job on my two fireplaces and flu cleaning plus removal and haul away of insert that I hired them to come back and clean my sir ducts! I could not be more pleased of the work they performed! Highly recommend!

McMahon’s Cleaning and Restoration did a great job on cleaning our hvac ducts, dryer vents, and wood stove flue. They offered a great price and we were very happy with their professional service. They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They were a joy to work with and we will definitely call them again next time we need their services.

Rain cap was clogged they quickly cleaned it & was on there way. My chimney is 36 ft high no easy way to clean it. They were great

We spoke to a super friendly lady on the phone. She joked with me and it was nice. A big truck showed up earlier than expected (they called of course first and asked if we would be home for an earlier time slot since they unexpectedly finished early). They were in and out in record time and our fireplace looks new and is safe! Fantastic job. 10/10.

The team that executed the work was fantastic, personable, and maintained a safe distance while wearing masks. The lead tech had a good sense of humor and answered all of my questions easily and did the work requested with no hesitation. I have used McMahons a few times and recommend them to all my friends and family!

Cancelled twice. Supposed to be at house between 4-4:30 and cancelled at 4:20. We accepted their reschedule Wednesday of next week. Called us at 7:00 Tuesday to cancel again.Wasted our time leaving work early to meet them. I wish I could give negative stars. Unacceptable!

I owned and operated a construction business from 1976 until I retired just recently. I incorporated as Master Builders & Remodelers, Inc. in 1996 and was a National Association of Home Builders member with an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. A lot of our business came by way of Insurance Disaster Restoration. It matters little how excellent and beautiful the completed project unless the smoke remediation, mold removal, cleaning, etc. is properly handled by expert technicians who stand behind their work. Meeting Mike and Debra McMahon many years ago was a very fortunate experience. Their knowledge and expertise quickly proved them to be a most valuable resource. They are a CAN DO operation. I have consulted with and/or hired them literally hundreds of times on various projects and found them to be prompt, dependable, professional and very thorough. They are experts in a wide variety of cleaning applications. If they say they can ... believe you me ... THEY CAN! I never once regretted utilizing their services. They never left me hanging. What they initiate, they will complete, on time, as scheduled, according to and/or above and beyond industry standards. I have used their services cleaning/inspecting chimneys and both fire and water restoration as well as mold remediation. Our relationship was mutually beneficial and they were a tremendously beneficial asset to Master Builders & Remodelers, Incorporated. I like Mike and Debra is a gem. You may be sure that whomever they send to you will do you right.
